Pros: "Seating is better than most other airlines. In seat entertainment option, bring headphones. Accommodating crew. Beverage and snacks provided at no cost."
Read more about Delta
Pros: "Seating is better than most other airlines. In seat entertainment option, bring headphones. Accommodating crew. Beverage and snacks provided at no cost."
Pros: "The crew was very kind."
Cons: "Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane."
Pros: "Seat was okay, and the crew were good. Boarding was quick probably because not many passengers on flight."
Cons: "Nothing really. Flight was quick."
Pros: "The crew was great and the service was quick and very nice."
Cons: "It sounds weird but I didn’t know which window was mine so I had one shut and the one in front of me shut during the flight."
Cons: "We were already very delayed, the flight crew was not nice"
Cons: "original, non-stop flight was delayed by 6 hours; was able to get rebooked to another flight but was still 2 hours delayed and my bag arrived another 2 hours after me, ending in a 4 hour delay over all. paid for a non-stop and ended up with a layover."
Pros: "The short duration of the flight and punctual arrival. Better seating with more leg space in Airbus than in the horrible Boeing 467- 400."
Cons: "No headsets distributed so I couldn't listen to film program. Crew rather impersonal. I'm dreaming of an airline that uses functioni g loudspeakers during boarding. Nobody understands acoustically which zone is being boarded ( not only a Delta issue)."
Pros: "Great crew"
Cons: "Wi-Fi not working or hard to get to work. Flight was delayed by an hour and service was very rushed."
Pros: "The comfort the professionalism of the staff everywhere I went"
Cons: "Little pricey on rental and hotel."
Pros: "I was surprised by the amount of snacks and drinks on such a short flight."
Cons: "They claim to be cleaning these planes but I find that hard to believe when there is Gum on the window sill. We were also delayed quite a bit in the boarding process. Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."
Cons: "Everything, especially an AA customer representative. Very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional."
Cons: "Because of 12 hr between original flight and this flight, we drive"
Cons: "5 hour delay including multiple gate changes, being pulled off the runway and poor communication"
Cons: "I expect better service from American Airlines, total disappointment. Given incorrect information by 2 gate agents concerning connecting flight delays."
Cons: "They lost and cant track my baggage. Very poor customer service."
Pros: "LOVED the spacious leg room on that aircraft!"
Cons: "The lady beside me and everyone else listened to her audio book."
Pros: "Entertainment options."
Cons: "This new low life category where you cannot even pay to be treated like a human."
Cons: "The desk people were aggressively unhelpful when I asked for advice on getting a jacket back that I had left my previous flight (less than an hour earlier). They treated me with derision and ridicule because my previous flight was with a different airline, an airline that is closely enough associated with American that they booked me on an American flight. It should have been possible to at least talk to someone that could address my situation but now I'm stuck with the likely loss of something important to me and a strong dislike of American airlines. I'm probably just salty because it happened yesterday though. I'll get over the jacket eventually and probably fly with American again. But I will always resent them."
Pros: "Travel time"
Cons: "No snacks on flight. The charging stations come in between legs space and very uncomfortable they got to be re adjusted. Make sure these are taken care in upcoming flights."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable"
Cons: "Flight was delayed almost 2 hours. Maintenance - While I understand that these things happen to tell the passengers that maintenance crew "can't find a screw" to fix some panelling on the plane seems rediculous. Then further delay the flight because the wrong luggage was loaded?"
Pros: "That I can charge my phone."
Cons: "That I needed the wall jack part to charge my phone. My side’s wall jack was broken. I think if possible they can make it that I can plug the usb part of the wall jack straight. This way the wall jack won’t be needed. Also they were only two in each roll but they are three seats in each roll."
Pros: "Boarding was easy. Just waiting in line to get on a plane. Pretty easy."
Cons: "No problems with the flight from Dallas to Chicago. Very quick and easy flight. Chicago to Paris was a bad experience."
Pros: "Besides being tired and walking what felt like 3 miles to new gate I have not issues to report."
Cons: "I chose to fly Southwest on the way back and for less money I received better service. If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again."
Pros: "I arrived safely at my destination."
Cons: "I fully understand that weather and accompanying delays are unpredictable at best. But to be updated every 30 minutes over what turned into a 3 hour wait was frustrating. I appreciated the updates, but I could have done lots of fun things if I'd known the time would end up being 3 hours. Maybe you could work on the accuracy of your delays and how long it will really take. The flight attendants seemed as though they didn't even want to be there."
Cons: "I was forced to check my carry on because others were allowed to bring several carry one bags I counted 18 passengers that were allowed to bring 3 carry one bags & a personal item to store under the seat so if you are in the 3rd, 4th or 5tn boarding group there isn't any overhead storage available I paid to check check my other luggage so I would follow the rules others should be made to do the same I worried all the way to New Orleans that my carry would be lost"
Pros: "The power outlets were a perfect way to be ready to arrive home. Great option of personal mobile device entertainment."
Cons: "No television on that flight."
Pros: "The only thing good about this experience is that I didn't go through it alone"
Cons: "I was stuck in DFW for over 10 hours, the staff was rude, ineffective and lacked customer service skills in general."
Pros: "The seats were very spacious and comfortable. The flight was very smooth not a lot of turbulence was present and the weather was good which contributed to the smooth flight. I flew economy but even we were treated to a snack and drinks."
Pros: "Comfortable chairs"
Cons: "There are no TV's and there are no snacks"
Pros: "The crew was kind and accommodating"
Cons: "The seats were terribly uncomfortable and the arm rests are so low they’re almost unusable."
Pros: "No delays, very straightforward. Even was told that I could move from my middle seat to a window seat because of room on the plane."
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats"
Cons: "The plane was super dirty and so gross. There was food under the seats and marks on the walls. Everything was so disorganized boarding"
Cons: "Unfriendly staff, paying for my Carry on luggage was ridiculous. $45.00 for Each carry on was very unexpected. Then my flight was cancelled on my way home. Had to scramble and got a different airline at last minute... Had no issues with the Other airline. Will most likely not use frontier as my top 10 choices."
Pros: "Literally nothing. Will not fly again."
Cons: "Completely disorganized. Took 30 minutes to check a bag. Nickel and dimed at every turn. Flight crew was borderline annoying. Was not a relaxing flight whatsoever. JUST BAD."
Cons: "Small table trays & uncomfortable seats. You get what you pay for."
Pros: "Flight was 3 hours delayed. When we arrived at the airport they said it would be delayed by 2 hours. Then right before our new boarding time they delayed it another hour. I wish we would have had some advance notice so we weren't stuck waiting at the airport for 3 hours."
Cons: "Frontier seats are extremely uncomfortable (I would say the worst of any airline) and they charge for carry on luggage and drinks."
Pros: "It was fast easy simple. I thought charging for hand luggage as crazy but they seemed flexible about what a purse is. Ate nothing, didn't watch anything. Stewardesses warm and friendly."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "1 hour security time. Flight moved up without notice. Will not talk about refund at all. Giving no options. No personnel at both terminal counters as well as check in. Get better employees or just quit"
Pros: "Nothing. My flight was cancelled 5 mins before departure with no explanation."
Cons: "Nothing. My flight was cancelled 5 mins before departure with no explanation."
Cons: "The return trip could have been on time. Cancelled my flight and got home through another airline."
Pros: "The crew was good"
Cons: "The seats were bad and no free in air snacks or drinks"
Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "The seats where a little stiff but it is still good"
Pros: "Flight was on time. ALL information is on the website when making your flight purchase. Overall good experience. Would fly again."
Pros: "Liked the way Spirit Airlines were transparent in letting us know all the additional charges at the time of booking itself."
Cons: "entertainment system can be added to the flights , as we don't get coffe or Tea for free , we can be occupied by watching some channel."
Pros: "Price and size and age of the plane."
Cons: "Was not aware of additional baggage charges at the time of the reservation."
Cons: "We had a 2 hour delay in boarding and then a 20 minute wait at the landing gate as they were all full."
Pros: "Price"
Cons: "My $350 Michael Kors watch was stolen while my suitcase was in your possession"
Pros: "Boarded fast. Took off early. Landed early. It was extremely efficient. Loved it!"
Cons: "We were not told, when we purchased the ticket, that you must pay $55 to carry on a bag! Plus another $15 for the seat! Our first--and last--flight on this "discount" airline! This airline will be out of business soon."
