DELTA does a terrific job making sure you are well taken care of during the flight, gives you assurance before the flight through numerous email notifications about your upcoming flight & lastly good follow up after the flight making sure your needs were mat. It has been, is & will continue to be my carrier of choice in all my future travels. Good Job DELTA
Staff were friendly and happy. Delta could make sure passengers that don't have the app know of changes. Without Kayak I would not have known about the change of gate or the delay. Kayak was faster to notify me.
They ended up paying for the bag twice, but the counter wouldn't take my baggage receipt. Left it to me to resolve. Not sure how to resolve the issue.
The customer service before board was very rude and when I expressed my concerns about making the connecting flight she laughed and told me I bought the wrong ticket. I explained once it showed the flight was delayed it no longer let me change seats or anything. I was trying to upgrade to make sure I would get to the next gate on time.
Non stop on long haul is the way to go. Great experience
Seats comfortable, service and food very mediocre, staff not very attentive, worse than many other our flights with Delta.

The flight used a B767 with a very old interior from before 2014. The entertainment system did not work at all during the flight despite attempts to reset the system. It was like they flew this route just to be competitive.
Crew blocked exits to front of ship with galley carts. Also split five person family apart on international flight without fixing.
They changed planes and the new plane couldn’t carry enough fuel to fly across the country so we had to stop in Kansas City to refuel. Flight was delayed .
The plane broke down at the Lima stopover and they offered to put me on a flight the be t day but I had to be back in LA that morning and so I had to buy another ticket from Avianca and United for $2k I asked LATAM for compensation and received none. Very bad experience
Really bad experience – delayed for 6 hours without any notice, no food or drinks provided, and stuck in the horrible Cartagena airport.
I’m entitled to a refund per LATAM due to the mid flight itinerary change and being stuck in São Paulo for 24 hours and needing to get a hotel. The airline was dismissive and of no help.
The flight was late. Please do not delay next time.
I couldn't travel, now I can't get a refund and to change the date I have to pay an absurd fine.
My biggest complaint is the comfort. I am not tall and there was no legroom. It was very uncomfortable. During my transfer in Sao Paola, the flight was slightly delayed so boarding was confusing because there were no instructions in English.
Because the flight was late, we lost the connection to Brazil. You, Delta delayed, and you Delta anticipated the door closing in 15 min from Miami to GRU. Why? It caused a lot of stress! I almost could not see my mother in law alive because of your delay.
My entertainment did not work. I was very tired from the botched connection, and the poor sleep
It’s a delta flight operated by LATAM. The whole ticket sale is a mess, delta changed my flight but didn’t update it in LATAM system, I couldn’t get my boarding pass, it took me hours to resolve this issue with delta. I had to change my travel plan. No apology from Delta even though it’s their fault.
Boarding was done by woman who insisted on strict standing in line policy; food was ok; entertainment minimal
Nice comfortable flight from Barcelona back to the states. The premium economy offers the extra room we need for my husband. The food was good and our flight attendants were excellent.

Small outdated plane from Philly to Des Moines with very uncomfortable seats. The plane was old, so we had mechanical issues that delayed us for 3 hours with very little communication. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will try to never fly AA again.
The seats in economy were appeared to be quite thin and lack sufficient cushioning to be comfortable. Perhaps it was my seating position but the plane seemed notably load.
Internet was a bit expensive and did not work ask that week otherwise a good flight

International baggage recheck process in Philadelphia was a disaster. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to receive our bags. Waited 15 minutes to recheck bags, flight notification boards were blank so we asked an AA representative for our connecting gate and we were directed to the wrong terminal and gate. Our connection window was over 3 hours and we made our flight by 5 minutes. We pulled away from the gate and sat on the runway for 1 1/2 hours. 1 of our 4 bags didn’t make it to Phoenix. The mobile app for lost baggage didn’t work, the AA rep had to manually fix.
I miss my flight and they could not rebook me that day because the other flight was full, and for the next day I had to pay a whole new fee again which I think is unprofessional
The flight had a delay that made me being in a real rush to take the second flight. The delay was almost for 2 hours. They moved us from gate to gate in 4 times. Once I arrived to Philadelphia, I got to run thorough all the airport, as the train was already closed by that time. So I got sick with asthma for all the running I had to do. And I was the last one to board, when it was almost closed. So irresponsable with the people
the plane was not full so the flight attendant had me move to an empty row which made for a good flight. The software for logging on and booking and confirming the flight is much too cumbersome.
Always comes in handy when I want a quick weekend getaway.
They didn't let me board with a proper boarding pass. I threw away my bags so that I can board and was defined boarding. Had to take the next flight after paying more.
Over SOLD flight. It does not matter that you were able to check in 24 Hours before and confirm your flight. At the airport, the company SPIRIT rep wanted to remove people who pay for lower fares.

We paid for upgrade seats (3A & 3B) the seats on front and the seats behind us got complimentary water & soda, but we got charged, had to pay for everything. Does not make any sense ?
Spirit charges you to breathe in their presence. They have you pick and buy your seat in advance and then I got bumped from the seat I paid for because THEY overbooked the flight by a dozen people. they do not provide any entertainment, they do not provide even a small cup of water - you have to pay for everything. I will never fly Spirit again.
why's KAYAK involved? why'd Spirit charge me $19.72 on Apr 28 and $4.49 on May 1 ? And ironically my credit card had to be cancelled after trip due to a bogus charge, wonder if using it on the plane enabled a scammer to get it.
For a round trip ticket costing US$460 extra, I did not get priority boarding, hence people took my overhead luggage space, the steward almost threatened me when I told him to remove the suitcase that was there. Airport staff in USA and Colombia, are NOT flexible or helpful when you pay extra, and look away or walk away when you want a correction. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: Ads say "wine and dine" when you pay extra, NOT AT ALL!!! you get ONE alcoholic drink, ONE soda, and as much popcorn and/or nuts as dinner on a long trip. MORE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: out of 4 legs on my trip ONLY TWO had WiFi, and there is NO movies nor magazines on board, so why do you ask about entertainment? ... If it was not for the fact that you are the only choice for trips to many destinations from Newark Airport, I would never fly with you! ... How about a refund for the extra money paid to make my trip bearable, was, in some ways worse than if I had just flew coach! ... YOU ARE BANKRUPT, DO BETTER, EARN RESPECT AND TRUST
