Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Finally got me home
Cons: Delayed, no updates,

Cons: Flight was delayed due to weather, understandable. We deplaned. This was the first short 1.5 hour leg of an international flight. It seemed clear that we would not make our connecting flights, which messes everything up with covid tests, quarantine, and all the many restrictions that airlines have insisted without thinking about the consequences. I tried to share my concern with the agent at American Airlines, knowing that it would probably be better to rebook and start all over for the following week or something. But his limited perspective, condescending attitude, and egotistical control behavior would not listen to me and was only concerned with getting me to the first stop 1.5 hours away. 7hrs later, stuck on that same plane which rerouted and refueled, I am now stuck in a city for 2 days since I had to rebook and start all over for missing my international connecting flight. Still have 20+ more hours of flying to go and nowhere closer to my destination. Hotel, rental, and new covid tests are all at my expense. Just wish American Airlines staff would listen and help, but if you don't shut up and comply to their every demand, they will ban you and ruin your life forever.

Pros: crew was great
Cons: N/A

Pros: Boarding process was smooth
Cons: Allowed people to deplane while waiting. Sitting on a plane during a two + hour delay is the stupidest thing ever.

Pros: The crew was great

Cons: All seats were booked, no covid-19 social distancing

Cons: Never heard the announcement for boarding resulting in me missing my flight. If it were just me I’d say all my fault but there were 12 people that did not hear the announcements.

Pros: They were nice. They listened
Cons: No screaming children

Pros: All employees were awesome.
Cons: I have no complaints.

Pros: Average crew. The seat became comfortable after complaining that the one I requested was not noted on passenger request or should I say begging for the request.
Cons: Listen to the passenger.

Pros: Boarding was quick
Cons: Power in the airplane to charge phones. A form of entertainment would have been nice

Pros: The connecting BA flight from Houston to LHR was an old 747 and my broken window blind didn’t go down. The worst part was I paid for a bulkhead seat and once we got on the plane it turned out the configuration was different and the seat was not bulkhead.
Cons: Accurate configuration. A more modern plane.

Pros: Crew was ok. The basics. No issues.
Cons: WiFi and better entertainment

Pros: Someone got sick but the crew helped her right away. An ambulance was already waiting for her. Flight despite this arrived on time.
Cons: Snacks

Cons: The crew was not friendly. Rude tone.

Cons: Because of 12 hr between original flight and this flight, we drive

Pros: Good
Cons: Good

Pros: Only thing that was good was tail wind.
Cons: The plane was so small and tight. And they sat me next to 260lbs x football player in this tiny plane. Not really your fault but a plane that size is just too small esp when your neighbor is double your size.

Pros: Everything was good. Bear in mind flight was under 1 hour and I slept the whole time.

Cons: the fact that they rushed everyone only to have you wait in the ramp

Cons: My original flight was delayed then we had to spend the night in Dallas.

Pros: Once aboard, LATAM is actually quite impressive. The logistical part of the company is horrendous, but the service onboard is exemplar.
Cons: LATAM changed my itinerary without my authorization and despite my clear verbal directions to NOT change it. The airline took directions from a corrupt official with the Colombian immigration office and cancelled my return flights. I was forced to purchase an additional ticket, travel on and separate flight from my wife and children. I then had to spend several hours waiting to resolve the case in person. The customer service at LATAM is a joke. If I'd received this treatment in the United States, I would have filed a lawsuit for their infringement on my rights and collaboration with the discriminatory practices of the Colombian immigration office in Bogota.

Pros: Flight was smooth
Cons: Nothing

Pros: On time! That pretty much says it all. I think American did a great job at everything they had control of.
Cons: Having connecting flights that seem like they are miles apart. I’m sure there is a good reason for this but it is annoying to have to change concourses at these huge airports.

Cons: This was my final connection from a long flight, we did a line to check in and get our boarding passes, when we got to the gate I found out I didn’t have a seat number asigned but husband did, they gave me one there but of course it was not next to my husband, it was the last seat available at the end next to restroom. The smell coming out from the it was so disgusting even before th first person went in, they should do something to improve the cleaness in the restroom between flights. It would probably take them 30 more minutes to do so, and I would not mind waiting for it even if this was my final flight after 15+ hours.

Pros: Being able to check flight progress while in the air.
Cons: We did not appreciate the game of needing to pay for seat selection after having already paid for tickets. We were not provided with TSA-PRE despite providing our known traveler numbers in advance. Boarding selection protocol seemed opaque, complex, and geared towards inviting us to pay extra for priority boarding. Before boarding the plane, we were not able to find out whether any food would be served and the extent of what might be provided. After getting on board, we were offered the chance to buy food. The complementary food was a cookie and a few ounces of soda or juice. Movies were available, but not headphones for listening to them. Leg space under the seat in front of us was reduced to make room for life vests.

Pros: Bad bad
Cons: Bad bad

Pros: Crew
Cons: Delayed, old aircraft, no food, no entertainment

Pros: Not much, the flight attendants were fine
Cons: They boarded the plane for the ‘on-time departure’ scam, then proceeded to do maintenance for 30 minutes, then when you think your on your way we wait another 15 minutes for takeoff. We spent more time sitting still than we did in motion. Horrible.

Cons: Delayed 2hrs

Pros: On time and what was advertised. Considering that the flight was after Thanksgiving and very full, we still had a good experience.

Pros: Everything about the flight
Cons: Nothing

Cons: I'm not a large man. I shouldn't need to fold my arms to keep from bumping into and intruding on my neighbors.

Pros: Timely and comfortable flight!

Pros: Customer service in general
Cons: Boading could be smoother. Some customers had a hard time to put a luggage into the upper compartment and blocked a passage.

Cons: Not a fan of baggage fees especially this high for only one checked. Next time Southwest Air, I guess.

Cons: Boarding was delayed 30 minutes, with no explanation. Upon arrival, another airplane was in our gate, resulting in an additional 30 minute wait, buckled in my seat on the tarmac.

Pros: It was a small plane so I didn't expect much. The attendants were a little disconnected for it being a three hour flight.

Cons: When the flight was on time, we learned it was overbooked. Agents stated that if people would not willingly accept their offer to fly at a later time random people would be denied boarding. This was a stressful element as there was no other flight that could make me arrive on time. Plus, threatening to deny boarding to paying customers for airline related overbooking does not seem like a fair or good business practice. Then there were mechanical issue with the plane. After waiting over an hour for repairs they realized they needed a new air craft. This further delayed the flight. Not only was the flight extremely delayed at this pint but throughout the waiting time we were given very little information and were constantly told they couldn't give us an approximate time of departure. This was extremely rude and makes the experience of dealing with a delay even worse. I would suggest giving us more information about what is happening. Saying we don't know when the flight will leave is just unacceptable. To make matters even worse after we were finally boarded we had to wait an additional 40 minutes sitting inside the plane while they boarded refreshments! I know there are delays in flights but this same thing happened to my flight on my way to Paris and it caused me to miss my international connection and had to be re-routed.

Cons: Average airline compared to Singapore & MZ airlines

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Cabin was cold and no blankets available.

Pros: Nothing exceptional
Cons: Change fees are ludicrous. Also flight was late.

Pros: Everything was very pleasant for myself and my four year old grandson. Have never had any problems flying with American Airlines. Thank you

Pros: No much
Cons: What poor services all round. The check in staff where on the phone or talk to themselves. No one even spoke to me at checkin. Then the boarding staff were so rude, they act like they own the plane and they are god. They would not answer anyone questions and just pointed at the screen. The airplane staff hello at least. But the food very so bad, even easyjet has better food. Also their understanding for the english was so poor but the air stewardess told me " we speak American" !!!!

Pros: The seats in this flight were quite roomy.
Cons: Delayed and canceled flights with no apologies or explanations, rude crews who scoffed at complaints or requests of other passengers, lost baggage that took hours to recover, again without apology....I would rather pay a bit more than fly with American again, at least until these memories fade a bit.

Cons: When I booked my flight, I used Kayac like I always have in the past. To begin with, I selected several flights that were listed, only to have it tell me that this flight is no longer offered, which I assume is engineered to get me to select a more expensive flight. Once I finally found a flight that was still available, I selected it and began the process of providing information and selecting seat assignments. On 2 of the 4 legs of the round trip, there were no more seats available except for upgrade seats, which resulted in an extra $100.00+ in charges. Then when I finished the transaction, I noticed an extra $200.00 charge added. End result was that I ended up paying over double what I would normally pay for this same round trip that I have made many many times. I feel, no I know, that some customer relations person will look at this comment and reply with a pre-generated response apologizing and hoping I have a better experience in the future and thank me for using Kayac. Big companies like yours look at one customer as no big deal. I'm a Physician and have the ability to reach out to multitudes. I'm going to make it my mission in life to reach out to as many people as I can through word of mouth, signs in my office, Internet and social media to let them know about the deplorable practices of your company.

Pros: Crew
Cons: Paying extra for seating

Pros: I received help from the staff at the airport when I wasn't sure what to do.
Cons: My flight was changed a few times so I was sitting in the airport for seven hours before I was even informed on which flight I would actually be on. Horrible experience.

Pros: The crew was professional.

Pros: Amazing crew!
Cons: Keep traveler's updated on delays.

Pros: Smooth flight
Cons: More room on plane. Seats are very close together

Cons: Flight delayed

Cons: Higher Priced seating was left empty and people were not spaced properly in the cheap seats in the back despite the extra room on board at takeoff.

Pros: The price for flight was great. Layover was perfectly timed and didn’t have to wait long before boarding.

Pros: It was a mediocre flight. No frills.
Cons: Seats could be more comfortable.

Cons: More space on the flight

Pros: Was able to get an Economy Plus seat, which is nice - great legroom for an almost 6' tall person and power plug is very handy. Entertainment & screens on the 787 is very good. Regular distributions of water was very helpful since I wasn't able to fill up my bottle before getting on the flight.
Cons: Not a great amount of food available, and one of the larger cabin crew members kept brushing my arm as she walked past, which didn't help me get any sleep.

Pros: Came close to missing flight because of gate delay because of connecting flight, but one of the flight attendants saw I was flustered and sweaty and gave me a cup of water before the flight even took off. Very thoughtful and nice.

Cons: On time departure. A comfortable seat.

Pros: People caring for people. We flew for a familiar emergency and the personnel on board understood the situation and was very kind.

Pros: Helpful crew and loads of space on bulkhead with bassinet (had to pay extra for the seats though but worth it when travelling with five month old).
Cons: Misinformed about luggage being checked all the way to Auckland - like other US airports all luggage must be collected and handed over again for onward journeys. Also travel cot was lost in transit.

Pros: Not much
Cons: Cabin AirConditioning fault. Air bridge fault all delayed flights from Fort Lauderdale to San Antonio

Pros: United seems to have simplified how it separates the boarding groups, so getting on the plane was well organized. The 787 aircraft was spacious and comfortable, which seems to put both passengers and crew in a good mood. Lots of entertainment options were available, so the three hour flight flew by. And we arrived early! A great experience on United.

Pros: Landed early
Cons: No wifi or substantial snacks/dinner. Paid for bag

Cons: Fellow passengers; too many howling kids with clueless parents

Cons: Taggged carry-on bag, claimed A/C had no space, when I boarded saw lots of bin space not used. I am on a transfer to Intl. fight, so in sFO had to claim baggage and go through all of security again

Pros: The journey was smooth
Cons: None

Pros: Nothing, The flight didn't happen
Cons: Waited for 6.5 hours for the flight to get cancelled and rescheduled for a week later.

Pros: Boarding and checking in was great..
Cons: there where some issues with the airplane from the beginning we were inform that the seat belt and cigarette icons lights were no working . but then they have to call technicians to do a recheck on the plane so there more issues no just about the lights we have to stay in the plane until fixed some people lost their connection flights. the terminal where we landed was a long walk to customs then pick up bags and transport to the next terminal no enough time to eat between flights. to stressful .

Cons: My friend and I have taken our hiking packs to Alaska, California, Washington, and all along the East coast. Never have we been asked to check our packs. I was mostly surprised, at first. Once I was seated a man in front of me had his hiking pack and two ukuleles in their cases, neither of which could fit under his seat. That's when I became frustrated. O This plane sucks: our knees were slammed into the seat in front of us because the chairs are so close together. No USB plugs. Plane was dirty, scuff marks on the wall and ceiling. There was paper in the pouch that looked like a mouse had chewed on it.

Cons: We we're delayed at customs and missed our flight. We were told we were re-booked on a flight, so we ran across the airport, with two small children, to make that flight only to be told that weren't actually re-booked and needed to go standby. We then waited in line at customer service for two hours to be informed that United won't pay for a hotel. The customer service rep. did offer that if we wanted to take our kids across the airport, now at 11:30 at night, we could look for a United Supervisor in Terminal E, and if we were lucky enough to find one, they might override the policy and cover the hotel. Really! I understand that United doesn't have control over customs, but United did book an international flight with just over an hour layover, knowing that any slowdown in customs means missed flights. That's fine. The problem I have is when it happened, United's Customer Service model was to provide misinformation, incredible slow service, and what seemed like a complete lack of interest by United employees to do anything to make the situation better. There were no supervisors at the service counter, only 1 representative for an hour or so, and when the other representatives showed up, they were discussing going on break and going home. All with a very long line of people stuck in the airport waiting to get some help. I could accept this as an isolated instance, but since booking this trip, I have been getting the same level of service over the phone while trying to submit a refund request for my son who did not join us on the trip. United's 24 hour refund policy has taken 6 weeks and many hours online and on the phone and I still have no idea what the status of that request is, and apparently neither does anybody at United. The interaction I have had with your employees have been friendly and courteous, but extremely time consuming, with a lot of incorrect information and no resolution. Very mediocre at best.

Pros: The space of the plane since I volunteered to be at the emergency door I felt comfortable...
Cons: Not giving me my seat number because my ticket was not a standby ticket and I seem to think that the agent thought that I was on standby but I have to go to him several time to make him understand that my ticket had a confirmation number and I did a reserve and I needed a seat number it was not on standby when he checked it he said okay and I also explained to him that I was a military personnel ... The agent should treat us with respect you should have gave me a better information and just throw me away then going back to him several times for the correct solution...

Pros: On time.
Cons: New looking plane but the TVs behind all the chairs were locked without a credit card. The new chairs looked great until you sat in them. I'm 5'10" and my knees were already brushing up against the seatback in front of me. If you push the recline button on the armrest, the chair doesn't go back (of course it doesn't, the person's legs behind me are probably up against my chair anyway). Multiple people around me were also asking around if the chairs recline. I have a mild back injury and sitting up at 90 degrees the entire way was very uncomfortable.

Pros: The ticket staff. The only thing about the Harlingen airport is that it needs more than a couple of exray machines ....the Valley is woefully behind in staff training and technology. It took forever to get through the short lines...it was too long of a wait.
Cons: The way that a couple of young AA men who were biligirent, combative and vulgar upset about their seat assignments. I told one of the young men to stop using vulgarity and no way to treat the lady that was doing her job, she continued treating them with courtesy and they kept mumbling under their breath God knows what. So young and already so bitter. They were towering over her and took a confrontational stance...she finally called security. I would not allowed them on the plane. I commend the young lady there in Harlingen.

Pros: I liked that the crew was nice and caring.
Cons: I didn't like the take off or landing.

Pros: Upgraded to forst xlass minute and super glad I did. My flight company was the perfect stranger to talk like with and the flight attendant was quite lovely and accomodating.
Cons: This is about my 3rd FC experience where the 2nd meal option was not availbale for everyone. other than that drink service was prompt and bountiful!

Pros: Staff was friendly. And,Handicap assistance was good.
Cons: Check in was very complicated & inconvienent! They wouldn't accept my gift bank card. Then we had to pay for a card because they didnt accept cash either,& nowhere,to get, cash. My husband had to leave &get money out, which took a,half hour-no easy way to check in.

Pros: Good flight
Cons: Too tight to sit in seat

Pros: Friendly atmosphere

Pros: Overall, the flight and crew were great. Thank you.

Pros: The flight attendants were nice, unlike the people at the ticket and gate counters.
Cons: My flight was delayed by nearly two hours, causing me to have to miss my connection. Though they knew for hours that the flight would be delayed, they did not have enough people working at the check in counters. There were not that many people in line, but I had to wait more than 20 minutes before being able to speak to someone. The representative informed me that I would have to be rebooked onto a later connection because the delay would cause my to miss my original connecting flight, and when I told her that I needed an earlier time to avoid missing a meeting, she just said "I have nothing earlier." She was barely even apologetic. Then she was unable to print my boarding pass for my connection. I had a 2 hour and 45 minute layover in Houston whereas in my original flight it was 1 hour.

Pros: free entertainment system with movies, spacious seats and overhead space, drinks served, arrived early
Cons: nothing

Pros: Safe landing in windy conditions.
Cons: Air-con failure delayed departure. No complimentary food or OH. Poor legroom. Nothing

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I was warned about booking with this airline but I had to see it for myself before listening to others now I wish I had done just that. First of all, outdated planes, no Tv screens, expensive wifi. How is it only $3 one way and then $5 the other especially after making us wait for 3 hours and 22 minutes extra. Exhausting flights both to Albuquerque from Houston and from Houston to Boston. Poor communication. Poor planning ahead. Very dissatisfied. Going with Jet Blue from now on. They never disappoint, even if there was a delay in flight.

Cons: Ended up sitting on the tarmac for 30-40 minutes. Many people almost missed or did miss flights.

Pros: 'Nuff said
Cons: Everything else was great!!!

Cons: lack of storage space overhead. cramped seating. old plane. no wifi or entertainment.

Pros: I like everything!!everyone was so nice that it makes you feel so welcome and that you're like in home!!!

Pros: Our first leg of the flight was great.
Cons: My husband was upgraded to first class, but they wouldn't upgrade me. The rep at the boarding station was very, very rude as well. We will reconsider when it's time for the next trip. We do have a choice on who we fly with.

Pros: The crew was very nice as we got on.
Cons: As usually United over booked and even though I brought my ticket in advance I some how did not have a seat assigned to me when I checked in. Most of the plane had boarded before I had a ticket in my hand. The agent was rude as she could be because I didn't understand how that's possible for me not to have a seat. I think that it's absolutely ridiculous that it's even possible to over sale a plane since there's obviously only a certain number of seats. I think it's ridiculous that people have to offer up their seat and take another flight, I chose a flight time because that's when I wanted to leave and get to where I was going for a reason. No other industry is allowed to treat their customers this way so why does the airline industry do it? Also there's no tv or movies for us to watch while in a 4 hour flight.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Cons: There was some sort of mix up with seat assignments two guys had the same seat assignment. The very nice gentleman who was sitting in my seat due this stood and allowed me to have my seat as it was on the isle and I was in boarding group 5 and my seat was all the way at the end by the bathrooms and needed to be able to stretch my legs into the isle. There was absolutely no leg room what so ever. The dude next to me spent the entire trip jabbing me in the side with his elbow so that he could access what little space I did have. I was unable to move my legs because every two seconds the entire plane was trekking to the back to use the bathroom, because while there was a third bathroom on the plane towards the front, for whatever reason nobody seemed to be using it.

Pros: Quick bording, organized. Smooth flight.
Cons: On board entertainment lacked horribly unless you are willing to pay extra. And the on flight snack was a joke.

Cons: Everything

Pros: Flight was on-time with departure and arrival.
Cons: The air fare was way over priced.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: My flight was booked canceled then changed and rebooked without me knowing for a month later I was supposed to leave June 5th not July 5th I had to pay a extra $409 this trip cost me $781.00 for no reason I will Never use kayak again.

Pros: The Airbus 380 was nice
Cons: Lost our luggage took 4 days to finally get it

Pros: Text and email alerts.
Cons: Everything. We arrived 2 hours early and my daughter worked very hard to fit everything she needed into a carry on bag which was not easy. Her flight was delayed, delayed again, delayed again, and then cancelled. She was flying alone and should have received top priority and been one of the first called up to figure out how to get her to her destination. But that did not happen. She didn't know what to do at first then got in the long line of people and waited her turn. ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HER ONLY OPTION WAS TO FLY OUT ON A LATER FLIGHT TO HOUSTON WHICH WOULD MAKE HER MISS HER CONNECTING FLIGHT ANT THEN STAY THE NIGHT ALONE IN HOUSTON AND WAIT THE ENTIRE NEXT DAY THERE UNTIL 9 THE NEXT NIGHT TO CATCH HER FINAL FLIGHT TO SALT LAKE CITY. I cannot even explain how angry and horrified I was that your airline thought that was acceptable for an unaccompanied minor! Clearly this one option that was offered to her by you was not accepted. Then she calls and a guy tells her he can get her there and is going to book her new flights.....only to get disconnected and never called her back. After that there was no one to be found at the desks for your airline. At this point I had driven back to the airport (spent hours driving and waiting) when a wonderful lady from a different airline helped my daughter out and got her on a different airline. However she had to check her bag due to her seating after all the hard work she put in to not checking her bag.

Pros: Flight times were accurate.
Cons: As soon as we arrived to the airport, checking in was the biggest hassle. We were harassed by a guy working the ticket counter named Guilermo. He was EXTREMELY rude and continued to harass us and followed us after we checked in and we're already at the security check point. It's $25 to check a bag but if you check 2 bags their website says its $35 for both. We were charged $50 to check two bags. Even after Guilermo told both of us that they wouldn't charge us for the second bag to be checked. The guy that checked our bags was also extremely rude and clearly didn't care. Once we started boarding the flight several passengers had to check their bags at the gate because there "wasn't enough room on the plane". Not really sure how this was fair since we had just paid $50 to check two bags and were lied to about it when several people just checked their bags for free. We chose to fly with United because of the good deals they have on flights but after our experience I would MUCH rather pay more money and have a lot better customer service. We had such a horrible experience it almost ruined our first day of our week long trip. I'm. It really sure if it's obvious to the employees of United but traveling for most people is a very special occasion. This occasion happen to be a very special one to us as it was a family vacation and seeing family we haven't seen in years. The poor attitudes and rude demeanor from the United staff is all we could think about even after we reached our destination.

Pros: Price. You get what you pay for
Cons: Why does the city have to fix a ramp? Leaving Denver was late arrived in Houston late. Cant get off plane due to equipment issues.

Pros: Everything went well

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Yes

Pros: The male agent at the counter was great! Unfortunately that was the only good thing about the trip. Everything was SO expensive, had to pay $1.99 for a bottle of water which is free in other flights. The crew on board didn’t do anything and didn’t come through to collect trash until the very end.
Cons: More affordable prices, snacks and drinks available in flight, and a more helpful crew on board.

Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: No WiFi, no food.

Pros: Lol seats NOT comfortable but it's that "you get what you pay for" but that's ok the staff is AWESOME
Cons: Frontier is good for the price you pay. It would be selfish to ask for first class paying coach prices. Good when you need em

Pros: Crew was personable and helpful
Cons: Longest boarding I’ve ever experienced.

Cons: Where do I start? The $45 dollar charge for one bag is ridiculous. The charge of $2.99 for a can coke and the seats do not recline at all.

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: You get *1* carry on. A 2nd carry on or checked bag is **$45.** The most unreasonable and expensive bag price in the industry. Highway robbery. Who the hell flies anywhere with only one checked bag? I mean, seriously. It is an unreasonable expectation to put it mildly. Second of all, *you have to PAY to select a goddamn seat.* What the hell? Who the hell does that? *0* other airlines CHARGE you for the pleasure of picking a seat. That is insane. So, that is $18 at a bare minimum to choose the most inexpensive class of seats on the plane. Third of all, **you have to pay for ALL drinks of any kind.* Free water? Hell no. Free sodas, juice, coffee, tea, etc? Hell no. You have to pay for all of it. So then I was dehydrated the whole flight, which was very unpleasant and put me in an even more foul mood. The way they nickle and dime you on this godforsaken airline is criminal. So, To Review, if I had flown round trip it would cost *at a minimum* $18 + $18 + $45 + $45 ($126 goddamn dollars) in fees that no other airline in the industry charges. That is insane; and that happens to be approximately what I paid for my flight. So for all unreasonable charges I could have had a bonus flight somewhere. I will never, ever fly on this godforsaken airline ever again; and please believe I will tell every single one of my friends and (gigantic) family that not only does this crappy airline get 0 Stars from me, but they should under no circumstances ever fly on this horrible airline ever. Pick literally *any* other airline over this hot nonsense.

Pros: I paid 270$ extra for the carry on bags for the three tickets. If I knew that I would have chosen United tickets because they would be cheaper.
Cons: Kayak you guys fooled me and I’ll not trust you again.

Pros: On time, no issues and because it was my birthday they upgraded me for free to the exit row. I am 6'6"...that is a big deal.
Cons: Nada

Pros: Fare was affordable The flight was on time
Cons: Baggage charges cor carry on were unexpected. We expected charges for checked baggage but not carry on! It was our first time to travel with frontier and we were unprepared. There were six of us (family) and each with carry on baggage. We were shocked upon arriving at the counter that we will be paying extra. Anyway, charge to experience. Overall the flight was fine.

Pros: The airplane was clean.
Cons: The seats were not reclinable and for a 3.5 hour flight in which I wanted to get in some sleep I was unable to sleep. Also the seats were very narrow and with almost no padding. I could feel the padding had wore off and my back was touching with the metal of the seat. Add all that up together and instead of a regular airplane seat it was like seating on a rigid chair for 3.5 hours. Moreover, since I couldn't sleep I decided to at least get in some work, but then I realized that the tray was so tiny that it can't even fit the smallest of laptops... I know it is a low cost airline, but paying for carry ons, checked bags, selecting seats and on flight beverages is plenty for a low cost airline. Frontier doesn't need to top it off with the most new uncomfortable seats possible. At least with Ryanair the seats are more comfortable, you can bring a carry on at no cost and the flight ticket is cheaper.

Cons: Great flight

Pros: The ride home
Cons: The 4 hour delay that received once we arrived at 4:30 AM to catch our 6 o'clock flight home to find out it had been delayed until 9:28 AM. Once we were on the plane we were then told we would be delayed until 10 AM. Flying with two children was difficult for a four hour delay. However front tier did give us all $10 food vouchers and $50 vouchers each for our next flight. Once we landed in Houston we then sat on the tarmac for another hour waiting for the gate open. The plane did have mechanical issues which caused the delay but still the notice given was always last minute

Pros: On time. Priced low. Staff professional, friendly.

Pros: The cleanliness and newness of the plane and the price of the flight! It's like I stepped into a bran new 2017 plane.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Boarded the plane an hour late. Once on the plane we had to get off again because of problems with the plane

Pros: Getting off the plane, pilot and crew on plane.
Cons: There was nothing to like. Ticketing was horrible. Cut off times not allowing people to get on plane in phoenix. It was chaos. The police were called on one man. Charge for carry on and refreshments card only with No warning at time of purchase. Had to throw away my luggage.

Pros: Frontier seems to have more leg room than the typical economy seat. Also, they didn't lose our bags. That's about all the positive that I can say.
Cons: The return flight was delayed by nearly 3 hours. Once on board, it was very warm for the entire flight. Also, Frontier is a good deal for a reason- there was no in-flight entertainment option, any drinks except water are provided at a cost and there is a charge for carry-on luggage that will not fit below the seat.

Pros: The flight was uneventful.
Cons: 2 hour and 45 minute delay. Nothing offered in compensation, paying for every bag, and the seats are uncomfortable.

Pros: Cheap.
Cons: Flight delays, luggage claim broke and has us waiting a long time, short staffed, very uncomfortable seats.

Cons: Flight attendant was rude. Plane was late and changed gates at the last minute and she was mad and rushing the passengers on the plane like it was our fault.

Pros: The price of the flight was great, until I realized I was being charged for every little thing. What a rip off! I should have flown United.
Cons: I had a severe allergic reaction due to the passengers in my row carrying four cats. I had to take Benadryl and broke out into hives. The flight attendants didn't even offer to move my seat. It was a truly terrible experience and I can't believe that there's not a better protocol in place with the airline to accommodate customers with severe allergies to animals, even when they are labeled as emotional support animals. This as a truly terrible experience. Thank goodness the flight was only 4 hours. I'll never fly Frontier again.

Cons: It may be customary now, but we arrived with all our luggage as carry-on bags. We learned that they now charge more for carry on luggage than they do for checked bags. So we ended up checking two carry-on bags that we could have easily consolidated into one larger bag if we had known ahead of time. 2nd and worst of all - when we were checking in they told us our seats were not yet assigned (even though I picked seats out when I purchased the tickets). They showed a seating chart, but the only seats together required a premium payment of an extra $30 per seat! We complained and they told us to let the computer assign seats for us. That worked and the computer ended up assigning us two premium seats together. By the way - I did see what was "premium" about these seats. They reminded me of spirit airlines. Overall it seems like frontier is now trying to find ways to charge customers for things that were previously included and it is somewhat intentionally deceptive. I appreciated the low cost of the ticket, but I was left with a bad feeling overall. Spirit airlines is an inexpensive no frills airline as well but at least they are upfront and direct. I will fly with them next time if I have to, or go back to United.

Cons: They charge for carry on luggage, shame! Even if everything else was perfect (it wasn't) they would still suck just for that reason,

Cons: I booked this flight because it seemed an unbelievable value. Well, the price was, indeed, too good to be true. Upon receiving the reminder to book, I discovered they charge not only for checked in bags but for carry-ons. Oh, and they charge more if you don't book more than 24 hours in advance. Oh, and they charge for choosing your seat (that I didn't go for). The food for purchase stinks (only bad snacks for a four hour flight), the seats are uncomfortable, it did take off and arrive on time, I'll give it that. But after adding on $120 for my checked carry-on fee, it was no bargain, I will never fly this airline again.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Seats didn't lay back and had to pay for carry on luggage

Pros: ease of booking, checking in, utilizing app as boarding pass.
Cons: was surrounded by babies in all rows around me but they were cute so it was alright.

Pros: The crew were friendly and polite. The cabin was a comfortable temperature.
Cons: I'm only 5'9" but there was no room to stretch my legs. The rows of seats are too close together. Basically I had to sit down for 4 hours and not move. And it didn't help that the kid behind us kept banging the tiny tray table on the backs of our seats, even though that's not your fault.

Pros: got there safely and our checked luggage went with us ; plus the employees were nice but that's about it. Could've been worse but won't Frontier to make it so in the future.
Cons: We were late arriving on both flights, online check in didn't work, had to pay extra for ANY seat and for all other things that aren't normally paid for on other airlines and the airline overall is obviously barely making it. I thought that major carriers such as Delta and United were bad but Frontier and so many others that are cut rate airlines make them look not so bad which is why I'll go back to flying with them and Frontier will probably never see my money again.

Cons: Flight delayed over 6 hours and they still charged an arm and leg for everything

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The plane was almost 2 hours late, we had to change terminals (and go through security twice as a result), the flight attendants seemed like they weren't trying and freaked out the plane passengers by announcing that we were going to Denver instead of Hoiston

Pros: Nothing. Worst Airline. Will never travel in this Airline. We will ask everybody to whom we know not to travel in this Airline

Pros: The lines were short. Staff was friendly. The prices were great! This is a very professional air line and I will definitely use them again. A few things to improve on: simple things like complimentary coffee or water would be nice. Also, a magazine for flyers would give us a nice touch of entertainment. These are small things that matter.
Cons: No complimentary water or coffee.

Cons: The staff at the Frontier check in desk was extremely rude. (Which I can imagine is because they spend their day getting fussed at because of how awful Frontier is). I was charged over $100 per way for my family to bring very small carry on items onto the plane. I have NEVER heard of being charged for very small backpack sized carry ons. When I questioned the staff member, she looked at me and literally did not respond. She stared at me like I was speaking another language. I waited over an hour and a half for our checked bags to come to the baggage claim area. Everyone was looking for Frontier staff to help us as our bags didn't seem to be coming. The two staff members we found were HORRIBLE and extremely rude. They stood there leaning against the wall staring at us and telling us they couldn't help us - It isn't their department? The seats are uncomfortable- they do not recline at all. They charge for EVERYTHING on the plane- including drinks (non-alcoholic). Overall, the staff was rude, the charges were outrageous, and the flight was uncomfortable. I have never had such a horrible experience and will NEVER fly Frontier again. .

Pros: The assistance at the check in counter was great and I was able to move through the line quickly.
Cons: The kiosks were broken at the Frontier at IAH that made the line a bit longer than it needed to be. Also, there was a last minute gate change that was annoying. I heard another passenger on another flight that said they had experienced a last inure gate change as well.

Pros: The cdcrew was curtious
Cons: Seats suck No inflight dtv Charge for everything Seat fee Bag fee Carry on fees When its all done you cost more not less. Wont use you again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: clean plane
Cons: I haven't flown Frontier in a while. I didn't realize I have to buy my seat too? What the heck is that? Sure it's only another $13 min. But here's the catch, you get a seat They've replaced the pull down table with a small flip down "table" that is about 1/3 the size of a standard table. While this does offer more legroom, it makes eating difficult and uncomfortable. I could not rest a standard square salad container on it during the flight. Luckily, I had a plastic bag from the vendor that I could put over my slacks to act as a big placemat. I didn't want to spill dressing on my pants. No WIFI onboard In short, I will be avoiding Frontier in the future. I do fly budget airlines like SW, but at least the attitude there is better. And what you get is clear.

Pros: The extra leg room I was able to purchase.
Cons: The flight attendants were not pleasant, rude to some pas sengers and spent a lot of time talking with each other and a few select passengers.

Pros: Easy quick boarding
Cons: Seats were tiny with very little room. No complimentary snack or drinks and a very annoying pilot that thought he was a comedian.

Cons: Delayed crew 3 hours no. Computers to tell who should be on plane

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Start with paying for a carry-on, which made this "cheap" flight as expensive as a better airline. And paying for a seat assignment?! Didn't get a chance to experience paying for water onboard, as the entire flight was cancelled. Thanks to their lack of connection to other airlines, they couldn't get us where we were going prior to our RETURN date. So our lodging, car rental, etc all were completely wasted, at our expense - no vacation, but still had to pay for it. "Nothing we can do, sorry, it's the weather..." Really?! Weather explains a delay, not torpedoing the entire vacation. This airline is the absolute pits.

Pros: Absolutely Nothing!
Cons: Our flight was cancelled. There were over 200 people waiting at the ticket counter and there were only TWO agents to take care of all the problems!!! When I tried to call Frontier, all their lines were busy and I kept getting disconnected due to the high volume...wasn't even put on hold. When I tried booking a flight online for the next day, it said all the flights were full. During all this chaos, no one told us how or wahere we were supposed to retrieve our luggage, what options we had...NOTHING!!! We even asked the ticketing personnel to announce where people could retrieve their luggage...their response was "I guess we could do that"...but they never did! We ended up booking a last minute flight on another airline that cost us a ton of money. So, while Fromtier bills themselves as a low cost airline, one glitch and they fall apart on the service side and you end up paying A LOT more. Also, watch out for all the extra fees they charge you. Their initial price looks great, but I had to pay $30 for a carry-on bag! Had to pay additional money for a seat in coach! They nickel and dime you to death and it ends up costing the same as the other full price carriers. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Pros: I liked the lady pilot but she was almost too nice...shouldn't sound so apologetic about weather or mechanical delays which are out of her control or for the passengers' safety. Comfort was as expected. Boarding was pretty smooth. (But de-boarding and re-boarding was a pretty disruptive fiasco.)
Cons: What entertainment? What food? Or do you mean 'snack and drink choices for purchase'? (Didn't purchase anything b/c not to my liking but...l think probably for most, okay.) The crew, for the most part, with what they have to work with (mostly information, no real service except to sell snacks, etc), they were fine and kept mainly to themselves.

Cons: Nickeled and dimes you to death. $90 in baggage fees and I booked online! Would have been more at the gate! Plane was filthy. I've never seen a plane that filthy. Not dirty. Filthy. Disgusting. Then, the joke was, if the plane is going down the oxygen masks will be coin operated. I heard several other people say they would never fly Frontier again either.

Cons: I get their and theirs no one to check me in. I was an hour early and a half early and yet,I didn't see anyone at the front desk. I kept asking the flight group next door if they Had a clue weather or not they were their, and all I got for an hour str8 is " they'll be back shortly ". They never came. I missed my flight. And important meetings in Texas. Now I'm Re-schedule for Friday. When I'm Suppose to Be their Before Thursday. And besides all the "BS" they Charge You Extra and Hella Expensive on the Baggage and carry on. It's like ur Buying a House with all the Hidden Fees they Don't Mention. ***Worst Experience Yet

Pros: Staff was very nice
Cons: Flight delayed for or more hours sat on runway for at least two expected at least a free drink but was still charged for every soda and snack bar

Pros: Flight was delayed about 3 hours. First was a delay of 1 and half hours for maintenance, then they brought a different plane. Then we were delayed an hour on the tarmack for an hour due to weather. Not their fault But all we were offered was water. Brew was very nice. Just really felt that due to "double whammy". Should have at least got a coke. They also charge $40 for carry on bag. Really.
