OK, we were delayed and had to de plane and reboard.

United is one airline which regardless of how many separate United tickets in existence, if one flight breaks down, the airline will take care of all the flights.

Both our flights were delayed. Almost didn’t get in the second flight. Staff was rude to the bone.

Hopped on time for the flight only to get deplaned and delayed another 2.5 hours.

Terrible experience! delay 2 time and say i dont have ticket

Both my flight where delayed Had 25min to make it to my transfer flight

Would've been great if Lufthansa union cockpit pilots didn't strike for 2 days and caused a chaos to my returning plans to USA, and then after rebooking a flight 2 days later tge plane departed 35 min later. So I did not have a good experience.

Everything was on time and service on the flight was great!

It was okay, the food was good, but after the landing there was not enough time for luggage and security to catch a connection. It was crowded on board.

Poor. Crew allowed children to run around and scream and disturb passanger’s seats.

How about changing the personal out to more friendly human beings? This team was pretty arrogant. No fun!!

Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.

Bulkhead seats should not be an extra charge. They are extremely uncomfortable. And we missed our connecting flight due to slow luggage retreaval.

Not great - seats were very narrow and food was terrible.

Some of the crew was sassy and not super helpful. The food was okay, but it seems like they were all unprepared compared to my flight I did from JFK to Frankfurt

We were in premium economy seats that appeared to be locked in plae, No reclining. My aching back.

I don’t understand how they charge as much as they do for such a poor experience
