Plane was late taking off and almost missed my next connection. Due to landing late my luggage did not make it on make it on my flight. However the airline delivered to my place the following morning. It was not an inconvenience to me as the baggage was delivered in a timely fashion. Thank you Finnair!
We where really late and they where very helpfull.
Beautiful new modern aircraft & plenty of spare seats on the flight. Paid for Economy comfort & it was worth it.
Did not like that you had to pay for drinks & snacks. For someone of Finnair’s standing, you would think they would include it.

A330 throne seat (2A) is nice and private.
Flight attendant in business class was quite terse and rude.

We were on the ground for three hours before we could take off. I ended up missing my flight from London to Madrid and my luggage got lost for a day because they switched my flight.

I was flying Norwegian during possibly the worst week in recent memory: after the breakdown at JFK following the snow hurricane on Jan. 3-4. The flight was DY 7002 to Oslo, arriving on Jan. 5. For some reason leading up the flight, Norwegian did not cancel our flight - which left at 22:00 - even though the other major airlines had. We were forced to go to the airport chaos before Norwegian cancelled the flight around an hour before it was supposed to fly. We were delayed two days. When we finally boarded on Jan. 7 we had to sit on the tarmac for 3 hrs before taking off. The pilot couldn't explain the nature of the delay. In all fairness, I am not sure how much Norwegian or JFK are to blame for such horrendous service. Probably both are at fault. Norwegian: please consider your customers' time and well-being. Cancel your flights in advance of such conditions so that your passengers, update the information on your website. Those things are in your control, even if the situation at JFK is not.

Late to board with very little updates as we waited. Crammed into a tight gate with poor system to line people up to board. An obtrusive secondary screening in which no seating was provided as they request you remove shoes.
Delayed flight, no where to sit, crowded and unorganized. No communication, terrrribleeeeee
We were diverted to Dulles because of weather, which is no one' fault, of course. We were assured on the flight that there would be buses ready to take us to New York or accommodation for us if the roads were too dangerous. We went through immigration and were greeted by a resounding silence on the part of Norwegian. No representative, no message, no announcement, no luggage, which we STILL have not received a week later. All efforts to get in touch with Norwegian were fruitless. Never, never, never will I give them my business again.
787 Aircraft is nice. Decent selection of in-flight entertainment options. The main reason to fly Norwegian is low cost.
Boarding was delayed 30 min because Norwegian isn't very well organized. The boarding lounge at Gatwick has half the capacity of the aircraft, so people were packed in to a tiny space until boarding actually started. In-seat USB charger didn't work.
Got to Amsterdam on time and everything was great including the staff

Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost.
Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?
