The flight was slightly delayed because of change of plane but informed beforehand. Flight was very good and comfortable
Superb like always. On time and quite comfortable. Only thing is that the arrival movement was by bus.
We were boarded by bus. That was a bit of pain.
Crew and food was good, ok leg room if you don’t have a big box under the seat. And the seats are so narrow (I’m only 70kg), will consider an alternate airline next time
Paid $10 for wifi for full flight duration and the wifi wasn’t available after initial 2 hours
Boarding from DOH to SYD the Business Class were pointed in a separate gate but no one there to receive us. Otherwise it was ok.
The flight was delayed and one member of the crew was a bit rude. But apart from that all good.
My flight was delayed. I was rebooked twice and even the second flight that was additional connection in London was delayed too, so I ended up spending more than 24 hours flying between four different countries and to be honest I’m not sure whether I ever want to use this airline again. My luggage is still delete. It’s been more than 48 hours now so to be honest, I’m not even sure how to describe the level of frustration I have.
The flight overall was good. The attendants did a good job except that 1 female had too much fragrance on. The other things that made the flight unpleasant were out of the airlines control.
I would love the entertainment center to be updated with more content. The flight to Doha had more options than the one to Miami
I prebooked a comfort plus seat on this flight and therefore the flight was comfy. I got the correct seat in the correct section of the plane that I have booked, that's this. Flight was comfortable. Staff were average on the flight, appearing to be rushed and short in engagement with travellers, perhaps this to maximise there rest time on the flight.
Economy travel is really hard with no room to move especially when the person sitting beside you is an XL or XXL size person who if moving could hit your face
The seats were uncomfortable. The service was poor. We bought internet for my family and myself and it didn’t work. The charger for our phone didn’t work. The service seemed like they were tired and exhausted and seemed a bit upset. It was not a good flight. Our flight from miami to Qatar was great but from Qatar to Tokyo was simply awful
The seat condition was very poor . The seats handles was broken the wire inside the seat handle was out .It was very ugly scene and very uncomfortable to be in this situation. Please keep ur flight seat in good condition to respect your passengers . Regards
Salam air flights are very full . So there is no way to fallow Covid 19 protocol . All seats are occupied . They should consider less passenger in each flight .
Moderate carrier , one of the flight attendant crashed my leg with the food table and never bothered to apologia but give you a lecture about how to sit in your seat.
If the flight was full I would have been more uncomfortable as the space was small. The seat in front of me was very close, I wear transition lenses and it was too close for a comfortable viewing experience. The foot room was not the best either. The row was empty so I had shoulder width space. The foot space in my opinion could be better, I am just 6ft tall, medium built and found the space mediocre. The AC on the flight could have been cooler. We were delaed on the tarmac and the air con was warm. Even in the air, it could have been cooler. Apart from that excellent service crew, we were delayed on the tarmac and water was offered to us which was of good temperature. The snacks offered were acceptable. Boarding from T3 is a nightmare for the transfer to the aircraft.

The timing for this flight is really odd.. at 4.45AM If it was 1AM or 8AM it would be great. I guess its probably for European connecting flights with Emirates? Anyway, for a budget airline, the business class product in FlyDubai is quite decent. You even get Champagne, although 4AM is an off time to have it. The Throne seat for me while is great for privacy, sleeping isn't great for the foot extension. This flight is great for me due to its direct nature but if Emirates did it, I would choose that.
The quality is worse and worse , this business ticket pricing is overpriced !!!!
The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international
If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.
Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.
