Very comfortable and clean lots of selections for entertainment
The boarding delay and having to go from terminal to bus and then Wait again and thenwalk with your bag up the stairs onto the plane
Plane staff was friendly, onboard entertainment options were good and the fare was reasonable.
Plane noise was very loud and cabin temperature was so warm I was sweating and my wife ended up feeling naseaus towards the end of a 5.5 hour flight. Also, not a big fan of advertising being played over the TV and cabin speaker system.

My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight, they had me going all over LAX and took 3 hours to finally put me in a standby. Aeroméxico and Delta kept blaming each other and obviously I was really frustrated.
I had to pay $286 extra for two extra luggage. I was the impression that Aeromexico would charge $100 pesos for every extra luggage.
Not having to change airports in Sao Paulo!
flight operated by Passaredo. Prop plane, waiting area was very basic. At checkin the rep did not want to add my AA Frequent flier number to my reservation. The flight has TAM (oneworld) flight number so I wanted to get credit but was unsuccessful.

They cancelled the flight without any reason and you sent an email the night before departure and as I was in Africa I couldn't read it. So I had to discovered it by other tourists and then I had to book another flight at a higher rate because of the time and I had to cancel a couple of activities already paid to solve all of this and they offer to reimburse just the cost of the flight in 60 days. Horrible experience

Our 2nd flight was changed by the airline, causing us to have a 6 hour layover in Philadelphia instead of a 2 hour layover. Then when we ask about changing to a different flight they told us that the original flight we were supposed to be on (that we booked over 8 months ago) was completely full so that’s why we were moved, and there were no other flights available to switch to. So we accepted that. But when we printed our boarding passes, we saw that our seats were now separate from each other, and they were both middle seats! I don’t understand how booking my tickets so far in advance still resulted in these issues. We were finally able to get an aisle and window seat (not near each other) but both flights had poor to little entertainment, which I wouldn’t have expected on such long flights with American Airlines. Really was letdown. :(

Flight out to BCN was one of the worst in my life! Never had an agent (BA Denver) talk to you and then mid conversation say they closed 3 minutes ago (7 minutes in to trying to find a flight alternative for their cancelled flight...and I wasn’t being upset!)
Delayed for about 45 mins
They were understaffed and because of this I lost my flight and still had to pay 30$ for my luggage

Lax is horrible
The. Flight was on time,I checked in online and that saved me alot of time at the airport.
Good selection of films as usual.
I had to put up with *loud* banter from 2 flight attendants at the back of the plane throughout the entire flight, which was freakin' annoying to say the least. I'm NOT interested which pilot or male attendant you find cute or want to make out with. You also really shouldn't laugh at passengers' faces after telling them to resume their seat to the upright position. A real shame since their performance "on the floor" was perfect.
Crew was friendly and responsive. Gate crew kept passengers informed of the delays. Flight itself was ok.
Flight ETD was 8:25 but plane developed a mechanical problem. After about 20 minutes waiting for maintenance the Captain decided to go back to the gate for fuel and repairs. After maintenance came on board the decision was made to deplane. Finally, a plane from Chicago was scheduled to take us to San Diego. After boarding at about 12:30, it was discovered that catering never loaded food. We waited for over an hour for food to be delivered. At close to 2pm the Captain, who kept us aware of what was going on, asked us if we would agree to leave without a full delivery of food, and all agreed. So by 2pm we were finally enroute to San Diego but having a seat in the back meant we only got to eat what was left, which for me, was a small cheese pack.

Check in and boarding went very smoothly. The crew was very attentive. They came through the cabin several times with the drink cart. And after dinner was served, gave everyone a bottle of water. Good choice of movies, food was good and the light breakfast was actually very filling. Excellent croissants. Overall great flight.

the flight attendants and service were amazing and perfect. The green tea from All Nippon Airline was awesome.
All the food were terribly salty, inedible because the beef was hard like rock, I was unable to eat or chew. The sauce was salty and terrible so threw them away. In general, the food were inedible and poorly prepared that means they were not considerate and discreet about cooking, selecting material,too. The airline only pick the terribly cheap meat to scam and mistreat the passengers. I felt I was ripped off and sadden.

On the first leg of my trip, the time shown on the boarding pass was the time I needed to be at the gate. For this leg of the trip, the time on the boarding pass was the time the plane left. I arrived at the gate at the time the boarding pass said and the plane had already left. I am traveling to my father's funeral and the only option I had was to rebook for an additional cost of $600. Extremely upset.
