Cons: "It sounds weird but I didn’t know which window was mine so I had one shut and the one in front of me shut during the flight."
Cons: "We were already very delayed, the flight crew was not nice"

Pros: "The comfort the professionalism of the staff everywhere I went"
Cons: "Little pricey on rental and hotel."
Pros: "Wi-Fi and movies to pick from, super!! Nice music while loading and unloading. Calm feeling with everyone, brilliant idea. Keep it up!"
Cons: "Best flight, security our always the downer in traveling."
Cons: "The new "class of service" rules are really awful. "Pay for privilege" is terrible customer service."

The flight itself was good. Unfortunately I somehow found myself surrounded by 2 rows of families with small children. I had about all of the seat kicking and yelling that I could take for 3ish hours straight. Kinda wish the staff could have intervened somehow.

Cons: "Seat 33A. The audio output was bad. Could not clearly hear dialog. Restarting did not help, this issue as consistent got all media programs."
Pros: "Leather seats, built in charger, duel seat tray - one for my drink and one for my Kindle. Plane felt very clean & new."
Pros: "There are outlets and the entertainment portal was very cool."
Cons: "Maybe load first class then from back to front. When you have so many people who need to get to the back with a narrow isle it's tough. The gate agent was very short with me but not necessarily unpleasant."
Pros: "Wi-Fi was great. Watched two movies. Flight was on time and painless"
Cons: "Only complimentary snack was pretzels and only a cup of water."
Pros: "The crew on this flight was excellent."
Cons: "For the fourth flight in a row with American the flight was late. I guess you don’t want to be in a hurry with this airline and have a long layover if you are connecting."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Lost luggage for more than 18 hours. Poor costumer service by baggage assistance: Too many issues to even mention it. Arrived in Cancun w/o luggages and connection to Cuba with another airline and no luggages for 2 weeks."
Pros: "Good flight. Fairly comfortable flight. Attendants Were friendly and helpful."
Cons: "The movie was mediocre. Biscuit cookie was tasteless. Would prefer peanuts or pretzels."
Pros: "Boarding lasted over an hour"
Cons: "I regret flying with American. They have consistent problems with every flight from seating to delayed flights"
Pros: "Flew a 787, so pretty new aircraft. That meant good seat-back entertainment system. Got to watch 2 complete movies - one before we got off the ground. Keep reading..."
Cons: "The flight boarded just fine. Then, about the time we should have been pushing back from the gate, a flight attendant comes on the PA asking for a licensed doctor. Several minutes later, they announce that there's a medical emergency and EMTs are on the way. Said EMT comes down the aisle with a wheelchair. I assume they took that passenger off the back, because they didn't come back by me. We finally leave the gate only to find that the weather we were supposed to get out ahead of had now rolled in, and we're stuck on the taxiway for an hour and a half. Once we finally got airborne, things went well. When we arrived at LAX, we parked in a remote area and had to bus to the terminal. So, while none of this was really anything American could have prevented, it made the flight more of an ordeal."
Cons: "Crew were not friendly at all; I was sitting in the very last row and could hear them complaining about various things. The passenger next to me asked multiple questions and was flat out ignored each time. The seats were very cramped, the flight delayed; a friendlier crew could have made up for that"
Pros: "On time flight."
Cons: "Security was overzealous. I didn't know the standards changed for how many ounces you could carry over three days. The normal ounces of liquid was no more than 4.0 ounces. I had no problem going through security with that amount of spray deodorant flying from IAW, Dulles. DFW airport security says the limit is no more than 3.4 ounces. So they kept my harmless deodorant. I need TSA to get on the same sheet of music worldwide. People don't have time or money to waste having to deal with different TSA standards everywhere they go."
Cons: "This flight was horrible. I upgraded my seat and paid extra for a premium economy and it was still crowded. There was gum or candy stuck to the floor right were I was supposed to stash my carry on. I pointed it out to the flight attendant and his response was "so you can't put your bag there?" I asked him if he would ruin his bag and put it there and he said "well, you don't know me." What? I had to worry the whole flight about putting my foot on that gooey mess. What did I get for my extra money? Aggravation."
Cons: "There was no entertainment available on this flight. It's a short flight so I don't expect any, however, I continued on to Phoenix that day from Chicago and that is a long flight. I expected free entertainment on that flight, as it was afforded on the flight on the Phoenix to Chicago leg of my flights earlier in the week. The Chicago to Phoenix had entertainment offered but it there was a fee, which I didn't appreciate and did not take part in. I looked around me as much as possible and didn't see anyone else pay for entertainment. Having in flight movies and TV available for feee is a great incentive for flying with United. If these long flights in the future are pay for view, I will not be flying with you when there are alternative carriers who do provide free entertainment. Thank you."
Pros: "The crew was very helpful and polite"
Cons: "Anything but water was for extra. We weren't even offered a small snack for the price of the flight. My flight was changed three times and it was very cramped. They said there would be entertainment, but it cost as much as a movie ticket. They also managed to lose my bags for the third time in a row."
Pros: "Zero leg room! That actually was surprising as most other airlines have a lot more legroom. In flight entertainment was also lacking. Doesn't make sense to pay $7.99 for a 2.5hr flight. A lot of other airlines offer some sort of complimentary in flight entertainment. Also the luggage didn't start coming out for at least 30 mins of waiting at baggage claim. Not the worst experience I've had flying but far from being a good experience. It probably isn't worth flying united unless it's 1st class. But even they had to wait 30+mins for luggage!"
Pros: "I felt comfortable. Staff was great."
Cons: "The cracker and cheese box. The snack wasn't worth the money."
Cons: "They overbooked my flight and almost didn't let me on the plane even though I bought my ticket months ago! The only reason I got on is because some people didn't show up."
Cons: "Pay for ticket and couldn't get a seat assignment. Had to go to the kiosk before my flight and try to get a seat. It processed for 5 minutes while I waited thinking it was stuck. Finally it told me there were no seats available unless I wanted to pay for upgrade. Gee I thought a seat came with the price of a ticket. Then there was no shoulder room in the seating and I am an average sized person. There was leg room because it was an exit row. Then they tried to sell me a round-trip ticket that was more costly than buying individual tickets. What a scam."
Pros: "Not one thing."
Cons: "I chose to fly UA back from a trip to Fort Worth because your price was cheaper than the airline I normally use. Boy do I know why! You have the rudest staff I have ever encountered. My day started out at 6:30am with one of your staff members rudely telling me I had to check my bag, which met all of the dimension requirements you put in place, because two notches on the back side of the carry on did not allow it to completely slide into the display. This women waited until you were halfway through the security line to call you back and make you measure the suitcase. So then you had to walk back through a long line and find yourself even FURTHER back in the line to get through security. She was so unprofessional- not compassionate, unpleasant attitude, and was all about making sure as many people as possible had to pay the extra $25 for a checked bag. The person I flew with is a military wife and you would not honor the free checked bag because her husband was not on the trip and this policy was not included anywhere on her flight documents. Again, the "customer service" reps were rude to her about this and she had to pay the $25 to check her bag. You do not believe in offering quality customer service or ensuring that we have a pleasant experience, you want our money and look to us as an opportunity to make a dollar. Never again!!!"

Plane was out if fuel, waited 3 hours for fuel. Then the crew rimed out and flight was puahed to 4 hours later. All we got for this huge inconvenience and a missed day at work was a 15.00 food voucher.

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The aircraft looks like a WWI aircraft. So dirty. Floors were nasty with food not picked up from the last trip. Sits are extremely uncomfortable even for a 2 hr flogjt. Last minute flight so we had to do frontier... never again thou"
Pros: "I survived!"
Cons: "Disruptive passenger should have been removed! The flight was delayed 2 hours."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "At least let the people with no baggage go 1st"
Pros: "Really nice crew, really efficient boarding, I loved my seat assignment and the price was RIGHT!"
Cons: "Couldn't recline the seats, pretty harsh that you don't even get pretzels but I get it y'all."
Pros: "Flight was on time, got my seat assignment on arrival and scored an exit row seat. Perfect choice for a "shuttle" flight from COS to PHX."
Cons: "I didn't like having priceline involved in my purchase. I did not care to use priceline, as I didn't get to pick my seat at purchase, or pay for my checked bag. The price went up when I went back to pick my seat and pay for baggage. Therefore I will not be using kayak again."
Pros: "Plane was clean and looked fairly new. Seemed to be more leg room than usual"
Cons: "Can they give you a soda on a 3+ hour flight? Terrible to have to pay for a non-alcoholic drink"
Pros: "Quick boarding, and fair service"
Cons: "Nothing super fantastic to say, but also no real complaints!"
Cons: "I can't believe you have to pay $40 for carryon!!!"
Cons: "I was on the phone for more than one hour I can’t fly cuz I got an accident so I can drive more sooooo I was trying to cancel my fly and never pick up the phone"
Pros: "Even the cheaper seats are roomier than other budget airlines. More comfortable as well"
Cons: "Spirit charges for everything including soda"
Pros: "Direct flight Phoenix to Dallas"
Cons: "Price once everything was added in. Noisy aircraft, no reclining seats."
Pros: "We had a horrible experience. The Spirit staff had no hospitality, nor customer service skills. On one occasion, they stated, “This is Spirit, what do you expect?” I would NEVER fly or recommend anyone to fly with them."
Cons: "They charged more for the bags than the tickets costs. We were not informed that there was so many luggage costs and they said it’s on the website. I advised we booked through Kayak, and they said “well Kayak buys the tickets from us and they should tell you so you just have to pay and take it up with them” we paid almost $300 in luggage fees alone!!"
Pros: "Staff continued to be professional"
Cons: "Having to switch planes because a flight attendant went missing about a hour delay or more , also the plane was smaller which made everything more difficult and cramped."
Pros: "The staff was Okay."
Cons: "The flight was delayed until the next day. The staff and airline seemed to be very disorganized and unable to handle all situations"
Pros: "Finally arrived."
Cons: "Numerous delays. In the end it was almost two hours which might not be all that bad if it were during normal hours but original time from DFW was 11:22pm arriving PHX 11:44pm. After all the delays, we finally pushed back around 1:25am and arrived PHX 1:30am. The time change to Pacific made it worse (3:30am for my brain). This flight seems to be delayed every time."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Terrible customer service, and three hour flight delays (happens every time I've flown with Spirit) to start. I booked a non-stop flight to Phoenix from Fort Lauderdale. When I arrived at the airport I was told that actually the aircraft stopped in Dallas and continued on to Phoenix. Since I wasn't changing planes, to them its considered non-stop. There definitely was a stop. about one hour into the delay a friend of mine from Phoenix informed me that nearly all flights have been canceled in and out of Phoenix due to heat. I thought, maybe I was a lucky guy because my flight was simply delayed and not cancelled. When we boarded our flight three hours later and after all passengers were settled and seat-belted in, Spirit made a PA announcement that the flight would only be travelling to Dallas and not continuing on to Phoenix. Mind you at this point, it is literally midnight and there were families and elderly people on board. About 1 minute later an announcer came back on the PA and said, and I quote, "Don't ask us any questions about the flight and you can't get off". Everyone looked at each other like wtf is happening here. All in all, we landed in Dallas, and those of us continuing on to Phoenix were booked again on either American Airlines or Delta flight by Spirit Airlines for first thing the next morning. The worst part of the ordeal was that because it was so late when we arrived, we all had to spend the night in the airport. The Dallas-Fort Worth airport staff was kind enough to bring us military-style cots, basic pillows and sheets for us to lay down on. However, it is an airport and with the PA announcements, daylight style lights on and people walking all around you, you end up with more of a headache than any form of sleep. I will not be flying Spirit again. Please avoid at all costs. It really is not worth the time, stress or money to be manipulated and treated like garbage."
Pros: "Brand new airplanes, and pleasant stewards."
Cons: "Over two hour delays waiting to board going both ways. In both cases the planes and cabin crew were on site but waiting for pilots. Apparently the pilots are suffering from 'blue flu' because they're not getting paid as much as other airline pilots, so they're intentionally calling in sick at the last minute. If the pilots keep this up they won't have airline to work for. Also didn't like that you pay for ANY luggage (even one carry on bag). By the time you pay for the add on fees your right back at the same price as other airlines. Then you add the time delays on, and your losing out. Won't be flying this airline again."
Cons: "I had a connecting flight so the Plane left without 10 people and me, they had to put us on another flight with another airline. The people working for fhe airline looked dead and didn't care that they already had me waiting for days on a previous flight."
