Only beverages were offered to first class and I thought the flight attendant could have also served the Delta Comfort as well instead of sitting down and staring at her phone and walking past all of us to the back of the plane to charge her phone more. There was a complete lack of turbulence and was safe enough for flights attendant to walk around in the front of the plane, collect trash and serve a few people water and turn off the seat belt light. Also didn’t enforce people putting their seats into the upright position and allowed two passengers to remain reclined during landing. They seemed out to lunch completely. Usually my experience on Delta is much better.
My tray was broken so i had no place to work or eat except my lap. Flight attendant said I would get an email with some credit or miles, it was a complete waste of time as I could only function at about 20% of normal. I have not received anything yet.

2+hrs delay without any reason provided and a cramped flight
Originally, I was booked in economy. I paid several hundred additional dollars to upgrade to first class. Then I paid several more hundred dollars to change my flight to a slightly earlier flight. I asked if the changed flight would also seat me in first class, and I was told that it would. When I boarded the plane, however, I was seated in economy. So, I paid $500-600 more than I paid for my original ticket for an upgrade and a changed flight - received the changed flight (which was nice), but did not receive the upgrade. So, I was not completely satisfied.
I noticed that the planes seem to be outdated. There was no entertainment per se. Also, the waiting area did not have any working electrical outlets
Delayed due to thunderstorms and no in-flight service due to rough weather — both of which are out of Delta’s control. Flight was good overall.
This was the second flight this week with flight attendant Marcus I’m not sure if his last name is Lane or Lang but this guy is awesome. He funny, attentive and his service is 5 stars. Marcus makes business travel more enjoyable !
My seat was moved closer to the front of the cabin since I had requested wheelchair assistance to the gate.

The boarding process for my American Airlines flight from Copenhagen to Philadelphia was a bit tricky. We experienced a gate change that required a long walk to a new area of the airport. Additionally, boarding was not via a jet bridge; we had to take a shuttle bus to the plane and then carry our luggage up the stairs ourselves. Furthermore, the bag drop didn't open until about 12:20 PM, which was only three hours before our scheduled departure. This meant I couldn't drop my bag off early and had to wait outside of security in order to drop off my bag and use the kiosk. The bag drop self-service kiosks also didn't open until about 12:00 PM when an American Airlines employee unlocked them so that we could print out our boarding passes and bag tags, which further created a backlog. The flight was delayed by over an hour because we had to wait for one of the tires on the plane to be changed. On a positive note, the flight attendant was very professional when handling a passenger who was sitting in the wrong seat. Even though the passenger was persistent and reluctant to move, the flight attendant calmly ensured the assigned passenger could take their seat. Kudos to the flight attendant for keeping his calm and composure, not allowing the issue to escalate, and handling it well under pressure while a line of passengers waited in the aisle to board. The in-flight service was also fast, prompt, and efficient, although service had to be suspended for the last two hours of the flight due to weather and turbulence, which was outside of the crew's control. However, the in-flight entertainment screens and the overall interior of the plane were somewhat older. The system did not offer streaming to personal mobile devices, so we had to watch movies on the seatback screens.

We were delayed due to a mechanical issue, but the gate staff and then later captain were giving thorough and frequent updates. Ended up being delayed about an hour, but we did get out, so it was overall a good flight!
My luggage never made it, I booked business class only to find out I’m sitting in the back. Very disappointed with the reservation
We were treated politely and the crew was nice. Again no one knew why there was a delay. Food was hot and a lot was offered but bad in taste. Seats weren’t the worst but for a long flight your legs ache from it. Entertainment was old not very interactive
I found the seats ergonomically uncomfortable forcing the body to seat slightly hunched. For a short flight I worked on adjustments but for a longer flight, it would be difficult.
I cancelled this flight 2 days before departure but I followed your texts and emails and IF you were correct this flight turned into a nightmare.

I was a Wheelchair Assist’ passenger on a London Heathrow to PHL flight yesterday. The process of getting me and my carry-on bag from the ticket counter to the gate was not good at all. It was the worst in my 5 years of experience using this service offered by American. The Philadelphia ‘Wheelchair Assist’ service was, and always has been Excellent! Not so at Heathrow. I was handed off to three different wheelchair drivers; had to sit in a very dingy holding area for 30 minutes while waiting for our gate change announcement; got crammed into a overloaded service vehicle to take me from the holding area to the gate ; was dumped at the end of the line of already-boarding passengers with my heavy carryon and no one helped me up the ramp way at the gate to board the plane. Overall it was a miserable experience!
My flight times changed 4 times since I originally booked the flight. The last time being the day of flight - a 2 hour delay. This meant instead of getting into IAH at 9:30p, I got in at 2:30a. This was very disappointing!!!
Flight was delayed. But my finances flight with JetBlue a week before same route was extra delayed and then cancelled at 2am when his flight was suppose to take off at 7pm was never provided a hotel or anything. Came back to airport and his rescheduled flight was cancelled again for 2 days later. Was told since it was a weather issue they don’t do refunds. But that’s a lie because I booked him on another airline at the same time and they were able to take off perfectly fine
Flight delayed 4 times on a non-stop from BOS to SFO. Then when landed in SFO had to wait for 30 mins for a gate AT 3:30AM.
Plane was delayed multiple times. I would like to request a refund. Was due to arrive Thursday evening ended up arriving Friday morning.

The security line at JFK was one of the longest I’ve ever experienced - probably 45 minutes. I don’t know if JetBlue has control over it, but it detracted from the overall experience. Entertainment had good options, but the volume control was a bit small to tap on and the screen had a fair amount of interference blips. Clearer picture would have been better.
I liked the entertainment on JetBlue, the service from JFK to JAX was terrible at best
Checking-in in Barbados was excellent, connecting in JFK to JAX was a nightmare, had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my check bag. After receiving my checked bag and going to the gate to check in for my flight to Jax the crew there had no clue. They first told me that I had missed the flight and had to rebooked.. after trying to speak with JetBlue reservations (without luck) I was asked to leave my Phone number for a recall, I did so and my call was returned after 15 hours. I finally looked at the information board and saw the flight that I was originally scheduled for was still at the gate. I alerted an JetBlue employee of my findings and was told to rush to the gate and see if I could still board. The agent at the boarding gate apparently was having a very bad day, after lecturing me on how late I was (which was not a fault of mine) let me on the flight. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER fly JetBlue ever in my life again.
Purchased through 3rd party vendor which made everything difficult. Unable to check in online. Unable to get flight updates easily, tsa precheck information didn’t carry through, longer time to check in in person. Entertainment looked good but had to purchase conventional headphones to view.
Even though the weather made a lot of flights become cancelled Jet Blue made the flight that was supposed to leave at 9 pm and we left at 12:15 am and I was so grateful- Thanks to the Senior Jet Blue Staff who made those decisions
We were made to wait in the airport for six hours for a flight that was ultimately canceled.
