Specifically, and I apologize for not knowing names, the blonde man made strange comments to people, maybe out of nervousness? The blonde woman on the flight seemed to have a short temper with her coworkers and was very short with them, granted she did get run into by both the beverage and food cart in the middle of the plane multiple times, so she was probably pretty annoyed at that. I fly Alaska Airlines most of the time, and this experience was unusual."

Cons: "1. Forced to check carry on because of a pocket in the front when other passengers were allowed to bring actual suitcases which were taken right before boarding. Apparently JetBlue has a quota to meet as to how many people they charge for carry on luggage. 2. Refused to allow me to request my seat ahead of time to try and charge a $50 fee for an upgraded seat, even though by purchasing a ticket, I am guaranteed a seat on the plane. 3. Late once again. So far every flight taken by JetBlue this year has been late. My only on time flight this year has been with Delta. I do believe they are the new Spirit Airlines in disguise. This airline has been moved to the bottom of my list. I may take them once more but it depends on how many points I have with them, if it's enough to cover a free trip. If it doesn't, I will forfeit as the aggravation and nasty behaviour at the check in counter especially at LaGuardia is too much to take. They are also every discriminatory at that airport also, especially the people who work at JetBlue. I have to take responsibility for keep trying. It the same as beating a dead horse and expecting it to get up and run."

He alerted the driver, called the boarding gate and led me to it."

Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal."

They did find it next day and delivered to the FLL airport, but we had to get a cab and go to the airport to pick-up as we could not take a chance of it not making it to us before the cruise departure. I am extremely disappointed"

I was pleasantly surprised by the robust flight crew that all seemed knowledgeable, very friendly, and professional. I particularly enjoyed the quick and easy check in, no extra charges for my very large checked item, in flight entertainment via headrest screens, ample leg room and storage, and the ability to charge my phone during the flight via USB. Even though I was a passenger in coach, we were provided a light snack and free alcohol and beverages during the short flight. All in all, even as a very frequent traveler, Copa surpassed my expectations. I will definitely fly with them again."
Cons: "The only thing I felt could be improved was the boarding process and signage. I was originally in an exit row seat but was unexpectedly relocated as I boarded. The explanation was quite vague, even though I asked the gentleman to repeat himself twice, but overall the change was fine. I was moved up a few rows and kept my window seat preference, so I wasn't upset. I only wish I had been notified earlier at the check in desk rather than holding up the line of passengers behind me."
Cons: "A wheelchair was requested at both airports for boarding and at arrivals. On May 10, flight 265 they provide me with one up to the boarding door and advice me that they did not have personnel to provide the service from there to the plane entrance. That also happen to other people that were handicap. After discussions and protest they provide one person to move one by one the persons that were handicap."

And to top it off my boyfriend and I had very expensive osprey packs we were traveling with .. We used a copa plastic bag to wrap them up in Vegas so the strings would not get caught .. When we received our packs in Puerto Rico YOUR employees had taken the bags off and cut my boyfriends 300 dollar bag! I will never fly again with your airline."

I arrived in San Jose to check in early since I had a 4am flight and was planning to sleep in the terminal. However, the Copa crew did not show up until 2/2:30am to begin checking people in at the counter. There was no other way I could get my ticket ahead of time and I probably would have stayed at a hotel and left early rather than arriving at 8pm and waiting for 6 hours in the open part of the airport."

They got us quickly up to the counter (good) but when I had to ask questions because I didn’t have time to read the signage they got an attitude with me. “Didn’t you see the sign?” And turning to another employee, “isn’t there a sign with all the information posted?” Same employee came down to the terminal and announced the wrong destination for our flight while we were boarding. On the way out of Miami and back to Nashville the crew had great attitudes but it was so disorganized we had the longest line to wait in to check in for both concourses. People were going to miss flights. They fixed that eventually but I’m not sure they did it fast enough for some. Getting through security was far faster than check in. Also, they nickel and dime you for luggage, snacks, etc. It’s a no frills flight. I’ll probably give them one more chance though."

When I went to check in with the exact same airline that the 7 of us flew out on, Sun Country Airlines, I was told that my bag was suddenly 9 pounds heavier than when we left.... even though my bag was packed EXACTLY the same and nothing had been added. As we were finishing up paying, a random lady from the ticket counter stopped me and in a very snobby and aggressive way told me I needed to check an additional bag. I was BEYOND CONFUSED because this bag was considered a FREE "personal item" when we left Portland and now I'm being forced to pay an extra $40 dollars. She then started talking to me VERY aggressively and belittling me as if I couldn't afford the extra charges. That was not the problem! I wanted an explanation as to why the policies are suddenly different just 72 hours later? After I re-ran my card and paid the additional charge, we start to leave again, AND THE SAME GIRL tells me I need to check ANOTHER BAG that was considered a "carry on" when we left Portland. She was starring at my family, our belongings, not listening to what I had to say and continuing to harass us, while demanding I pay more money, without answering any of my questions! I spent $120 to check our bags just to get back home- $75 more than when we left! I asked for her badge number to reference my conversation with her when I call and speak to her manager and she refused to give it to me! Her body language was defensive, unapproachable and snobby- rolling her eyes multiple times.I was able to see read her name on her badge before she flipped it over, "Mika" who happens to be based out of Portland International Airport but working out of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport today, December 10th. Sun Country Airlines advertised themselves as "travel convenient and trouble free for all passengers"...... WHAT A JOKE! I will NEVER fly on this airline or recommend them to anybody ever in my life! Lion's Tap burgers for purchase on the way home -not bad- again microwave gas station burger for $5. Better than a $10 salad in the airport. Don't they get people feel ripped off when charged more in the airport for the same thing cheaper outside the airport?? It's not highway robbery-its runway robbery. But all the airports and airlines do this. Not Sun Country exclusively. But hey- Sun Country-you could do this different!! Be the leader!!"
