Pros:Great being able to watch movies and like all the info about flight. Seats reclined a little more than most airlines and really nice the way the head rest curves on side. Also really nice how they provide everyone with pillow and blanket.
Cons:Food was so bad I had to spit it out.
Pros:The flight crew was friendly and efficient. it was a pleasure to fly with them.
Cons:The entertainment system had EXACTLY the same movies/shows we had on the flight over. Since we flew like 14 hours, we saw everything we wanted to see the 1st time. Maybe offer different choices on southbound and northbound itineraries.
Pros:Service food were good
Cons:Plane broke down upon arrival. New plane. Had to be flown in from Fiji. Caused a full day delay in return travel.

Cons:Seats are uncomfortable. Service was not very kind on either of our Fiji air flights. I honestly will avoid flying with Fiji air in the future—much better airlines to choose from.
Cons:When I landed in LA after my trip I was sad to find that my suitcase was broken into and item bought were taken.
