This procedure should be seamless and FAST! There should be no mystery about the final cost of any flight. Please rethink your approach!!!!!!!!!! By the time I was seated on the plane, my frustration and irritation was so high I was NOT confident about a safe arrival to my destination."

Fortunately, at this time, the air conditioning was also repaired. After an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes of repairs, taxiing and waiting, we finally departed after a total delay of 3 hours. Upon landing in New Orleans, we were forced to wait for an additional hour while we waited for our gate to clear. All in all, we arrived 4 hours after our initial arrival time, and spent 3 hours on a plane for a 1 hour and 8 minute flight."
