Individual monitors for each passenger.

The boarding agents made announcements that I could not hear due to the very loud gate area. This was my first time traveling to Mexico by plane since the US and Mexico instituted their mutual non-amigo passport requirements. I was unaware that a requirement for boarding was to have my customs document. Gate personnel would not let me on the plane. I was not certain if I had it in my checked luggage, or my carry on, or whether it was gone for good. They suggested I go to the immigration office. When they made that suggestion, I inferred I could go there and come back prior to take off. I missed my flight and had to pay substantially more out of pocket for another flight. Yes, this was ignorance on my part, however, I wish the airline had made a better deal on my flight. I paid $300 RT, which was very good. I then had to pay $400 for a one-way--more than doubling the cost of my travel.

Seats are clean. Cabin looks new.

Seats are very narrow. Anyone slightly overweight will be spilling over into someone else's seat. The design was not made with the average person's comfort in mind.

The lighthearted way the flight crew shared information with passengers on the plane. This helped to Make the trip settle more entertaining and enjoyable.

We experienced a 75 minute delay due to the bad weather and need for the plane to be de-iced. Because this caused us to be off-schedule, It would have been helpful and reassuring to have received periodic updates regarding our location and ETA, once we were underway (especially towards the end of the flight).

The fact that they blamed the weather for their in ability to land, but the reality is that the airline is so cheap they don't carry enough fuel to be able to give it another go at landing in Las Vegas. We were literally only about 15 20 feet from landing at our destination when the pilot decided to speed up and give it another go. But then they gave us some b.s. about how their gate was taken and they had no other available gates, but then they blamed the weather. Wish they could get their story straight. Anyway, the airline just stranded us in Los Angeles, which is even weirder since we took off from San Diego...

There was a huge glitch in your ticketing, resulting in me confirming the same ticket 3 times. After calling Jetblue for customer service per your advice, they first suggested to give Jetblue credits for extra tickets. When I insisted that the issue was solely caused by kayak-jetblue ticketing connection issues, they supervisor approved to cancel 2 credit card payments... BUT I have to wait for 2 weeks to see the cancellation on my credit card. Unfair and ridiculous, if you as me.

On two of the legs of the trip they notice I was a tall person with long legs and upgraded me to seats with more leg room!! I didn't even ask. Thank you.

I was traveling for medical reasons and the Delta crew took great care of me, made sure I was at my connecting gate on time, and even put me in a better seat on the plane. Not sure if that was a coincidental upgrade, or intentional, but it was perfect.

I was able to do everything with the APP, from buuing my ticket thru Boarding, which was great since they gave priority boarding to digital pass, like mine and overall easy and fast. I weight around 250 lb and 1.80 height and didn’t felt my seat any more cramped than flying with anyother carrier, actually was quite confortable. Flight time was only 25 mins (as expected) without any delays. Thankfully I’ve never had any bad issues with Volaris even thou it’s a low budget carrier, their service has always been really great for me and expect to pay for everything, but that’s how things are with these kind of airlines, but they’ll let you bring whatever you want on board, wheter you previously brought in your luggage or bought at any restaurant/shop at the airport.

To be fair, Food or Entertainment wasn’t available due to been a very short flight, which is understandable, so there wasn’t any negative issues.

I chose my isle seat on line... paid for it ... however assigned a middle seat when I boarded. I have medical issues so I always request an asle seat. So this was very disheartening. I should at least be reimbursed for my seat selection fee. Note: I do not complain on any Airline for fear of what happened to United passenger and being African American.
