Good timely boarding. Comfortable seats .... first row

Being in the first row. Three male crew members talked and laughed loudly the entire flight. Woke my wife and myself three different times. One totaled his car and another made 20.00 an hour. The other was discussing a woman. I’ve flow over 300 flights never experienced anything like that. Totally unprofessional.

I'm not sure how it's legal that spirit doesn't include the exit tax for a country when every single other airline does include it in their KAYAK posted price. There is literally a tax window in San Pedro Sulu, Honduras that says for "spirit airlines passengers" charging $47 per person that my family of 5 had to pay to get out of honduras. Continental would have been cheaper. The exit tax for a country is a required tax. Why is the tax included in the KAYAK posted continental price but not spirit? Only spirit airlines passengers had to pay it. That's messed up. Kayak should be more aware that prices they list aren't truly accurate as all the required taxes were not included. I'm not talking about baggage fees or meal fees or seat selection fees which aren't required if you don't want to pay it, I'm talking about a required tax to get back on the plane.

Cheap, easy boarding

They really cram you in. The seats are miserable. The seat of my chair literally came off. Looked like a cross between bad patio furniture and folding chairs. I don't usually complain, and I know I went with a discount airline, but this was just horrible. You'd think there'd be minimum standards for cross-country flights.

The crew was nice

I flew American four times in 7 days, every flight was delayed. delay times varied from 90 minutes to over three hours. Fog in Chicago was beyond anybody's control, but the other times were not weather related, I recently flew frontier Air and their flights were also late. I jinxed myself by stating I never have this issue with AA. Great job at proving me wrong. I flew a good bit last year and these issues didn't start until after the new year., Thank you for your time.

I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful.

They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that.

This was my first time flying Air Canada. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours because they had to deice the plane. Yes it was frustrating but I would much rather have a flight of upset passengers then risking our lives. The captains and the crew went out of their way to make sure that we were the most comfortable. They gave us food and drinks as we waited and were extremely patient. Upon arrival many passengers had missed their connecting flights, including myself. They put us on the next flight out and gave all passengers a hotel and meals for the night. I would definitely recommend Air Canada. The plane itself is also pretty spacious so don’t be afraid to fly economy.

Nothing really. They were great. I mean, definitely wished my flight wasn’t delayed. Although It wasn’t their fault that they needed to deice the plane, that’s something that should’ve been accounted for way before our flight was supposed to take off.

The flight from Toronto to Boston is extremely short, about an hour. I don’t feel as though I can rate the food since I didn’t buy any, it just doesn’t give me an option to not rate it. It was a completely full flight. It was as comfortable as can be. It’s a smaller plane so you feel everything but the captains were good flyers.

I’m not sure if this is something I can really complain about but I wish the flight attendants would’ve spoken a bit lower. For a plane where half of the people there had missed their connecting flight and were put on a 6:30 am flight, I don’t think we wanted to hear about their detailed personal lives.

Attendant at gate insisted my daughter's carry-on bag get checked because he put it crooked into the sizer. When I adjusted it and showed him that it fit, he still insisted that we check it. Unpleasant way to start our trip.

The low fare was the best part of the flight, but I later found that it came at a cost!!!!

First of all the Crew was rude and their lack of patience was obvious, the flight was delayed and was no fault of any of the passengers yet we were made to feel as if it was our ( passengers) fault. Secondly, the air was turned down, I guess to conserve fuel, and the plane was unbearably hot, And at no time was food offered for purchase or even a beverage service. I have flow AA for 20+ years and this was the FURST flight I have ever experienced. Sadly I believe it will be my last!!!!

Crew was unexpectedly loud/chatty with one another throughout the flight, even when things were quite and calm they were calling over our heads to one another and laughing loudly. Initially, it's an international flight from Spain and no crew members in my section atleast could speak Spanish. I had to help a passenger who only spoke spanish because the attendant kept repeating an order in english, just getting louder each time.

There is not enough space to list everything. I paid $800 for a normally $300 flight, then paid an extra $75 for the ability to board early so I could store my very small roller carry-on. The in-bound flight was 2 hours late and even though I could track that easily, and assumed our flight would also be two hours late, the AA website insisted the outbound flight would be on time. So like everyone else, I went to the airport. And it wasn't until just before the original departure time that the update was indicated. Really?? If I knew the flight was going to be two hours late,that means AA knew, and didn't care enough about their passengers to advise them. Then when we boarded, my bag was taken away for gate check because the flight did not allow roller bags. After I paid extra. How can AA not advise you when you book your flight that roller bags would not be allowed?? Talk about a money-grab. I unfortunately have a return ticket and am not wealthy enough to throw it away and book on another airline, but I would if I could. I will never fly AA again and I will share my story far and wide.

Online check-in - DID NOT WORK. Awaited the email, but never came. At the airport - kiosk didn't work. Got an attendant - flight had started boarding 5-10m before getting the agent / *their* policy is no boarding passes after that -- even though hours earlier the online check-in was done. They charged for the baggage, so parts took. Reality seems to be that flight was oversold. Upon rebook at next flight - that one was delayed due to awaiting inbound flight attendant. They know this stuff hours ahead of time, but never say.

What you expect from an internal US flight: no food, crowded flight, cramped seats. I have come to expect two things - arrive on time and arrive safely. The good, we arrived safely.

Pulled away from gate and sat on tarmac for over an hour while technical difficulties fixed. We should not have boarded until plane was ready. We arrived over one hour late and just made connecting flight. Our luggage was not so fortunate.

I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful.

They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that.
