Finally arrived.

Numerous delays. In the end it was almost two hours which might not be all that bad if it were during normal hours but original time from DFW was 11:22pm arriving PHX 11:44pm. After all the delays, we finally pushed back around 1:25am and arrived PHX 1:30am. The time change to Pacific made it worse (3:30am for my brain). This flight seems to be delayed every time.

Canceled my flight to Dallas DAY of the trip just a few hours before. Big weekend (brothers graduation & wedding plus moms bday and Mother's Day) had to buy a new ticket through American... they were super nice but spirit was terrible. Riot/strike or whatever. So wrong.

Terrible customer service, and three hour flight delays (happens every time I've flown with Spirit) to start. I booked a non-stop flight to Phoenix from Fort Lauderdale. When I arrived at the airport I was told that actually the aircraft stopped in Dallas and continued on to Phoenix. Since I wasn't changing planes, to them its considered non-stop. There definitely was a stop. about one hour into the delay a friend of mine from Phoenix informed me that nearly all flights have been canceled in and out of Phoenix due to heat. I thought, maybe I was a lucky guy because my flight was simply delayed and not cancelled. When we boarded our flight three hours later and after all passengers were settled and seat-belted in, Spirit made a PA announcement that the flight would only be travelling to Dallas and not continuing on to Phoenix. Mind you at this point, it is literally midnight and there were families and elderly people on board. About 1 minute later an announcer came back on the PA and said, and I quote, "Don't ask us any questions about the flight and you can't get off". Everyone looked at each other like wtf is happening here. All in all, we landed in Dallas, and those of us continuing on to Phoenix were booked again on either American Airlines or Delta flight by Spirit Airlines for first thing the next morning. The worst part of the ordeal was that because it was so late when we arrived, we all had to spend the night in the airport. The Dallas-Fort Worth airport staff was kind enough to bring us military-style cots, basic pillows and sheets for us to lay down on. However, it is an airport and with the PA announcements, daylight style lights on and people walking all around you, you end up with more of a headache than any form of sleep. I will not be flying Spirit again. Please avoid at all costs. It really is not worth the time, stress or money to be manipulated and treated like garbage.

Mechanical difficulties in Dallas caused us to leaveat least 1.5 hours late. Got to Phoenix after my scheduled and all other flights to Spokane had departed. AA put me up in a hotel at the airport. Had to wait 35 minutes outside for a shuttle in 102 heat at 9:00 in the evening. Had to ask for a voucher for evening meal.

Brand new airplanes, and pleasant stewards.

Over two hour delays waiting to board going both ways. In both cases the planes and cabin crew were on site but waiting for pilots. Apparently the pilots are suffering from 'blue flu' because they're not getting paid as much as other airline pilots, so they're intentionally calling in sick at the last minute. If the pilots keep this up they won't have airline to work for. Also didn't like that you pay for ANY luggage (even one carry on bag). By the time you pay for the add on fees your right back at the same price as other airlines. Then you add the time delays on, and your losing out. Won't be flying this airline again.

Honestly, there was nothing to like.

I can't give it a rating because they cancelled the flight and had nothing to book us on. Waited over 3hrs before they finally found me something. Gave me a hotel voucher but when I finally got to the hotel, they had no rooms. The transportation to the hotel cost a fortune because the hotel shuttle would not pick up the phone. They finally put me in a room with someone else from my flight. I got 60 min of sleep before having to return to airport. I'm a 49 yr old woman that flies often and this was by far the worst flight/airline experience that I've ever had. And, the lady at the hotel kept my food vouchers so I didn't even get to eat the next day.

We had a horrible experience. The Spirit staff had no hospitality, nor customer service skills. On one occasion, they stated, “This is Spirit, what do you expect?” I would NEVER fly or recommend anyone to fly with them.

They charged more for the bags than the tickets costs. We were not informed that there was so many luggage costs and they said it’s on the website. I advised we booked through Kayak, and they said “well Kayak buys the tickets from us and they should tell you so you just have to pay and take it up with them” we paid almost $300 in luggage fees alone!!

My flight from Montreal to Atlanta was 2:30 min Left at 6:10 arrive at 8:30 roughly Tried twice to get to my connection earlier and get 9:30 instead of 12:09 fligth to Daytona Delta was not flexible to allow me to book saying i did not have 55 min in between fligth which i had than lear n it will cost $75.00 to change the fligth - What? Very disappointed of Delta - lost 3 hrs at the airport today

Excellent Crew - I flew standby, so have great gate agents and flight attendants makes all the difference when you’re hoping for a seat. In flight they are professional and personable and keep you up to date on what you need to know! Plus, I’m always happy when my flights have USB ports so I’m fully charged when I deplane.

I always want more leg room or a little more room under the seat in front of me. But I didn’t upgrade for a roomier seat and there was more than enough overhead space, so truly can’t complain about it!

Check in was easy through their app. Also very quick lines to drop off bags. Crew was very nice and respectful

Seat are a little bit too close together. But overall very comfortable

Delta never used to be my first choice in airlines, but of my recent experience with them has been excellent. The people from the counter to the plane have been professional and courteous. This is why I will fly with them more frequently.

Staff continued to be professional

Having to switch planes because a flight attendant went missing about a hour delay or more , also the plane was smaller which made everything more difficult and cramped.

We had a horrible experience. The Spirit staff had no hospitality, nor customer service skills. On one occasion, they stated, “This is Spirit, what do you expect?” I would NEVER fly or recommend anyone to fly with them.

They charged more for the bags than the tickets costs. We were not informed that there was so many luggage costs and they said it’s on the website. I advised we booked through Kayak, and they said “well Kayak buys the tickets from us and they should tell you so you just have to pay and take it up with them” we paid almost $300 in luggage fees alone!!

Brand new airplanes, and pleasant stewards.

Over two hour delays waiting to board going both ways. In both cases the planes and cabin crew were on site but waiting for pilots. Apparently the pilots are suffering from 'blue flu' because they're not getting paid as much as other airline pilots, so they're intentionally calling in sick at the last minute. If the pilots keep this up they won't have airline to work for. Also didn't like that you pay for ANY luggage (even one carry on bag). By the time you pay for the add on fees your right back at the same price as other airlines. Then you add the time delays on, and your losing out. Won't be flying this airline again.

Canceled my flight to Dallas DAY of the trip just a few hours before. Big weekend (brothers graduation & wedding plus moms bday and Mother's Day) had to buy a new ticket through American... they were super nice but spirit was terrible. Riot/strike or whatever. So wrong.
