It was Delta, but the flight attendants were stressful and disrespectful. I am a diamond member a travel weekly. I have not had a negative thing to share in quite some time. But this was noticeable.
Comfort Plus seat 11E seemed smaller than prior flights. The movie selection is good. Watched most of the most recent Tron movie. I'll watch the remaining part later as my movie is saved in the Delta Seatback Experience.
Flight was late from Newark to Atlanta, I asked flight attendant to please let my family of 3 out first when we landed to Atlanta because we were late for our connecting flight to Quito. She didn't and we were late for 5 minutes we couldn't board the plane and spend hours trying to get another flight with customer service for the next day.
I really liked the legroom. I am 6’4”.a at For some reason our seats were not together and using the app to fix it didn’t work. Passengers were nice enough to move for us but you should absolutely ensure a parent sits with their child.
Late delayed flight delays boarding and delays leaving and delays on arrival too. Cramped plane no room no food.
DTW line is too long. The flights from DTW to BWI are always delayed for unknown reasons.
Delta canceled our flight and we had to scramble to find another airline to get home. Phoenix is not a delta hub so they didn’t have another plane. It would have been a red eye though Salt Lake City. Getting in at 5am. No bueno.
This flight was no comparison to our prior flight. I'm thinking it all has to do with the age of the aircraft.
This flight was a first class choice and left much to be desired. Seat backs on seats were falling apart and torn. Seats actually didn't come to a "full & upright position". Pull out table was sprung. Not any significant leg room. All in all we were on an obviously older plane and felt overcharged for what we received as first class.
Flight was delayed several times. At one point, they "pulled back" 15 minutes from the delayed boarding and sent a text saying we would board sooner than previously advised. The flight then was delayed again. And when we boarded, there was an unspecified technical issue which had us waiting in the plane for about an hour.
I booked a flight through Kayak to Brazil I have traveled to Brazil several times before Kayak Delta or LATAM never mentioned during the booking or in the pre flight process that the visa requirements to visit Brazil have changed earlier this year. I was unaware of this change and as such never got a visa and was unable to fly from JFK to Sao Paulo Add to this that Delta allowed me to fly from Boston to JFK which they should not have as I didn’t have a visa. It has been a terrible experience and a huge loss of money
Wish the seats were a little more comfortable.. it was a 6 hrs nonstop trip. But the crew was courteous and w a smile
I like this airline a lot no problems at all, except being forced to check a carry-on bag ., Overall very good airline
The assistance we received and the flight itself was wonderful. We will fly with LATAM airlines again, in the future.

The plane broke down at the Lima stopover and they offered to put me on a flight the be t day but I had to be back in LA that morning and so I had to buy another ticket from Avianca and United for $2k I asked LATAM for compensation and received none. Very bad experience
Really bad experience – delayed for 6 hours without any notice, no food or drinks provided, and stuck in the horrible Cartagena airport.
I’m entitled to a refund per LATAM due to the mid flight itinerary change and being stuck in São Paulo for 24 hours and needing to get a hotel. The airline was dismissive and of no help.
The flight was late. Please do not delay next time.
I couldn't travel, now I can't get a refund and to change the date I have to pay an absurd fine.
Crew were all friendly and helpful. It was a short flight so just a beverage service with a cookie. After we were boarded the plane took about 45 minutes to leave the gate but it was New Year’s Eve so not shocking there was some delay. Overall good experience and very grateful.
Nice comfortable flight from Barcelona back to the states. The premium economy offers the extra room we need for my husband. The food was good and our flight attendants were excellent.

Small outdated plane from Philly to Des Moines with very uncomfortable seats. The plane was old, so we had mechanical issues that delayed us for 3 hours with very little communication. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will try to never fly AA again.
The seats in economy were appeared to be quite thin and lack sufficient cushioning to be comfortable. Perhaps it was my seating position but the plane seemed notably load.
Internet was a bit expensive and did not work ask that week otherwise a good flight
They don't make it easy or promote their food options. Dirty plane. Delayed.
International baggage recheck process in Philadelphia was a disaster. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to receive our bags. Waited 15 minutes to recheck bags, flight notification boards were blank so we asked an AA representative for our connecting gate and we were directed to the wrong terminal and gate. Our connection window was over 3 hours and we made our flight by 5 minutes. We pulled away from the gate and sat on the runway for 1 1/2 hours. 1 of our 4 bags didn’t make it to Phoenix. The mobile app for lost baggage didn’t work, the AA rep had to manually fix.
I miss my flight and they could not rebook me that day because the other flight was full, and for the next day I had to pay a whole new fee again which I think is unprofessional
I really liked the personalized treatment at the MDE airport, where someone from SPIRIT received me at the entrance of the counter line to ask if the weight of my luggage was accurate or if I wanted a better seat, gave me a name tag for my luggage and walked me to the counter. Thank you.
I can't rate food or entertainment when previously you know the lowest rate doesn't have any of that included. However I want to congratulate the crew and specially the flight attendants for their kindness and free smile even knowing is the end of a long day. I had the opportunity to chat to Hailey, Despise her busy job, she had the time to chat with me and even when she asked me to stop using my phone, not with words but with her sweet face expression, was as MasterCard said, a priceless moment. She even told me she learned from the best teacher, her Mom Ruth, a flight attendant working in the same flight, Definitely, with people like them, the real Americans, this country will overcome the worst moment in USA history falling in the hands of the biggest senil Psycho felon. God bless America!!!!

The checkin in laguardia was a disaster, scrambling left and right, it was constantly a trying to sell you something, better seat, constantly selling
They didn't let me board with a proper boarding pass. I threw away my bags so that I can board and was defined boarding. Had to take the next flight after paying more.
Over SOLD flight. It does not matter that you were able to check in 24 Hours before and confirm your flight. At the airport, the company SPIRIT rep wanted to remove people who pay for lower fares.

Offer snacks for free. You are charging for the flight for the carry on for the seat and for a snack??? Lord
We paid for upgrade seats (3A & 3B) the seats on front and the seats behind us got complimentary water & soda, but we got charged, had to pay for everything. Does not make any sense ?
Spirit charges you to breathe in their presence. They have you pick and buy your seat in advance and then I got bumped from the seat I paid for because THEY overbooked the flight by a dozen people. they do not provide any entertainment, they do not provide even a small cup of water - you have to pay for everything. I will never fly Spirit again.
