I booked a round trip with Delta, and each of the four segments was sold off to three other airlines. All four were late or cancelled, so I had to troubleshoot with three different airlines, NOT Delta. In fact, even though I had paid money to Delta, they could not help or troubleshoot anything. Not nice.
Even though we arrived early and checked in, for some unexplained reason, our bags were removed from the plane and put on the next flight. It took over 12 hours after arriving to get our bags.

We had a terrible experience. The flight was delayed several hours, so we missed our connection. We were told to wait at the airport. At around 11:00 pm, the flight was cancelled. There were no available seats out of Jackson for the next two days. Fortunately, we had the foresight to rebook on United for the next day. However, we had to spend a long day at the airport and an overnight at a mediocre hotel. It was a miserable way to spend part of our vacation. We also sacrificed our $450 deposit on our California hotel because we could not get there.

THEY FAILED ME AND I NEVER GOT ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS SO DELAYED! I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR A HOTEL AND STAY IN NASHVILLE TO CATCH A FLIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. DELTA IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE>
I was in first class and literally the men behind me were so aggressively loud I moved myself to economy. This has become so common on Delta - people using audio without headphones, and men on 12am / late night flights drinking and yelling to talk to each other which prevents anyone around them from resting. Pretty crazy to have to move from first to economy (poorer service, less comfort...). Wild wild. Looking into other airlines.
First flight out and was 85 minutes delayed. Notification came out way too late
Departure was delayed resulting in me missing my connection. Delta did not autimatically find me another flight.
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.
Food was not great. Small seating area for business class
United was excellent. We had very good experience flying the carrier. Certainly. We will opt to fly them for sure. Lufthansa is out.
There was a little turbulence taking off and landing but mostly it was too late for me to make my connecting flight to Greensboro. Everything else was excellent.
The seats were very nice in premium economy. The service was good. The flight was slightly bumpy. Would have appreciated more updates from the pilots.
737 Max was leaking water into the cabin through the windows. Overhead bins opened on landing. Bad bad plane.
That was the last time I booked Kayak. The connecting flight got canceled and the trouble shooting terrible. Next times, I will book the airlines directly. Good bye
I want to highlight the crew members and their excellent work and professionalism. They work hard to make a long trip the most comfortable as possible, the food and drinks they offer are pretty good. And they are always asking if you need something else. I have had experiences with other airlines where you have to basically beg for a bottle of water. This is not the case. Highly recommended!!!
Way too crampled. Charge more and put in less seats.
The seats on Lufthansa’s international business class on the A350-900 is the worst product in the market. Our chief purser was AMAZING though. She is the best FA I have had in many years.
the blanket was great and pillow helped. really need a toothpick packed with meals
This was the worst flight of my life. Economy seat directly behind a premium economy seat with extra recline meant I have about 6 inches between my face and their chair. My seat would not recline at all. I couldn't even use my laptop on the tray table because I had so little room. I was in a casket basically for 10 hours. Completely unacceptable.
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
Changed my seat assignment after I paid for window seats on both flights.
It never happened because my first connecting flight got cancelled which caused for me to miss this flight also.
