The lines at the Manchester airport were stupid long, and then you have to wait in their shopping mall area, before they announce the gate 1 hour before departure. Very limited movies and tv choices. All beverages were for purchase, but they had trouble processing my credit card. No free beer and wine. Lunch was OK, snack was weird. Not enough veggies or fruit. The crew pretty much threw the food at you. It was filled with families and kids, most likely on vacation in August going to Disneyworld, so it was noisy. And the cabin was cold, no blankets were given."

Cons: "The flight was over 4 hours delayed, and I didn't receive a notification that it was delayed until an hour after the flight was supposed to take off, which would have been ideal given that I had to pay 5x surge pricing for my uber to get there by the original scheduled time. Once we were about to board the plane, we were told again that it was further delayed. The crew was cranky and tired as they had clearly been dealing with delay issues the whole day. There were no tv's on the flight and we were told there would be free wifi to stream to our phones, however the wifi was so slow that it couldn't even load a single picture from the internet. Oh, there were also no decent food options on the flight. I will avoid United at all costs in the future, as my flight down was also over 3 hours delayed."

So I bought another One Way ticket to NY. But now, I found out since I dindnt take my first leg to NY, united cancel my flight back from NY to Miami! Thats completely unaceptable !!! It happened to me before with American and I could easily take my flight back. I will never fly United again, everytime you have an issue, the only word the attendents know is Unfortunately ... they NEVER help!"

Many people had to check bags due to there not being ample room in the overhead compartments, however when I was walking to my seat I couldn't help but notice that many people had stored their purses, backpacks, and jackets in the overhead compartments. Many people in the front didn't have anything at their feet which could have saved at least some people the hassel of having to check their bags when they hadn't planned on checking any at all. When I offered this idea to the flight attendant to see if he couldnt possibly make an announcement or if he could ask if anyone could move their stuff he simple answered "Well you know what? No one cares." Although I can understand that must be very frustrating for him and the other flight attendants, I thought the situation could have been handled a little bit better, perhaps there should be a better plan for a situation like this to make sure the room in the overhead compartments is used in the most efficient way."

Just before the end of the flight, a crew member came offered a glass of water. It tasted so bad that I had to bring it to the back and dump it. The lfight attendant wouldn;t take it' he told me to wait for the next member with a trash bag."

Cons: "For starters...um ranch pretzel snacks? Weirdest snack ever and so tiny it was ridiculous. It took about an hour after take off to get the snack, and almost another full hour to get the drink. Too slow!! The seats are very cramped compared to jet blue. I paid a lot of money for direct TV thinking I could start a movie from the start. You can't, and there wasn't a thing on TV that I wanted to watch. On other flights for the same amount of money you can buy a premium current movie. Or you can fly JetBlue and get the TV free. One of the flight attendants, bless him, was mentally challenged, and I mean literally. He was sweet and it's nice he has a job, but he didn't know what I was talking about when I asked him if I was on a flight that had an onboard library of movies once you connected to the airplane wifi. It was frustrating trying to talk to him. I had onboard a purse to stow under my seat, and another purse, that was brand new that I needed to stow overhead. I asked another flight attendant to help me stow it overhead where it wouldn't get crushed. She showed me a spot where it was pretty much getting crushed. Since it was new, it would have been really nice if she put it in the nice closet that is usually up front on planes. I've been flying my whole life and once or twice I've been accommodated with the nice closet. That's all folks!"

Pros: "I've only used United a handful of times between London and New York. They've been okay. The worst flight was on an older plane that felt like it'd been built in 1975, and the entertainment was rubbish. The staff however are always pleasant and accommodating. Their service was just as good on my heavily delayed return flight, and managed to handle the tired, short fused customers with aplomb. Hats off to them."
Cons: "My return flight from EWR to LHR was delayed by 4.5hours. Initially it was a 20minute delay; then we boarded the plane, only to sit still for an hour due to technical difficulties. Then we were delayed by another 30 minutes. Then we were asked to leave the plane as a replacement jet was required. It was meant to take 15 minutes, when it actually took at least 1.5 hours. It was a 6.10pm flight, and we boarded the new plane at 9.30pm. We eventually jetted off at 10.30pm. I'de received 10 text messages stating each each rescheduled/delayed departure time. Sadly, it's the worst flight I've ever had. I ended up 3.5 hours late for work, missed an important business meeting. Shame."

Cons: "My first flight with United leaving from DC was delayed multiple times and therefore I missed my connecting flight from Newark. I stayed at a hotel to catch the next flight with British Airways leaving from DC to London but had already checked my bags in and could not find out where they were, so I slept with only my handbag! I was never reimbursed for my stay at the Marriott even though I had no control over the flight that was delayed for unknown reasons. After all seemed okay and I reached Mumbai I expected my checked in bag to be at the baggage claim area. I waited for two hours and still had no idea where my bags were. I was very frustrated at this point. I was then advised to create a customer care case with British airways to track my lost baggage, even though United should have handled the transfer of luggage earlier. I called back for three days straight, again I was still without clothes and toiletries his whole time, and the service was dismal. After I got in touch with British and United and got everything sorted out I had my bags delivered to my address in India. The terror continued. I opened my bags and found some minor electronics and other valuables missing! How does that even happen if the bags were previously screened and processed in the States? Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience and do not recommend booking with United Airways at any cost!"

Then I compared the tickets, both the time, but from Frontier Airlines was cheaper then I stayed with frontier and cancel the other reservation from Spirit Airlines the next day I see frontier airlines also cancelled that reservation and I had to rebook another ticket for 496$, the price went up, then I had to pay 187$ extra, IT WAS A FRAUD JOB FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES, I can prove everything above with the receipts and the dates on it, the worse experience I had"

I missed a long awaited dinner reservation with my husband at one end and was several hours late arriving at my final destination. Mechanical issues on both planes doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. My family and I will not fly Frontier again."

Cons: "The check-in process was terrible. I had checked in and had the tickets available on my phone but just needed to drop off a checked bag -- and it took over an hour and a half to do so! I was only able to drop off the bag when "last call" for my flight was announced. I arrived at 6:15am for an 8:35am flight and made it to the gate just in time for boarding. Unacceptable."

Great as long as you can fit everything you need into a bag that fits under the seat in front of you. got TSA pre-check both ways, too. yippee."

Cons: "The seats are very uncomfortable. To many little charges; i.e. Snack drinks, baggage going and coming, seat selection. I would consider taking another airline and paying a higher price. Faulty/broken arm rest. Flight attendants slightly rude/short with passengers. Initially, the flight was cheaper but ended up being the same cost as every other airline once all the additional charges were added. What I thought was a positive for this airline quickly became a negative outcome."

Pros: "Never flew with any other airlines aside from United until I flew for the first time with Frontier. I have to say, I had a pretty good experience. I didn't expect the best accomidations compared with a major airline. But for a budget airline, I'm actually surprised and happy that there was a straight flight from MCO to STL. I couldn't find other airlines with a straight flight. I also loved how helpful the ticketing personel and boarding employee helped me out and answered some of my concerns. They were super polite and quick to help. They also had a very relaxed/laid back attitude I liked."
Cons: "I understand it's a budget airlines, but I didn't like the fact that you aren't allowed a carry-on item unless you purchase one. Most other airlines would allow one free carry-on and one free personal item. Due to this, I didn't get to pack as much as I needed for my trip. And also, it was not informed that guest had to pay for a carry-on. I was lucky enough to call the hq a day before my flight. It just so happened to be one of my concerning questions. The flight attendants were overall okay, but there were some instances that I felt they were incompetent but also not as thorough. I had trash to throw away and they passed me 3 times before I was able to throw it away. Plus I turned on my assistance light so they would come pick it up, but it took them a good 15/20 minutes to finally check in me and by that time my trash was already picked up. The seats and trays aren't as comfortable as I hoped. And I get it's a budget airlines, but that's also the reason why my flight was less comfortable or entertaining."

Cons: "It was a tough day due to weather delays and cancellations, but the airport crew was overwhelmed and failed to control the massive crowd. At one point, service members started calling out destinations and it became a free for all. Passengers jumped over each other and across the ropes to cut in front. Elderly and children were pushed aside. At the gate, it was announced "in 15 minutes, we will ask passengers needing help to board", followed immediately by another crew member "we are already boarding all passengers!", then right back to the first crew "we are not boarding yet, we will start boarding in 15 minutes". Confusion! Departure was listed on time, but we really left 40 minutes late."
Pros: "I specifically loved all of the crew members on my flights to Orlando and back home. They gave me a few good laughs with their jokes and funny expressions. Another great factor of using Frontier is that they keep you up to schedule with your flight by sending you emails from the morning of until your flight departs to insure you don't miss a gate change or flight delays."
Cons: "The only downfall of using this airline is that the customer is not informed before hand that you have to pay an additional, but small, cost to choose your seat. The customer is also charged for a carry on unlike some other airlines who allow 1 free carry on."

Cons: "I didnt like the fact that the flight was delayed and a notification wasn't sent to my phone. I had checked the status that night when I checked in and early in the morning and the system said that the flight was on time. It wasnt until I reached the airport and the lady behind the baggage counter told me that the flight was delayed for two hours. I went to go eat with my daughter at the Chilis restaraunt. I figired since the flight was delayed why not have some lunch and head to the plane an hour before take off time. I left the restarant and went through screening. One of the TSA memebers asked me why was I going in so early when the flight was on delayed. I let them know that the flight was suppose to be taken off in an hour so they let me through. As I'm walking through the terminla they have someone walking bu asking if anyone was getting on the frontier flight. I told them that I was on that flight and they told me I needed to hurry up because the plane was about to leave. I became nervous ans started running down the gate to make it to the plane. I'm running with a two year old so Im pretty sure that you can only imagine how difficult that was. Once I reached the gate I was out of breath and it was suppose to be eight minutes before we took off. However we sat on the plane for about another thirty minutes before we left. I feel as though the communication with the airline is not there 100% and if you are sitting in an airport you should be able to hear the update especially when they are not planned ir taking place at a time that is different from what was already relayed."

Adding those $50, price is the same or more expensive than other better airlines. There was no food whatsoever. Almost 4 hr flight and no food....the food they sell is basically snacks...not even a sandwich. The seats are insanely thin and hard. Entertainment? You have to pay for that. Never seen this kind of horrible service. I lost my flight coming back from NY because of the bad weather conditions. The airport was insane, we got off in the middle of the freeway because cars were not moving and started running. I left 3hs30 before my flight and still lost it...thats how crazy it was. Not only they didnt offer any help, they wanted to charge penalty and put me on a flight 4 days from then. Tried calling and explaining, no one cares. Never flying this company again"

Then we got there an hour and forty minutes before departure and waited in line for baggage for an hour only to be told we were in the wrong line. Then we were directed to the correct line and waited another 20 minutes for baggage. Thankfully there wasn't a line for the security check and we made it to the gate with 5 minutes to spare. Needless to say we will never be flying this airline again."

Also, the planes are very outdated, for the way they are charging for every little move you make at least spirit should spend the extra money on upgrades."
