Cons: Nothing

Pros: Service was fast
Cons: Better seats

Pros: Short flight and no problems.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Proper communication

Pros: non stop flight
Cons: Crowded, small plane. No air after people had boarded while fuel was being replenished (dangerous?), sitting at gate for 20minutes. This, after a 2 hour delay. Then a rough landing in Minneapolis- plane brakes sharply and suddenly, shuddered to a taxi rate of speed. simple snacks, not very good.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Worse experience ever, flight delayed, lost connection, many hours in phone trying to fixed and anyway lost the flight, spent so many time at the airport with the front desk so disappointed

Cons: You guys didn't allow me to get in this plane and i missed my flight.

Cons: Plane had to divert from Salt-Lake City due to a storm. My son 17 years old traveling alone once in Salt-Lake City should have been given priority for an overnight stay instead of sleeping on an airport bench! Dinner + Breakfast vouchers would also have been nice compared to the 15$ food voucher...

Pros: Our flight crew were great. Pilots were great too.
Cons: I missed my connection due to weather in Minneapolis. Was diverted into Milwaukee, but nope we are diverted to Chicago, but wait no we go to Milwaukee. Deboard into a close gate area. Rest rooms were closed. Then once refueling is done get back on and make Minneapolis at 12:15 am. Connection missed

Pros: The on board food was amazing, nothing like I’d ever had on a plane before. I was also pleased with the choices for entertainment.
Cons: The seat was not comfortable in economy. I could not sleep and there were no air vents. Every time I tried to rest my head on the seat in front of me the screen would turn on and get super hot. I wish there was a cover or something you could turn the screen completely off.

Pros: The flight attendants were amazing. 12 people had a connecting flight and they brought a shuttle bus. You dont see that kind of service any more 10 stars for that
Cons: Super small plane.

Pros: The overall experience on the flight was quite pleasing. The flight crew created a warm atmosphere on what was a very cold morning. Seating was not the most comfortable but the wasn't unbearable.
Cons: Delta should have a better food menu for those early flights unless the motive is to encourage everyone to eat an organic and wholesome meal prior to boarding, something we all should be doing.

Cons: No food on board and we were hungry

Pros: Friendly crew.
Cons: Slow boarding.

Cons: No charging outlet.

Pros: I liked the touch screen displays in each headrest. Seats and leg room comfortable
Cons: Boarding was somewhat unorganized

Pros: The crew
Cons: Timing

Pros: Flight was on time/ early.
Cons: Have hot water for coffee and outlets for phones

Pros: Boarding was smooth, attendants were nice and informative, and everything was on time

Pros: By
Cons: A three hour delay on the first flight and a hour delay on the second...

Pros: The movie selection was good
Cons: Instead of a flight from Toronto to Atlanta.. it was a flight from Seattle to Atlanta, and I only had 45 mins to get to boarding because of the last minute flight changes.

Cons: Customs massively backed up. Somewhat disorganized

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Flight left 2 hours late. Did not get adequate cabin service. Put in the back in an awful seat.

Pros: Airline and airport staff were great
Cons: There was no time to eat. Nothing other than snacks. The time allotted was *barely* sufficient to get from gate to gate. We were starving when we got to our destination.

Pros: Delta always tries to do the very best. There were no issues with Delta.
Cons: I did not like the seat assignment. It seems that when I have booked through Kayak, I get a very bad seat. In this case, it was all the way in the back - next to the toilet. The seats didn't recline, and there was no window - because we were right next to one of the engines. I will use Kayak to price compare on future flights, but I will not book through Kayak. Not sure if this is just a coincidence - but it only happens when booking here.

Pros: The flight attendants gave great service

Pros: On Time. Nothing else to say,

Pros: Friendly, leg room, on time.

Pros: The Delta desk attendant at CVG was unable to come up with another flight to get me from CVG to Colorado Springs on 6/13. There is nothing to like.
Cons: See comments above.

Pros: Ice weather and flight cancelled, but they waited until the last minute to cancel it.
Cons: Ice weather and flight cancelled, but they waited until the last minute to cancel it.

Pros: Delta did find us a new route to get us to our final destination after west jet booked on a flight that was already sold out .
Cons: We had to add on an extra connecting flight . We had to then fly from Toronto to Detroit then on yo Atlanta .

Pros: Flight went off pretty well. On time no complaints.
Cons: Somewhere somehow you need to know that, although partners, Delta and West Jet do not share computer systems and that they are two completely different airlines. This affects ,sometimes, how luggage is handled especially when you land in another country and you have to manually transfer your own - and nobody tells you. You actually change airlines. Itinerary implies West Jet controls the entire thing. Not the case. Better job economic explaining what to With luggage and that, while itinerant implies 1 airline, they are only partners and should be treated separately.

Pros: The flight was pretty empty so my entire row was empty so very comfy and it was the new bigger plane so lots of carry on room too.
Cons: Nothing...I have no complaints

Pros: The crew tried their best. The seats were average. The food ok.
Cons: The entertainment is non-existent. Wifi wasn't even enabled. Four to five hours without ANY entertainment is totally unacceptable especially with teens and kids!!

Cons: have to wait 2 days for the flight, so i would say that's a pretty objective zero rating.

Pros: Staff, Ease of boarding
Cons: Bring back in flight meals, please

Cons: They had to change tires before we lelt in Toronto. And we spent more than one hour on the tarmac.

Cons: Temperature was too cold

Pros: Great service all around

Pros: The food
Cons: No entertainment

Cons: Bad

Cons: West Jet gave me a "fake" ticket delta would not let me board missed the flight I had to wake up at 3am to catch. This is after I finally made it to my hotel last night at 11:30 pm. This is completely unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER FLY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Pros: Once again, the people were friendly, but I did not really experience much since I went to sleep as soon as the plane took off. I did, however notice that the seats reclined a little more than normal (which was amazing for me). I had a comfortable flight and caught a great nap.

Pros: The flight attendants were great! Super friendly and helpful with everything!
Cons: I'd love slightly larger snack portions.

Pros: Staffing was great!
Cons: The fact is that it is illegal to pack Sardines at compact as you are packing us on your aluminum cans.

Pros: The flight being on time, friendly staff, clean aircraft.i
Cons: It was a morning flight from Toronto to Omaha via Minneapolis and unfortunately coffee wasn't served. Or maybe it got over.

Pros: My first and last time flying Delta! Everything that could have went wrong, did in fact go wrong. We were re-booked on connecting flights different then the one we originally booked and weren't even notified. They have a Delta app, but it doesn't even work right. Unless you physically go to the gate to check to see if the flight is on time, that is the only was to find out if you are re-booked onto a different flight or not. I have never flown an airline that re-books you on a different flight when they feel like it. I wouldn't recommend Delta Airlines to my worse enemy!

Cons: The boarding process was chaotic, half the time the staff did not use the PA system. They were not clear on who needed to do a passport check. Started to read names off then just gave up and said "a lot of you"

Pros: Crew smiling at the end of the flight.
Cons: Cheap coffee (although it says Starbucks, I have tried better).

Cons: Too much to write down. Start at the counter and work yourself to the plane. I hope you get it right eventually, I’ll be flying Southwest

Pros: Boarding was ok
Cons: No entertainment screen and no free wifi. They let you sign in to their entertainment on the phone, but first of all the screen is small and it drains the battery of the phone and not comfortable. It would be great to have screens in all airplanes. Also, they give a pretzel and a bottle water, no other snacks and soft drinks are available.

Cons: Feed me

Cons: With Covid they could hand out a bag containing water and a snack.

Pros: I was lucky enough not to be put into a middle seat or next to a stranger during this pandemic.
Cons: No social distancing and no enforcement of wearing a mask properly. Wearing one on your chin or half of your mouth with your nose hanging out needs to be corrected. Empty seats should be utilized for social distancing regardless of fare. First class and the back half of the planes were practically empty while everyone was in the center. We should have been allowed to spread out.

Cons: Less crowded.

Cons: How come I always have a beautiful and talented flight attendant? She was perfect!

Cons: 30 min to de-ice an E170? Why?

Cons: Boarding seems to always take longer than necessary. Why not board passengers in the back of the plane after special status boards?

Pros: Left lake but still made it on time
Cons: Aircraft was hot. I volunteered to check my carry on and on other airlines they’d let you board early but the lady just made excuses. It’s fine if that’s policy but I don’t appreciate made up excuses.

Cons: Be on time. We missed connection flight due to departure delay

Cons: The plane's Air-conditioning wasn't working and the flight became very uncomfortable. The crew (ground personal and staff onboard) did their job as supposed to be and were courteous and good.

Pros: Would’ve loved if the flight from Louisville to Charlotte weren’t delayed 2 hours for mechanical reasons!
Cons: The flight could’ve waited for us instead of leaving on time for Allentown!

Pros: Crew was nice and made sure we were all comfortable before taken off :)
Cons: I was thirsty on the way back but we were not offered anything to drink so I waited till we landed to buy a drink, other then that was very enjoyable. Plan on using America airlines again

Pros: The crew was super nice and I saw them be super accommodating to other passengers which made me feel good about using their airline.
Cons: They should offer headphones

Cons: A toilet had no water. The internet was not working for the whole flight

Cons: To many delays.

Pros: Legroom, flight crew
Cons: Management of flight delays, especially the lack of announcements - confusion was rife

Pros: Getting off the plane
Cons: 3 hours late flight- customer care very insensitive and unhelpful

Pros: I am surprised how much AA has changed. I love it! Much better customer service
Cons: I hate delays, it happened again

Pros: Great service and sweet attendants
Cons: Person next to me was a little large and it was uncomfortable.

Cons: Delayed for mechanical.

Pros: I loved the attitude and helpful approach of the female flight attendant working the AA gate for the flight I took from DFW to COS last night (6/13). Truthfully, it was almost like I was back with Southwest. She was kind, calm, polite, efficient, and capable. Very rare in my experience with American Airlines yesterday. Interacting with her was refreshing.
Cons: Getting home to Colorado Springs at 11:30 PM, taxiing for 15-20 minutes, and then waiting another 20-30 for checked luggage! Never have I waited that long during and after a Southwest flight! AA could truly learn something from their more modest counterpart. I have all but decided to resume my drives to Denver every other week rather than risk more and more time and poor experiences with AA flying in-and-out of Colorado Springs.

Pros: Everyone was nice
Cons: No gluten free snacks. Flight was late

Pros: Great service

Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful, great attitudes
Cons: My initial flight time was changed to a longer layover for some reason. Which.. spending 6 hours in an airport is just not ideal

Cons: American Airlines lost one of my bags They also lost one of Dsrnell Wilson's bags as well

Pros: The flight crew were amazing!
Cons: Gaye agent refused to let me take my medically necessary medical equipment and meds on board. She refused to look at my Dr note that TSA had no problems with after screening. It was humiliating and horrible!! I have a video ad well as statements on the flight from other passengers regarding how she treated me it was horrible!!

Pros: Seats were more spacious and a representative was great about helping us find seats close together for a party of 4 that had originally been split up.
Cons: No sort of real line before boarding. Other customers were getting in who had numbers that were not yet called. Staff at the inside gatealso gave very short answers.

Pros: The flight was ok with no issues once we were in board
Cons: We hot there in plenty of time for our 7 am flight and were bumped to a 12.30 pm flght. When we returned to book in we were being accused of missing our flight. Finally got vhecked in what a pain

Pros: Choice of entertainment was excellent , ice cream excellent
Cons: Food options poor except for ice cream too many extra fees

Pros: Have not travelled AA in a long time due to my disappointed but today's flight changed my opinion. Was impressed with every thing except that 1 cookie and a cup of water. Not a deterrent though

Pros: I liked that the internet connection was free because I am a T-Mobile customer.
Cons: Boarding the plane was a bit clumsy. I felt like everyone was tripping over each other since the front of the plane was boarding first.

Pros: We didn't crash.
Cons: No safety briefing for infants, rude gate staff, primitive fleet, terrible customer service at all levels.

Pros: Easy boarding, nice & quiet customers & crew & darkness made it easy to sleep a bit on this red-eye flight.
Cons: Lots of turbulence.

Pros: El embarque fue rápido y ordenado.
Cons: El vuelo fue operado por American Airlines. Era un 777 viejo, con pantallas antiguas, servicio de entretenimiento pobre, con películas que no se podían iniciar cuando uno quería.

Cons: Wasn't able to catch up this flight because of the cancellation of the connecting flight.

Pros: We arrived safe. Although 1 1/2 hours late because of weather Nothing else was good.
Cons: The plane has no space. No food. No entertainment It's let's crame as many people in the space. There Seats don't recline. And it's very uncomfortable. You Changed planes on us after we had assigned seats So we weren't in the seats we wanted. Poor customer Service on kayak part.

Pros: Not a good experience so nothing
Cons: AA failed to allow me to check in at initial arrival in Grande Prairie airport so I had to rush to get a boarding pass in Calgary where the AA agent told me it was not an AA problem and sent me back to WestJet. WestJet discovered that it was an AA problem and returned me to the AA counter where it was resolved. Then I had to rush to catch the flight and missed any opportunity to have a decent lunch between flights. Then there was no food offered on the AA flight to Dallas.

Pros: The seats in this flight were quite roomy.
Cons: Delayed and canceled flights with no apologies or explanations, rude crews who scoffed at complaints or requests of other passengers, lost baggage that took hours to recover, again without apology....I would rather pay a bit more than fly with American again, at least until these memories fade a bit.

Pros: The crew was friendly and helpful
Cons: Paying extra for seating and not sitting next to my wife

Pros: The flight was on time, and the crew was friendly.
Cons: The boarding was very disorganized and took a long time, and there was no silverware on board, which I needed.

Pros: N/A
Cons: It took so long for me to leave this airport. I got there around 11:30pm and my flight wasn't till around 9:45am the next day and so when it came to that time they had cancelled my flight so I got another ticked for around 2pm and they didn't board that flight till around 4:30. My experience there was to much to handle. I was supposed to get to Colorado Friday night but didn't even get here time Saturday afternoon. Really upsetted me because I leave wednsday so I don't have enough time to be with my boyfriend. I honestly don't think I'll be flying American Airlines again

Pros: The flight attendants were nice and the plane was on time.
Cons: I tried to switch my flight to an earlier time. First, they charge $75 (Southwest is always free). Second, the gate agent charged me and let me board, but her boss came on the plane and pulled me off because I wasn't Executive Platinum status! The plane took off with an empty seat and I had to wait two more hours for the first flight. When I complained to AA about it, they sent me a $50 voucher. I don't plan on giving any business to AA for the rest of my life.

Cons: Bhm flight delayed . Threw everything else off

Pros: I fell asleep on the trip so that was nice.
Cons: The seats are pretty uncomfortable for tall people.

Pros: Overall good flight
Cons: I did not like the time needed for boarding/ settling in. But that is a factor of people not following instructions. Not the crew.

Pros: Fast boardin times

Cons: Never made it there because of delays

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Didn't make flight to Colorado Springs because Dallas flight kept getting delayed. Had to stay over night in Dallas airport and they couldn't put me in a hotel room because they were full.

Pros: cleaniness

Pros: Only check in and boarding was smooth.

Cons: Notification from the Travel agency that I needed to get a Yellow Fever immunization.

Pros: Polite, helpful crew
Cons: Nothing, would recommend

Pros: The on board crew were pleasant for the most part. It was a full flight so they were also working hard. Check-in was easy, and the gate area had plenty of space to wait to board. We did get some sort of unspecific voucher for something for the entertainment system not working... have to log onto their site to even find out what it's for.
Cons: Entertainment system didn't work, so luckily we had loaded up devices with stuff for the kids. We were hopeful that my son could watch a couple of movies, but they tried to reset it... at least we got a voucher. One seat back was missing the USB outlet and one didn't work in our row of three. Regular power (of which there are two... why don't the window seat get one?) was half working... so luckily everything was charged. The gate agent threatened to boot anyone off the plane to the next day if you tried to board before your zone was called... that seemed questionable.

Cons: Put on Turkish air landed 12 hrs late lggage still missing

Pros: While I've ranked the crew as poor, that isn't a reflection of the entire crew. The flight crew and check-in team were fine, the boarding I have as mediocre due to delay, but I don't put that on the staff.
Cons: My issues are two part: 1 - I wasn't informed that I was required to retrieve my luggage from the carousel on this flight from George Town to Toronto. I thought perhaps I missed something, however, the three other couples that were in the same predicament I was weren't aware either. This caused a massive headache, the instructions were superbly poor on how to retrieve the luggage, and the process was completely a waste of time. We had to talk with three different people, the person that took us back to the carousel showed no urgency despite us all explaining that we were on a short layover, and might miss our next flight, and even though we had our passes to get through customs, we were made to wait in line to have our baggage inspected. A completely broken process that could've been avoided with a friendly reminder at check-in. 2 - Once I was able to retrieve my luggage I picked it up off the carousel only to find the handle on one piece of luggage had been ripped off, and the plastic lining on the other bag was destroyed. Admittedly I find this to be no surprise after seeing how mine and everyone else's luggage was handled so poorly upon being loaded into the cargo. I saw my luggage being tossed 3-5 feet into the cargo area - literally picked up, and with complete disregard flung like it was a trash bag being thrown into the dumpster. Since I didn't have time to discuss this with any staff due to my prior issue and being unable to find a representative once I landed back in Vancouver, I called the next day to discuss this over the phone, but the representative explained that I was only able to make a complaint in-person at the time of baggage retrieval. The person was absolutely useless and unwilling to help. This was by far the worst treatment I've had at any time in my life while flying any airline. The trip to George Town was with American Airlines, and even though it was longer, and a tad bit more expensive, the service I had with them was stellar by comparison to my experience with AirCanada. Going forward I will only be using AC when there are absolutely no other options.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: This was probably the worst handled flight I have been on; there was first a slight delay, then a longer delay, then a much longer delay, all of which one could find out only after checking online; there were no announcements about the delay until after the scheduled time of departure; then there was another announcement that there was a mechanical problem and we'll be apprised of the situation at 7pm (the flight was scheduled at 6:25). The person at the counter disappeared. At 7:30, the gate changed to a different flight altogether--still no announcement, still no person at the gate. When a different person finally appeared and I asked her what happened to the Pittsburgh flight, she said, it's here, it'll be departing at this precise gate shortly. At that exact time, the PA system had an announcement that the flight to Pittsburgh is now scheduled at gate 86 at 7.01 (yes, 7:01, even though it was already after 7:30). When we went to gate 86, there, of course, was another flight there. After waiting some more, the woman at the first counter now appeared at gate 86 and said the flight was to be at gate 88. Until the very end when we boarded, gate 88 continued to say the flight was to Columbus. Absolutely abysmal customer service. (Even the boarding was handled badly, but at that time we didn't even care.) I am never recommending Air Canada.

Cons: The airline crew keep on pushing back the departure due to bad weather. No discipline while boarding passengers. Delay after landing to open the door. No clear instructions about the delays

Pros: The seat beside me was vacant, so I had extra room.
Cons: Flights in the late evening from Toronto to Ottawa always seem to be delayed. We spent a lot of time boarding, and a lot of time de-icing before take off. There would have been plenty of time to serve refreshments during de-icing. But refreshments and dismemberment of ear phones only began once the plane was airborne. There was not enough time to service all the passengers at that point. I'm not sure why Air Canada cannot at least give you ear phones when boarding. And why cannot refreshments be served during de-icing?

Pros: staff was great checkin at the airport was a breeze and love the 2 checked free luggage for international flights. food was mediocre but what do you expect, I'm just glad we got 2 meals and 2 snacks. great touch.
Cons: only issue was the fact the online checkin was unavailable to us for some reason which basically left my girlfriend and I sitting in separate rows in between 2 people for 17 hours. entertainment was also pretty lacking with only a few movies available.

Pros: The extra $50 seats were roomy.
Cons: Flight was delayed and no one knew why!... Plane had been sitting ready at the airport for hours. Novice flight attendants, they each picked on different things others missed just before them. No consistency, seats left reclined during takeoff and landing for example. One way there was drink service once even though it was a smooth flight and the return had drink service twice even though it was bumpier! Entertainment does NOT work on androids, it is NOT the AirCanada app they tell you to download prior to the flight, it's an AirCanadaRouge.pk file that needs to be downloaded in flight! Which means we're stuck paying for the iPad and of course only with cc because there's no wifi for debit cards.... AC needs to stop this insanely mediocre and yet expensive monopoly.

Cons: I never got on that flight because the flight from Montreal to Toronto was delayed so I would have missed the connection. The flight from Montreal was late. I showed up a the airport three times before I got on a plane. Air Canada asked me to check in online but the system didn't work. Because of the storm, Air Canada couldn't even place me on hold so I had to go to the airport earlier in the day. When I complained about not being able to check in online, they asked gaslighted me and kept repeating that their system was "a great product" and that there was no way it didn't work. One person finally told me that it was because I had a pet in cabin. I could have saved a lot of frustration if someone had told me that. I also think that for a flight that left late and caused me to change plans and leave on a different day with another delayed flight because of the luggage conveyor belt that didn't work - which paralyzed an entire airport - they could have offered us a complimentary meal on the plane.

Cons: Late flight the crew did.t care and many people missed connections. The customer service at the airport desk was understaffed slow and rude. They we're not helpful in trying to get new flights booked and I felt like it was asking a huge favor even though it was Thier delayed flight that made me miss my connection.

Pros: Well, it did leave on time.
Cons: I knew the seat pitch in economy was tight, but nothing prepared me for how truly abysmal it is. I’m 6’1”. My knees were jammed into the seat pocket. The fun continued when the passenger in front of me reclined their seat. I had to angle both my knees to the side. Without a doubt the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever done. On a side note, AC switched equipment on this flight several times. Each time the ‘system’ would split up our seats. I had to call in five separate times to pick new seats. Also, at the gate they were asking passengers to voluntarily check in carry-on as there may not be enough room on the aircraft. First time I’ve ever heard that.

Cons: Lost luggage!

Pros: Ease of service and efficiency.

Pros: everything
Cons: few movies

Cons: Very cramped like sardine tin. Not enough flight info boards in airport and they were hard to read m

Cons: Air Canada is always late in my experience. I always end up waiting at the gate for the inbound flight which happens to be late. It is so annoyingly dishonest, considering that the flight is announced as on-time up until minutes before the departure time. When all along they know the incoming flight is late. After we boarded the plane at origin, we spent 15 minutes at the gate and quite a bit on the runway. When nearing the DCA, the plane took a complete detour went near Baltimore and then Annapolis and then flew back to near Gaithersburg as if it was intentionally wasting time on the air. Upon landing in DCA we had to wait 15 minutes on the taxiway waiting for the gate to clear. The (one hour long) flight that was scheduled to land at 10:20pm landed just before midnight. Air Canada is awful. This happens every time I fly with Air Canada and their conduct is just cheap and dishonest.

Pros: Knowing that there is not enough head-room for carry-on luggage, I joined to volunteer to check-in my carry-on luggage. Service agent at the counter is very helpful and great service attitude. I asked if they have plastic twistee so I can lock my carry-on luggage before check it in. Unlucky there is none. I hope Air Canada can consider providing this ( I got from Cathy pacific before at check-in luggage counter) since they may help re-assure traveler like me who don't prepare a lock for the hand carry suitcase.
Cons: 1) Flight delay for 1 hour - that is not good 2) Choice of movie are really limited - many are old and very very old movies even though are blockbuster 3) I bought carrot and celery stick; which are wet and in plastic bag => so I cannot avoid making the table wet too! Thought it should be in a simple plastic container => even though I agree to minimal use of plastic for environmental reason. 4) The insufficient headroom for carry-on really slow the boarding time and cause delay in departure. Need better idea to help with this. may be for those who volunteer to check-in their carry on, they get a coupon for priority to board next time?

Pros: Excellent value for Economy flight

Pros: Comfortable flight, very pleasant cabin crew.
Cons: No flight entertainment at all.

Pros: It was OK but it had to be better than the flight to Canada which was delayed 24 hours (just for bad measure). It's a cheap flight and AC warn that the "in seat" screen is no longer provided so criticism on this basis is a bit silly. I noted that the free iPads in Premium Economy provided more films but they were so dated!!! Food in PE was much better as was the general service. It cost quite a bit in the "Auction" but it was worth it I think.
Cons: This relates to the outward trip when we only found out at the check-in that the plane was postponed to the following day. OK, we were put up in a hotel for the night but 24 hours there was not the best day of my life. I wasn't too impressed with the hotel.

Pros: nothing
Cons: weather grounded non stop flight... required my finding a hotel for overnight... loss of MSP hotel, and two days rental car, too... costly and not reimbursable because "act of nature"... earliest way to MSP they said was via Nashville w/long layover... then connecting to Delta upon arrival in MSP, checked bag didn't arrive... it was filled w/medical equipment and AC couldn't tell us where it was... Delta bent over backwards to assist... AC was non-commital and not helpful at all... waited for incoming flights at the airport MSP for 8 hours... no bag... finally, Delta gave us vouchers for dinner and put us in a hotel... when it as really Air Canada's fault... etc, etc...

Pros: Flight attendant was helpful when I had a personal health issue.
Cons: Pay for snacks on a 5 hour flight? What do you really get for a ticket that cost over $500. US? I paid for noodle soup. They gave me a fork to eat it after they bumped into me and spilled the hot liquid on my sleeve and slacks. Then when I went to eat it I realized that the noodles were not cooked through. they were rubbery. the liquid was tasty, but with a fork how much can you taste. Ended up giving it back after eating about 1/4 of it. Seats had no leg room even though was a larger plane. Had restless leg from the very beginning. Legs were in pain the whole time.

Pros: My mother's attendants and the flight crew were very friendly and courteous to her.
Cons: No information or communication about bringing your own food or snacks on board. No food, snacks, entertainment or immigration forms were available. There was some food for purchase but if you didn't have a credit or debit card then you couldn't buy it. My mother was in a wheelchair waiting to board in Toronto and would have bought food to either eat there or carry on the plane but another passenger was severely reprimanded for getting out of her wheelchair and going to the bathroom, so my mother was intimidated to stay seated and not go to the bathroom nor ask any questions as to if she could go and buy some food or snack to eat while she was waiting. Only juices were served. She was flying since 11 am and arrived at 9:30 pm without any food. The website as well as all emails should inform about luggage weight as well as food and entertainment. On a layover the attendants should be more cooperative with disabled passengers and allow them to use the bathroom as well as to go and buy food.

Pros: Everything. The plane was immaculate, the seats were comfortable, the food was delicious, the flight crew was friendly and professional. Air Canada's abillity to transit passengers from the US to international destinations is truly remarkable and must be best in class. I went from an inbound flight from Houston, through Immigration and to the gate for my flight to London in under 15 minutes!
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Of the five planes we were on, all but one had comfortable seating (I'm 6'1" tall)
Cons: The lady helping us through the Toronto airport between flights made my wife cry. We had to stop to go to the restroom on the way to our gate, and the lady complained when I waited to go in after my wife came out. I told her I was going to do that, but she was apparently pre-occupied when I told her, because she was looking right at me when I said it. I then told her that I had let her know that was my plan, but she denied it, then told my wife she was just one of a hundred people. This left my wife in tears. This was a stain on an otherwise good flying experience, but it' tarnished the whole.

Pros: At fisrt the flight was over booked. Once we had boarded their was a technical issues with the aircraft, we had to sit in our aiys with nothing to do for just under 2 hours. With this delay in mind their was no form of a free drink as a mini compensation. They had no choice of food.

Pros: That even though there is a delay, we still made it around the same time
Cons: That there was a delay in the first place

Cons: Flight was delayed multiple times. Was tracking boarding from the Air Canada app as there was nowhere to sit by the departure gate or screens. The app didn't advise that the flight was boarding (unlike other apps such as BA). I missed my flight and they insisted on charging me more than what I paid for the entire ticket just to return home. I got back to London to find that my luggage didn't make the journey. Staff at Air Canada were unfriendly and unprofessional.

Pros: Flight was good. Left a bit late but made up time
Cons: Security took nearly an hour to get through even though it didn't look very busy.

Pros: This was my first time in Canada never been there before I had a great time until that one moment I had to deal with workers from air Canada except one agent at the ticketing desk....I had checked in online the day before however I had some card issues because they got shut down by my bank and due to the holiday in America I was unable to call my Bank prior to the airport....got to the airport and tried to explain that all I wanted to do was pay for my bag with cash ...but no one took the time out to listen each time i tried explaining myself I was send to a different location to join another line ....by the time I got to someone who was willing to listen my flight was closed ..her name was Aurora and gave me nothing but attitude when I explained my story......anyways finally got to ticketing and a met the only agent that day who exercise some level of customer service that day...if only I could remember her name ...sigh she went the extra mile because at this point I was frustrated and unsure if I would make it out of the country a sane person due to the amount of chaos I experienced prior. She got LISTENED .....SHE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN...got me on a new flight and went above an beyond to assist me that morning I was on the verge of a breakdown at that point all other staff member was very disgusting not only to my self but the other individuals who had mishaps that morning.

Cons: I didn't care about putting my own tags on my luggage or I had to put it on the conveyor. But when I get to my destination and no luggage to be found, I was pissed. The only thing I didn't do was put my luggage on the plane and when I did get it, the luggage was damaged. My luggage went from Kingston - Toronto - Barbados, back to Toronto with nothing wrong with the luggage. They cancelled the last flight to Kingston,so they put us in a hotel. But from Toronto back to Kingston was hell when we got to Kingston.

Pros: I think cost me without needing to go back and forth

Cons: Our flight was cancelled after already waiting through a 3.5 hour delay. The inbound flight was delayed due to weather, and as a result, there was no crew available for our flight. This left us stranded at Pearson at 3am with no Air Canada agents available for assistance. After a two hour wait on hold with Air Canada customer service, we were told the earliest flight we could get on was two days later. Unacceptable. We ended up having to buy tickets with WestJet. Weather delays are understandable. Not having sufficient customer service agents available for assistance nor having enough crew on call is inexcusable and incompetent.

Pros: Very helpful crew and staff assisting with golf buggy ride

Pros: The price for a round trip flight Philadelphia to Barcelona was fantastic. Unfortunately, this was a case of you getting what you pay for. Both my husband and I were very unhappy with the entire experience.
Cons: Airplanes were very uncomfortable, flight crew was unfriendly (smiles were scarce and you felt you annoyed them if you wanted anything), service took too long (perhaps not enough personnel for number of passengers), plane was extremely warm, food was only fair -- all other international flights I've taken have had much better food and comforts). We had long layover on return flight in Toronto and airport and Air Canada personnel were not very helpful or accommodating. When we asked for a suggestion on where we could go in the airport to kill several hours (eating, drinking, watching TV), were were told by many that the airport is bad and we're given conflicting or poor answers. Intimately the advice given put us having to go thru security and Custims again (even though we already had) and that process was extremely disorganized and time consuming.

Pros: Very pleasant flight; excellent entertainment options to while away the time. Excellent crew.
Cons: I was held aside at the customs area and had a difficult time figuring out what was going on. Signage was less than helpful, and staff were unaware of why I was being held. After over 30 minutes during which the gate staff could only tell me to wait and watch for my initials on the electronic board, the staff learned that some bags on my arrival flight had been accidentally diverted to Canadian customs rather than US customs, and passengers could not proceed to connecting flights until our bags were located. The customer service staff then worked very hard on our problem. I was instructed to re-book my flight, since by now the doors were about to close - but that customer service person could not re-book me, and I had to queue up again for another agent. When I got to the desk, that agent was able to get me approved to board my flight sans bag, ran me to the front of the Immigration line, and got me to my gate in time to board. I deeply appreciate her assistance, as my family was already on the plane.

Pros: Boarding was efficient, crew were attentive, food was excellent, the "pod" was comfortable and I did not use the entertainment
Cons: Would have liked more info as to how to work the gizmos - had to ask how to recline my seat and never did get to grips with the entertainment. The Fast Pass specificaly said it was for disembarkation at London and so I did not realise I could have used it to get through security for ongoing flight

Pros: it took off and landed
Cons: multiple incorrect a/c notices by email containing incorrect information. Started with the confirmation of the original flight booking. It had the origin and destination mixed up but had the correct cities. That's impossible with the corresponding flight #'s. Called AC, they said; oh well. Then multiple notices in email of changes to times of depart/arrival/gates. Showing these email changes to A/ C Gate Staff, they said each of those 8 notices for departures or return flights was wrong info and they concluded; "oh well". They don't care, and they weren't interested in reporting the errors to IT people.

Pros: The flight attendant.
Cons: Toronto Terminal F is kind of how I envision a third-world country. At least at the higher-number gates, it's very dreary, with an occasional flying insect and signs hanging from the ceiling. Worse is the lack of air conditioning and the sporadic wi-fi service. Worst of all was the almost two-hour delay and changing our departure gate at least five times. Two fellow passengers (one a native of Toronto) said it was always like that. The trip from Toronto to London and back was fine, but I'll try very hard to avoid Air Canada and its Terminal F.

Cons: Our inbound flight was two hours late. When connecting through Toronto, they lied to us. They said that the outbound connection was on time, that we'd likely missed it. Then, after standing through their requisite customer service line with only one open desk for two full flights, we were told to sprint through customs. We arrived, breathless to find the connection was delayed. We were told that they don't post the delayed connections for fear that passengers won't run or that U.S. customs will close. Uncommunicative and untruthful, their service is atrocious.

Cons: Hair in my breakfast and they wouldn't give me another meal also by the time they reached me all the options but the overlooked egg was available they didn't explain just dumped the meal on my tray table and when I asked for the other option was told straight out no... I've flown on many airlines and that was by far the most foul meals I've ever had budget airlines do better won't fly ac anytime again.... My original flight was delayed 5 hours to connect so I was transferred to another flight and my bags didn't make it so I went 4 days without luggage also

Pros: India ( flight attendant) provided very poor customer service during flight. I have been a nurse for 24 years and i simply asked for a cool cloth for a gentleman sitting next to me that was feeling ill and very pale. India returned with 5 emesis bags and no cloth and never once came back to check on the gentleman!!! I really wish it was not a full flight because i would have advised him to puke all over everything. How hard was it to provide a cool cloth?? Really? I know first class has wash cloths and that was an easy request. And the fact that she never came back to see if we needed anything or to tell us she did not have a cloth for him. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will think twice about flying Air Canada again. Thank god for good citizeans willing to help strangers in a time of need.
Cons: Poor ccustomer service by flight attendants and no follow up on ill passengers.

Pros: The on-board and Abbotsford-based crew acknowledged that we had all had a very long day. All thanked us for our patience.
Cons: We were informed when we arrived at the gate that the flight was to be delayed by 8 hours because of mechanical problems. 8 hours! No offer was made to book us on a different flight. No one, at anyplace along the line actually apologized for asking us to wait around for 8+ hours when the flight was delayed. We did not even know what the mechanical problem was. When we finally were able to board the flight, the captain made a personal appearance in front of the cabin to tell us that he and his crew had been called at home to fly a broken plane. He briefly explained that there were no available planes to swap out and the repair required all day. Inexcusable! Our treatment did not measure up to the Canadian tradition of courtesy and politeness.

Pros: I didn't like anything about it.
Cons: The crew needs to learn how to effectively execute the meal/drink service. It takes entirely too long. Also, on an international Flight, over three hours, you don't provide a snack!? And the small cup of soda we get takes over an hour for some people to get. The seats are entirely too close. I'm 5'9 and my knees were digging into the seat in front of me. Then the guy in front of me reclined and I had absolutely no room. I had to turn to the side. We didn't board until around the time we were supposed to depart. We were over a hour behind schedule. They held the plane to get a passenger's bag off because he was stuck in customs. Unless it's a funeral I need to get to, I'm not flying Air Canada again.

Pros: We arrived nearly on time.
Cons: They changed our gate three times and boarding was inefficient (it took them almost an hour to load a small plane) and led to a late takeoff. The customs process was ridiculous. Crew did not seem to care. No food was provided on a 6 hour flight that boarded at 6pm. Most people would not have thought that they needed to eat dinner before the flight. You had the option of purchasing snacks. The people in the rear of the plan did not receive the honor of buying snacks (or even getting a cup of water) until 3 or 4 hours into the flight. Uncomfortable seats. Avoid Air Canada until they get their act together or they lower their prices to reflect their new status as a discount airline.

Pros: Got on flight
Cons: Got boarding pass but no signs to differentiate Air Canada counters (US-bound, domestic, international). Went to wrong counter and had to run to right one Booked flight. When I checked bag, I got a standby with hope that I could get on flight. Fortunately, I was able to make it. If I had connecting flights, it would have been a nightmare Same boring old movies and TV - 2 broke girls episodes. Just drink, nothing else for morning flight. Something to eat? It is an international (Can-US) flight Slow unloading of luggage

Pros: Crew was amazing very clean

Cons: The front desk did not allow me to board the plane. I am supposed to attend the memorial service of my Mom who passed away two days before.

Cons: Last minute plane change due to incomplete repairs was a bummer, but I appreciate that they caught the issue before we took off

Cons: Friendlier service.

Cons: The WiFi for the personal entertainment system wasn’t working properly

Pros: I finally arrived.
Cons: More communication about delay and lost luggage.

Cons: A mechanic issue with a fan in the cargo hold kept us from boarding for 40 minutes. Once we boarded and got out onto the tarmack they discovered an issue with the GPS. We sat for 2 hours before going back to the gate. Maintenance came on and fixed it. Then we took off.. 3 hours late

Pros: Crew was friendly, helpful and very competent. Flight arrived early. Regular notification/reminder via SMS on flight status. Comfortable seats, generous seat pitch.
Cons: For a three-hour international flight, and at that ticket price, substantial snacks should be complimentary. In Asia, flights of three hours or more on legacy carriers have proper inflight food. Low cost carriers sell food; but UA is not LCC.

Cons: Everything. We were incredibly delayed which happens but none of the staff knew what was happening. Different passengers were told different things and when we tried to ask questions they were far from helpful. It was not a good experience at all.

Pros: The crew, the speed (we arrived early), the boarding.
Cons: NA

Cons: Faster boarding

Cons: Saw many backpacks inefficiently stored overhead, yet I was told to check in my carry on even though I had paid to upgrade my seat. Staff extremely unhelpful and clueless.

Pros: Got to gate on time. Attendants nice, good service
Cons: seats of course. No room anymore

Pros: Crew was cheerful.
Cons: Bring your own everything, even your own entertainment. Download the app before you fly so you can watch 20 year old movies.

Cons: This flight and three others arrive into Dublin at 5:00 am This is a bizarre time to arrive at a destination

Pros: Helpful staff and smooth flight. No connections or Hassels
Cons: Snacks

Pros: I LIKED THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY PERSONNEL AT FLIGHT DEPARTURE ZONES ESPECIALLY IN VANCOUVER AND CHICAGO. WHEN BOARDING THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS WERE POLITE AND HELPFUL IN GETTING MY CARRY ON SUITCASE PROPERLY STOWED.
Cons: THE OPTION TO WATCH TV WAS NOT USED AS I PREFER READING AND CHATTING WITH FELLOW PASSENGERS AND I DID BOTH!

Pros: Pilot kept us up to date
Cons: 90extra minutes sitting on the tarmac, only water offered, only one bathroom working... how hard is it to at least offer soft drinks ??

Pros: On time, pleasant crew

Pros: It was great
Cons: All good

Cons: 0% leg room :(

Pros: The flight was nice and the crew was very helpful
Cons: The landing was a bit rough

Pros: Nothing
Cons: 7.99 to watch DTV with very limited Choice you get more from Jet Blue Free The sound jack was worn out so I had to jiggle it to find the spot it worked and then hold it for 5 hrs They appear to be cutting corners

Pros: Food was good
Cons: Seating and maybe some different reading material

Cons: I didn't like buying a ticket for a flight with an ANA number and advertised as ANA but then flying United. I don't want to fly united.

Pros: Wi if!
Cons: Uncomfortable seats

Pros: Bigger jet, more room. I was able to keep my carry on with me in the over head bin. Friendly staff. Very clean cabin.

Pros: Stroopwaffle!
Cons: Cramped plane. Not enough space. Late boarding and then sat on the tarmac for a while.

Pros: Everything was on time. Had enough time to get breakfast before departing. The stroopwaffle is awesome.
Cons: Very cramped plane. Very hot in the cabin. And veneration wasn't good, cabin smelled like farts. The bathroom door lock was broken and didn't close all the way either. Had to gate check my bag again.

Cons: Unfortunately the first leg of our flight was delayed over an hour. Although we made our connecting flight (barely), our luggage didn't make it onto the plane. It was OK since it was our return flight and we received our luggage later the next day.

Pros: I was too sick to wait in the airport between flights and my husband came up to Denver and picked. Me up.

Cons: I am young but I am in heart failure and have an artificial heart. I had requested wheelchair service so I didn't overexert myself at the airport and was wheeled right up to the gate. There were two other older passengers in wheelchairs, one on either side of me. When it came time to pre-board flight attendants came up to both men and helped them on board. They ignored me. Then they announced regular boarding. I had to remove my bags from my lap and get up out of the chair and go to the gate to say I needed to preboard. The man looked annoyd and said they had announced it. When I explained how no one came to me but they did the others he said I could go now. I said I needed help with my bags and he acted VERY surly and put out. He did help me but I felt like they assumed because I was young I couldn't possibly be sick and treated me like a liar.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Awful service,

Pros: Flew on Delta Airlines
Cons: Had to run to Delta and barely made that connection.

Pros: The cabin was clean and the staff was polite.
Cons: The food that was supplied was meager!. When you fly half way across the United States and get 2 cups of a soft drink, no peanuts or chips; that is terrible.

Pros: Updated interior. Those new seats make it feel like a lot more room.

Cons: I arrived at YVR to check in for my flight at 4 pm. I was told they couldn't find me In the system anywhere and when they finally did find me they told me they had booked my seat onto another flight that didn't leave u til 6 pm and I would arrive home in San Diego at 10:40 pm. They refused to check my luggage because they said I had arrived too early. I wasn't too early for my originally scheduled flight! I now had to sit in the airport for 5 hours. I had to call home, arrange a sitter for my children whom I was suppose to see at 8:55 pm. They said there was nothing they could do about it.

Pros: Nothing much
Cons: Your refund or rescheduling policies.

Pros: Larger plane, great comfort. Nice staff!
Cons: You have to pay for wifi, nothing to look at during flight.

Cons: The 2 hour delay

Cons: there was no in-flight entertainment.

Cons: We booked with Air Canada but it was actually United. The flight was delayed five hours. This always happens with United and they seldom provide explanations or updates.

Cons: Purchased tickets 4 months before this flight for a departure time of 6:05pm. Tried to check in and check baggage at 9:30am but was turned away saying I could only check in 3 hrs prior to my flight. Came back at 3:00pm to check-in and they could not find my information. An hour later they find out that they cancelled the flight and moved my departure time to 8:25am for that day. They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight to PHX the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation.

Pros: Another normal flight.
Cons: Check in troubles. Couldn't check in online. Agents had some trouble locating our reservations. Security was a lengthy process. Big brother type operation going through customs.

Pros: Headphone slot. Free wifi
Cons: Tight seats in coach..expected

Cons: Did know till we got on the flight that if we wanted entertainment that we had to down load a appt. so that was annoying.

Cons: For an international flight, we had to pay for meals and for entertainment.

Cons: Didn't fly this leg on United, but rather on Air Canada.

Pros: The plane was clean, left on time and arrived early. Expecting that there were too many carry on bags, they offered to check some bags at the gate for no additional cost.
Cons: The snacks were a waste of time. The charge for the entertainment system is based on the published flying time but since those are overstated to improve on time performance, the entertainment charge was excessive.

Pros: Kayak was not aware that my flight was changed to another airline. Great notification!!!!!
