Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. The seats would not recline and when the seats in front of us reclined for the entire flight, the screen and chair were about a foot from our faces. This was hands down the worst flight I have ever had. The flight crew Wulf not move us as the flight was full, and despite there being more than half of the first class seats available, they would not let us sit there. I will likely not fly air canada again given this experience."

Pros: "We arrived in Istanbul the day of the attack. Air Canada let us change our flights, no charge, no questions asked. We were able to fly through Venice and avoided the Coup attempt. Thank you Air Canada so much!"

It was so frustrating because I had to wait 51 minutes for an Air Canada representative to confirm I had checked in eventhough I didn't have my boarding pass on my I5 phone. I really like your planes and service providers,but your website is awful."

Cons: "Passenger seats are way to close, if the person in front of you leans their seat back, forget about using your tray. I know I haven't flown in over a year, but did all airlines stop passing out snacks. Make sure you bring your credit card in case you get hungry. They charge you for everything except basic drinks and make sure you use the latrine prior to boarding because they are too busy swiping the credit cards, they block the isle to get access to it."

Cons: "the incoming plane was late so we were late boarding, then due to this we had to sit on the runway as we were told we could not land in Toronto. I had a short layover and the flight attendant was less than helpful and apparently had never bothered to learn anything about the Toronto airport or where to go to get this information. After getting into the airport I found out that no Air Canada employee knows anything about the Toronto airport. The cleaning crew finally directed me to the Air Canada help desk after I had asked at 4 different air Canada check in desks. Thankfully I did not miss my flight."

Pros: "The fact that I was rebooked immediately to my new flight AC-DC 705 at 8:50 am by two wonderful ladies at La guardia airport who comforted then boarded me unto a flight due to the fact that I missed my original flight. This occured due to the Airport being Unorganized! As I had checked in well before 3 hours and was on time for my original flight at 8:30 am."
Cons: "The airport was extremely packed, Unorganized and not well staffed. What I hated is that when I arrived at my original gate A7 the gentleman who boarded my original flight was unprofessional, rude, basically ignored me and said "You missed your flight !" Not even taking the time to listen to my situation or guide me in my next steps of acquiring a new flight to go to my classes and home in Toronto!"
Pros: "Exceptional ground staff particularly the gentleman who checked me-in in ORD and the German speaking lady in YYZ (gate agent). Also the gate agent in FRA. last but not least, the Very friendly crews on all 3 segments"

I like the service from the inflight crew. The boarding was poor for premium passengers. They called us by group 1, first. As it is expected to be. However, they mixed group 1, 2 and 3. They were calling the 3 groups at the same time. So, those of us in group 1 had to line up with group 2 and 3. In other words, we had to wait in line until people from these two groups were seated. If we pay extra money for our comfort, then why do we have to line up with everyone else? Why do we have to wait in line until the put away their carryons and be seated?
This is best airline ever, the service was amazing l love United airline...everything was great and nice

She is not great with technology and was stranded at the airport until her re-scheduled flight 12 hours later"

Cons: "Upgraded to business class for flight home. I had aisle seat last row. Cart left in aisle to keep cabin class from constantly using the bathroom by the cockpit. But they kept coming just pushing the cart aside and rubbing their butts on my arms and shoulders to squeeze by. I understand why they did it. Many times their was a long line and people bothering the guests in business class. I eventually complained and the cart was removed. The attendants really tried hard to minimize the traffic through that section. But to little success."

Cons: "Connection flight times were a little close which caused me to rush from different sections of New ark airport. I almost missed my flight home to Providence so if connecting flights could be scheduled with a little more wiggle room that would be great."

Cons: "DELAYS. I had 4 flights within a weekend all with United and EVERY flight was delayed. The plane also heading to Newark ahead of us was overbooked and some people were pushed onto our plane, not a big deal if all can fit on the plane...but we wouldn't have if it wasn't for the delay causing those flying to Boston to miss their flights. Frustrating and adds an element of concern when faced with delays when the weather is fine. The internet on the plane is also confusing to use...should be clearer. Mistakenly booked my flight before realizing the new carry on policy, so trying to pack everything into a tiny bag to meet requirements was frustrating... definitely don't think I will be booking United again."

So either way we were going to have a longer day and extra leg.....which I only paid for ONE plane change. After running to the gate because my first flight was late taking off, this flight was delayed due to engine issues. The agent had us standing in line for 1 1/2 hours while she tried to figure out what was going on. So instead of taking off at 5:40 pm, we took off at 9 pm and still had to catch a bus from Boston to Providence...HORRIBLE Flight = Long Day/Night"
Cons: "Delayed at Chicago for 8 hours before they canceled the flight. It was beautiful & Sunny in both Chicago (depart) & Omaha (arrive) all day. The flight was most likely canceled because of an incoming flight that never arrived. Stayed at hotel on my own dime after wasting an entire day. Completely unacceptable and will never use airline for this route again."
Cons: "The gate changed twice. We were directed to a bus to take us to our flight to only be made to get back off the bus because we didn't have a crew. No one would tell us anything. Got back into the airport and then 30 minutes later got put back on the bus. The plane was disgusting, smelled like urine. The air conditioning didn't work. Terrible."
