Cancelled flight. Still waiting to get home for grand daughter’s graduation .
Left early arrived early..right amount of talking from pilots..of course had to love the biscuit and water!
As we approached Denver, we encountered quite a bit of turbulence. I know this can sometimes be the case as I frequently fly this route but not on American. My gripe: Usually a pilot or co-pilot alerts passengers to the possibility of turbulance ahead of time. This did not occur nor did he communiucate during what was a pretty rough ride.
When I booked my flight a month ago - I selected a seat. That seat was NOT the one I ended up with when I checked into my flight the day before. This is the second time this has occurred. So, I checked my next flight on Wednesday and Thursday and no seat was assigned. Poor, very poor customer service.
Flight boarded from Gate 159B, the farthest gate in the LAX Bradley Terminal. While the flight operated on time, the first class cabin attendant made no recognition of my being an Advantage Executive Platinum member.
British Airways is an excellent airline. Comfort, food and airline personnel.
We changed our flight because of weather. Unfortunately we were on hold for over an hour, but since we were 5 people who all booked individually, we felt more comfortable doing it with an agent. It all worked out in the end.
American Airlines did everything they could with the high Spring Break crowd. I was frustrated to be changed from 1st class to a middle seat at the back of the plane. This has happened before, not sure booking 1st class and paying the extra actually works.
Older airplane with worn out seats. No entertainment system at all. Connecting to Wi-Fi was problematic and hit and miss.
I didn't end up taking this flight. I got up at 4am for a flight that was supposed to board at 6am - at 5:55am you delayed the flight to 10am. The airport is under construction so I switched to a later flight as I wasn't going to sit in the airport for 4 hours. They said the delay was due to the crew needing rest from a flight coming in late the night before - if that was the case then I think you should have delayed the flight much sooner so that passengers wouldn't get up so early and get to the airport to sit and wait.
My flight today was cancelled because it was Spirit Airlines but have received no refund.
THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND CANCELED FLIGHT. REPLACEMENT FLIGHTS WERE 300% HIGHER SO MY FAMILY COULD NOT GET TOGETHER. WHY AM I GETTING THIS SURVEY?????
If there WAS a flight it would have been EXCELENT..Maybe?

There was no flight. Spirit went bankrupt Right before my departure and kayak did not refund me any money. I would like my refund kayak. How can I get it? Please let me know. Thank you
Flights were canceled due to airline shutting down and haven’t received a reimbursement. Had to book last minute new flights which were expensive
My flight was canceled the morning of the flight. I had to rebook a flight with a different airline that cost me $900 out of my pocket
Had a flight change had to get a credit.will I get my money back.
Shut down without prior notice End up with spending lots of extra $$$
There was a crack in my window seal. And Spirit is now closed forever.
