Delta airlines was all about the up sale from charging for every bag to charging for internet ,food so on and so forth. Also one bathroom in the middle of the plane ? REALLY ? Out of tissue , paper towels , and tissue one hour into the flight . What in the Hell is going on with this airline ? Won’t fly with them again ."

Plane itself was very modern and surprisingly comfortable, as much as a small space can be. Good amount of entertainment, and the crew were pleasant. Cons: "flights all on Delta - about one a week for 3 months straight - and yet when Delta cancelled my flight and re-booked they did not give me any upgrade or loyalty as I saw it - I had paid extra for Delta Comfort and they told me the flight they re-booked me on simply did not have any comfort available. However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. Check in person played on her phone and didn’t even look at you when asking what seat was I assigned . Going from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale the check in person was so rude there where 5 people askI’m her what’s her problem . The crew the flight was excellent but the Atlanta check in desk really dropped the ball 2 times . If I was the manger I would fire the whole staff and If I was above the manager I would fire them as well as I’m. Sure this is not an isolated occasion."

Cons: "Crew allows the first zones to place both their carryon and personal items in overhead storage, filling the bins before many travelers board the plane. We are then asked to check our bag, and are forced to put our 1 bag between our legs, whole many people stored two overhead. Flight was delayed a few minutes and time was not made up in air. Delta changed a few of our flights before we were even off the plane, while other passengers were allowed to keep their original flight (originally we all had the same connecting flight). Looks to me like they overbooked and pulled some of us randomly. Also, my checked bag was sent on wrong plane, and sat unattended at next airport for 2 hours."

Pros: "Our Delta plane was brand spanking new. Everything worked and the inflight entertainment system was fantastic with many movies to choose from, free headphones, games, tv shows, etc. The crew was polite and the seating at least as comfortable as expected for a 4 hour flight."
Cons: "The restrooms in the rear of the plane were remarkably small, even by airline standards. I'm a somewhat larger person and I fit, but I know a lot of people who would literally not be able to fit on the toilet without touching both of the sidewalls or risk getting stuck in there. The boarding process at San Jose Del Cabo was the most ridiculous setup I've ever experienced. There were numerous flights boarding out of the same gates and at least 3 or 4 lines for different destinations forming on a ramp just outside the gates. There were guys with signs trying to herd people into the correct lines and then loading the people onto buses which took you out to the planes. The planes were loading from both the front and rear doors and people were getting tangled up inside because of the haphazard loading process. Very easy for a person to end up on an incorrect plane!!"

Cons: "On the MSP to ATL leg the gate crew made a huge deal about checking rolling bags. They even stopped us at check-in and nearly begged us to check our bags pointing to the backed up jetway. But we had a lot of unpacking to do before checking our bags so we politely declined three times. On getting to our seats there were at least 8 open slots for bags near us. I heard a crew member call forward to say "tell them no more rollaboards" so they forced everyone left to check. On departure they slammed shut several very large empty overheads. WTF"
Cons: "the older stuardess on my flight from Cancun to Atlanta was very misinformed- told me my carry on wouldn't fit in the over head bin... it did. Told me I had to check my duty free liquor.. I didn't. Told me I couldn't bring all of my liquor in to the US... I could. I just kept saying ok to her just to shut her up, but she ensued with her comments and wrong info as if I don't travel as often as I do. Perhaps she was attempting to be helpful, but it came off as obnoxious and rude especially since she was wrong on every accord. Humbleness and customer service training would do her very good. All other DELTA staff have been great."
Pros: "Crew was very attentive and curtious. Boarding was a bit more chaotic than usual and the gate agent made no announcement about boarding procedure, which certainly contributed to the scrum resulting. I arrived from the Skyclub several minutes prior to boarding time and was unable to find a path through to the Priority Boarding Lane. As boarding began she had to redirect at least seventy-five percent of those in front of me as they were not in First Class. Had she made one or more clear announcements about boarding procedure I rather doubt such a misunderstanding would have occurred with so many."
Cons: "For the third Delta flight in a row (all First Class) the crew did not make any effort to keep economy class cuctomers form storing bags in the First Class overhead or using the only First Class laveratory during flight. This flight I was unable to utilize the laveratory even once due to this excessive and continuous useage. Trying to do my bit to reduce our carbon footprint, yet I am sorely tempted to return to charter service when disrespect of the airlines own basic service class rules gets piled on top of TSA hassles."

The first leg of the trip, flying from ft Lauderdale to atlanta was ok except for the pilot having to circle around bc he was too close to the airplane in front to land. This made us supposedly late to our connecting flight which by the way was not supposed to leave before 8:10. My husband and I arrived at the gate about 10 minutes before only to be told that the door was locked. Needless to say, we weren't the only ones. When we got up to the desk, the attendant was extremely rude. I was having a conversation with my husband about a dog that had just passed us . She immediately made her way into the conversation asking me what i was saying. I told her I was talking to my husband about the dog and under her breath said : " I'm sure you were." I then told her that i was more than sure about what I was talking about. We get booked on another flight and my seat was the only one without a working monitor. We asked the suitardess to see o If there was anything that could be done They tried to reset it to no avail. Since we didn't say anything else, it was forgotten about. My husband shared his screen with me so that I wasn't totally bored on the flight. Not the way I wanted to start off my birthday but I'm glad that nightmare is over Delta really needs to retrain their employees on customer service bc it leaves a lot to be desired!"

They forced me to check a carry on because they didn't have room in the plane. They told me my bag would arrive with my flight. It never did. I still dont have by only bag. Unbelievable."

Absolutely a nightmare which after paying for 3 nights hotel with no discount, I was further inconvenienced by the inability to receive my 2nd luggage and after requesting it be delivered, I, I, tracked my bag and you chose to send it 3 days ahead to my destination and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED any acknowledgment of my online inquiry which is why I am complaining. I've had to purchase a new set of luggage AND will have to pay for them on my next 2 legs on Delta. I apologise for seeming so harsh as I know you've had so much trouble because of the tornadoes, but this leg of my trip cost me an additional $800.00 plus AUD and I was here in the US to care for my father who recently had a 2nd heart attack and my final days in USA were meant to be a holiday, and all I can say is the stress because these expenses have removed any enjoyment (I know I'm looking at this half empty, not half full). Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."
Pros: "They had some weather in atlanta. So they drove us out to the runway and then we sat for 45 minutes with the engines off waiting to leave. I guess it is nice that they want to keep you safe. After missing our connector - they did put us up in a hotel overnignt. However we still had to pay extra for taxi back, parking an extra day at the airport, and extra meals. Oh - and the extra trip to detroit..."

Then we finally got off the pane and ran to our connector which left without us. We were told they don't hold the plane for less than ten people. So the four of us don't matter. Pros: "I enjoy flying with Turkish Airlines, because of the staff and great food options, but this time I was starving, to be honest, as the flight was almost 13 hours, and we ate like once or twice. Then.. I had to beg to water all the time. Why would not you provide with plenty of water for such a long flight? This made my flight not great. Boarding process.. HORRIBLE. Took me 1 hour to pass 50 meters of space with endless checkings. Never seen this before."

He was open, friendly and communicative keeping everyone informed of the process of laptop retrieval and was organized despite it all. I wish I got his name!"

I was kept waiting many times without explanation. The carpet in the plane was soaking wet...when you step on it you could feel liquid splash up on your feet. the airplane was quite warm. The seat would not stay upright. The children behind me kicked my seat the entire 11.5 hour flight. The monitor to watch TV also would not stay upright. The solitaire game would never load. The airport crew had conflicting instructions. My checked bags were damaged and bungee cords were missing. I was not alerted before boarding that my computer, tablet and camera would be confiscated until my ATL destination and therefore they were not properly padded for flight. A long time to disembark the plane...The attendant had to call and ask where the connector was to let us leave."

I was really pissed but on all the Turkish airline gave their best but the connecting flight air Canada has the worst services ever.... no food or drink was offered all through to Canada and their workers lack customer service"

Cons: "We were forced to go through numerous security checks. The last check was at the gate and our carry-ons were searched yet again and our laptops, cameras and iPads were taken. Apparently we cannot bring these items on the plane and no one told us, the customers who paid to board this flight. Plus the wifi was not free. And when we tried to use the wifi code we were given from the crew as a "perk" from our camera Ana iPads being taken, that still did not work. So that was a 13 hr flight with no wifi. Plus on my flight from Istanbul to Atlanta my Tv did not work and the crew didn't speak English and could not understand my complaint. Overall the worst flight ever, close to a Delta flight which everyone knows is the bottom of the barrel of airlines. When we finally arrived in Atlanta it took 3 HOURS to get our baggage. We landed at 7:45 PM and did not get our bags until 11 pm. We were not told what the delay was and to just be patient. I will a NEVER take this airline agin."

There are snacks like muffin available "anytime" On our long flight from Atlanta to Paris I pressed the button 3 times to see if I could get a muffin, but the attendant alert was turned off remotely and no one came to check on me. Thank God it wasn't some sort of emergency."

As a result, I will probably go with another European airline on my trans-Atlantic flights. 2) You need to offer snacks between meals on a 12 hour flight (back in the galley). Every other airline I have flown offers these on long haul flights in the galley - usually a small snack like chips or cookies. Your flight attendant told me that she would be serving the second meal in about 4 hours. Really, I was shocked that nothing was available in between meals on such a long flight."

I been flying with Lufthansa since April 1993 twice sometime 3 times a year and I don't remember ever being annoyed, disgusted, treated poorly and rudely and disturbed with any of their flights as I was on Turkish Airline! Cons: "I didn't like anything! My seat was broken, didn't move , the seat arm was broken , TV screen was broken and the crew didn't have the curtesy to even bother to upgrade me to a better seat. Instead the dumped me to the second to the last seat all the way in the way which the seat didn't work either. I been on the broken seat with my neck braces around my neck on (due to a neck injury) for 11 hours and the crew didn't give a damn about me!!"

Business class had already been filled with other double bookings!). They did their best to accommodate everyone though and the remainder of the flight was very pleasant."

I know it’s covid time, but a small dry snack and a bottle of water would have been nice: ons doesn’t always have rime to buy food while transiting!.

Everything was very good, with the exception of the amount of food/snacks we were provided. This flight was 10 hours long, plus we sat on the tarmac for almost two hours for the de-icing (no complaints about that). And during all this time we were given one hot meal, which was a good quality. Plenty of drinks and water. But after that - no snacks and no food until about two hours prior to landing. And then it was only a cold sandwich. They stated after boarding that 'service was going to be limited' during Covid restrictions. We can understand that, but we should have been notified before boarding or the airline should have found the way to distribute some packaged food/snacks during boarding, to limit crew's interaction times. Instead, we were not prepared to be starving on a transatlantic flight! We've flown many time before, but this was the first time we were literally hungry. And we had no food with us, because you are not allowed to bring any food into US.

To accomplish the task, she even asked another female to move her carry on from the rack above her to another several rows down. This lady's hair was too big for such a small plane. She talked way too fast in the first monologue. The plane seemed cheap and the sub airline had an air outlet that would not turn off and leaked with water mist. There was an air conditioner that also had a water vapor leak overhead, which my son said was a 'strip' which he could not control. We were seating in the back row. We noticed the plane was operated by Mesa airlines and the plane was assembled in Brazil, giving me a feeling of excessive cost cutting. Also, the pilot had an accent that sort of added to the 'Brazil' thing that he was not a native English speaker. However, he had a good landing at Atlanta near midnight. I did not feel I was on a real 'United' Airlines flight."

We were then informed that the plane had to be fuelled with 20,000 lbs of fuel while we were boarded. This took another 20 minutes. Then they had to de ice. We departed 1 hour after the scheduled time. They ran out of meals on row 14. The entertainment system did not work. When the fasten seat belt sign was on and an announcement came on to stay in your seats, people were wandering around aimlessly and the crew never enforced the announcement. All in all a less than satisfactory experience and an airline I would not fly again if I can help it."
