I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight
The crew on this leg continue to be extremely helpful with my wife’s mobility issues. They also came by many many times to ensure we were comfortable and had drink some food.
Extremely dosappoontined and frustrated. Refused entry to lounge in Detroit despite having Delta AMEX Reserve linked in MyDelta phone app as revommended and also having proof of account. No pillows were available for overnight flight to AMS and breakfast was not served in Delta Comfort.
I liked the screens in the seat headrest with movies to watch. I didn’t like being forced to check my carryon bag and being told there wasn’t room for my bag - when there were 5 bins sitting empty on takeoff. I didn’t like the “I don’t give a fig” attitude of the flight attendants and the delta gate attendants when I asked why they decided to put me out. They gave me a 1800 number to call but I can’t get a live person on the phone. Customer service is non existent. My business must not be that important to them.
Was unsure of this flight due to high winds in CVG from Hurricane Helene. Crew did a great job of getting us to CVG safely.
It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK
This was a code share Latam Airlines flight - everything very good except there was no seatback entertainment
Luggage delayed and 6 days later I still don't have it.
Don't waste your money or points on first class. Delta first class is a joke. The seats were rickety, the food was awful, and nothing worked, wifi, my light, the power plug - and it was dirty - the fold out table was gross. For 2-3 hours, tough it out in Economy.
WiFi didn’t work for me. as headphones didn’t work either.
AA is fabulous. However , Iberia cancelled our Boston - Barcelona flight the morning of the flight - 9/16/24. This was almost a week ago and we have still heard nothing from Iberia/Vueling. Found out from a kayak email that morning that the flight was cancelled. Iberia Customer service reps wouldn’t help us and said to call Vueling. No one answers phone at Vueling. Terrible wild goose chase on DAY OF TRAVEL. AA came to our rescue.

I was bumped to first class so I got some food. It was OK. Entertainment is whatever you bring with you since there are no seatback screens.
Another American flight delay. Gate staff was gratuitously abusive of anyone expressing frustration. This will be my last American Airlines flight
Horrible. 4 hrs delayed with no explanation for the multiple push outs of time. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly and air vent above seat was partially clogged. Bathroom sink did not work. Anything else you want to know?
Terrible. Flight got diverted and missed connections. Staff was uninterested in helping us get our connections sorted out
Delayed 6 times. Eventually rebooked and missed a whole day of my vacation. Hot mess
This is a new route from Philadelphia to Naples. It was sold out. The team on board was excellent. I’ve flown this route twice this year and the flight has been excellent. I hope American keeps the route.
I was booked to Reno with a carry on and a personal item on Alaska airlines. Kayak booked me on a return flight on Spirit on which I was not allowed a carry on. What a nightmare. It cost me an upgrade on Spirit and a checked bag fee, a total of $125, to get a small carry on bag home. Kayak needs to learn about the Go restrictions on Spirit before quoting a price on a round trip ticket.
The flight landed with a delay and we had to wait almost an hour to be off boarded. So typical of spirit.
Staying with Dallas 4 hour stay ...it's was torture sorry. .. about to say that
The gate employees and the flight crew were friendly and professional. Afterboarding we waited 20 minutes for another flight; a complimentary beverage would have ben appreciated for the inconvenience.
Customer service. There is no way to call them and online chat doesn't deal with your specific concerns. I don't plan to fly spirit again.
I fly almost weekly & Spirit is well worth it & Hands-down, my favorite! Out of all the airlines I fly, I often find that spirit has the cleanest planes & the most well taken care of, typically, I will look up the aircraft registration and often the planes are less than seven years old. Two weeks ago I flew on a Jet that was less than a month old. The crew are often times the most friendly in the air. For this particular flight, I had a very stressful day and was not anticipating a very wonderful flight due to the passing hurricane. We had a half hour delay once boarded due to the weather and changing flight patterns, however, as soon as we turned for the runway, the pilot battling a strong crosswind quickly throttled up and in matter of moments, we had the most peaceful flight. I think I’ve ever taken! And we were still 6 minutes early!!! The personality of the crew was wonderful, typically, for this route the passengers are a little less than desirable but they are professional & very accommodating. Because of the best prices spirit often gets jabbed, but the reality is why pay for anything you don’t need. And you certainly are not sacrificing service!
It has been delaying the flight over and over again. I ended up three hours later than my original arrival time
Crew was Awesome, especially flight attendant Blake from Fort Lauderdale! Passengers onboard were unfortunately unruly & disrespectful.
Paid for everything up front, Phila to Punta Cana no issues. Way back I was in line and they forced me to pay $100 per bag when I had bags paid!
Would have liked there to be a flight crew available so we could fly. None available so they delayed the departure by 10 hour!
