I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."

I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. Ended up being assigned back row non-reclining seats for this redeye trip to JFK, making sleep impossible. Wifes back was painful for the following three day holiday. Thanks, Delta!"

Luckily I had a large shopping bag that I got from the gift shop in Colombia, so I was able to dump everything that was in my nylon tote into that shopping bag and they haphazardly wrapped my bottle in one of my sweaters and checked my tote. The employees said this was a new policy in Panama City, but many other travelers were confused. Passengers should be warned!"

She paid $10 for 2 bottles of water at the stand just before the gate and when she tried to come in again they did not allow her to go through... really a ridiculous situation!"

We had to wait four more hours to go to Bogota. Also the sits were accomodated terribly for me (I can understand they had to use what was available) but if Im traveling with a minor the airline should make sure the child is seated next or near me. Even though, I understood it was a detail that simply they did not control correctly, I requested to two flight attendants to please fix the problem for me, but I was totally ignored by both. When I told them a second time, they said to me there was nothing they can do. But coincidencially, right after I was told, he sat one passanger whom have not seat assigned, right in front of me on the emergency exit. The attendant said minors cant go there which is true, but I would have seated there, and my daughter on the sit that I was which was right behind me. That plus another rude encounter with one of the flight attendants when I was getting into the plane made of my experience with Copa Airlines my first and only trip with them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE."

All passengers didn't know where to go and waited to get assigned seats and plane took off late. I was not happy that my husband and I got place in separated. When I asked to be put together person at counter said once we were in plane. On plane we were told to wait until everyone was seated and that plane was not full. Once everyone was seated I was told plane was full and no seat left. When we arrived to N.Y. one of our suitcases did not arrived. It is now Sat. and still no suitcase. We contacted Copa and suitcase will be Fedex on sure when it will arrive"

Pros: "The food options were amazing! They even had free wine (white and red). Even on the short flight from Cartagena to Panama City, they gave us a little sandwich."
Cons: "Boarding in Panama was crazy. While the crew on the plane was excellent, the employees that got everyone on the plane were rude and flustered."

Cons: "I booked round trip ticket's to Cancun from NYC. I had a change of plans . I needed to add my 2,4yr old to my trip.The Aromexico agent wanted to charge me over 1000.00 for the two children, to travel with me even though online the tickets were $200.00.They would not let me book my tickets online because the children were minors even though my ticket was already bought. I ended up purchasing tickets on delta to get to Cancun. However I was under the impression that I would return with Aeromexico on the round trip ticket I had already bought.NO! according to Aeromexico even though you buy a round trip ticket if you fail to use 1 leg of the trip you loose both ways WHAT! Then they refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with an airline in the 30 yrs that I have been traveling internationally. I would paddle boat rather than use this air again."

Cons: "Took 2 hours for the bags from our plane to get to the belt. Landed at 10:30pm and didnt get our luggage until about 12:45. There was 2 planes that landed right after us and all their baggage was on the belt within 10 minute!"

Cons: "We were stuck for appx 2 hours on the tarmac before deplaning. Then the baggage took another 2 hours to start unloading after our flight waited with no notice as to what was happening with our belongings."

Cons: "Flight information for our connecting flight at Mexico City was ridiculous. Almost missed flight to NYC due to no display of: departure time, which section of Terminal 2 to be in, gate number displayed on departure screen. We were also mis-directed by Aeromexico employees MULTIPLE TIMES WE ASKED that we were in the "right place" when our actual flight was in a DIFFERENT section of the terminal. NO INFORMATION about gate # was displayed in the section we were in. HOW CAN THAT BE WHEN WE WERE IN THE SAME TERMINAL?!!!! No markings noting which area (M? S?) in the terminal. Flight crew not very friendly. Very brusque manners."

Cons: "I'd been warned that Aeromexico is notorious for baggage weight overages. When returning to JFK from Mexico City, I was lucky with my checked bag, but when boarding the flight, an employee had me put my carry-on, my purse, the heavy wool coat I had removed during security, along with a 1.5L bottle of water and other items I'd purchased in the terminal, on a scale, then declared my carry-ons were 4 kilos over the airline's allowance. I then had to head down the terminal to a customer service desk to pay ~$60USD so I'd be allowed to board and not miss my flight. I was the last person on-board. They didn't do this at JFK on my 1st leg of the trip, as I suspect they know they'd never get away with this in the States. I spoke to employees aboard the flight, then at JFK upon arrival, and also on the phone. No luck yet regarding a refund for highway robbery."

Cons: "The JFK airport has no connection between terminal 1 where the domestic flight arrives with terminal 4 where the international flight zone is. I had to take a train from terminal 1 to 3 and then go outside the airport, walk on the street for 3 blocks and get into the airport again. Once inside terminal 4 nobody could help us (we were 20 people doing the same connection) and we went from one person to other asking what to do next and nobody knew. We were so afraid of losing our flight. Finally one police person helped us and we had to pass check point again when we had to take our shoes and be scanned again. Then we had to run because the plane was leaving. This was the worst traveling experience in my whole life. I tweet about it and I had no response."

Pros: "Quiet engines and tinted controlled windows"

Pros: "The only reason they have two stars instead of one is that the flight crew was good, and flight in general was ok. Also United service counter went above and beyond to help me with my situation, and I am grateful that they were able to rebook me on a new flight and check in my luggage without issues."
Cons: "There was no one at SAS service counter... I had to Google my flight number to find out that I actually had to check in with United since it was actually a United operated flight. Why was I not informed beforehand?? My itinerary said that this is SAS flight, how was I supposed to know that i was supposed to go to United?? Because there was no one at SAS counter, I had no one to ask, I ended up waiting for the counter to open for an hour. When I found out I had to go to United, it was already too late for me to check in so I ended up missing my flight. Thank god for the agent at United however, who helped me rebook my flight and check in my luggage."

Cons: "My July 11 fiight UA1259 was delayed and I could not connect to Milan. I had to stay in Newark for 1 night. But UA assigned me a hotel about 1 hour driving from Newark Airport. I had to rent by my own money $160 a day. UA should arraign a hotel either close to the airport or pay the rental car for me."

Cons: "Plane sat on rinway in Newark. For 4 hours before takeoff with no explanation provided. I miissed my connection to Dubrovnik. I was flown from munich to frankfurt and then to zagreb. I was put up in a very low class hotel. I aarived in dubrovnik at noon the following day. This caused me great anxiety and aggravation and a losd of a full day of vacation."

Pros: "Free upgrade to Economy + (more legroom) , I even did not know why I have been cerdited toget it, bit I definitely lieked it. I also liked the option to volunteer for check our carry-on at the gate. Coffe and snck quite adequte for th short journey"

Pros: "The crew was excellent - courteous/aware/friendly. The flight, although 2 hours delayed (9;20pm scheduled departure) was pleasant and smooth. Also, the de-boarding process was surprisingly quick."
Cons: "A 2 hour delay at 9:20pm at night is unfortunate yet frustrating experience, especially when we moved our flight up due to a travel warning for EWR (ironically enough, our originally scheduled flight (1922 MCO-EWR). I'm giving an overall OK (instead of good) due to the fact that there were no snacks (although I did not want anything, it didn't go unnoticed) and although there was free inflight entertainment for personal devices, I feel the passengers should have been given free internet access - in my opinion, it would have been the appropriate thing to do. In any case, this experience doesn't change my positive opinion of United."

Cons: "The check in process was a zoo. Stood in line for 45 minutes to check in with United. Only 2 reps were working manual check ins. About 6 reps were accepting bags but mostly just chit chatting between themselves. They pointed anyone with a question to the very long manual check in line. It was very obvious they did not care. The plane was packed solid and it was uncomfortably warm on the flight."

Pros: "I boooked through Kayak based on recommendations fron Rick Steves. When I tried to check in the night before, I was told I wasn't on the flights I had booked. Turns out SAS had switched me to a later flight without any notice. It took hours on the night I was readying yo leave for a three-week trip to find out what had happened. At best, I would have found out the next day at the airport and waited an extra three hours. Not the big fun! At worst, who knows? Would someone have been able to figure it out in time? Huge run-around!"

Twenty minute delay for boarding and then additional 40 minute ground delay. Flight scheduled from 11:40 to 2:20 p.m. Onboard the flight attendant came through with the food carte. Were any of the "lunch" items available? "No, we only have snack items on this flight." But it's during lunch time... "It's not a long enough flight." WHO COULD MAKE THIS UP? We declined to complain for fear we would be thrown from the plane. Oh yes, I have 1,800,000 miles on United."

Cons: "When experiencing turbulence, the flight attendant came over the speaker and requested everyone to be seated with their seat belts fastened. A few moments later she came back on reprimanding that "THIS IS NOT A JOKE YOU NEED TO SIT DOWN WITH YOUR SEAT BELTS FASTENED" which was still ok. The third announcement was the one I felt was highly inappropriate when she then stated "I DONT KNOW IF YOUVE BEEN WATCHING THE NEWS LATELY, BUT THERE IS NO WARNING WHEN THE TURBULANCE IS GOING TO GET WORSE" frankly I have been watching the news lately and there is plane CRASHES on the news. My husband is afraid of flying and that announcement was terrifying, even for someone who is not afraid to fly. There has to be some sort of protocol of verbage to use when the turbulance is getting bad, because to insinuate the plane could crash to get your point across is crossing the line. I have been on planes where the turbulance is a lot worse and felt this was really out of line."

Didn't even help me upgrade when I was willing to pay for it. The worst of it all was the nonsense that their customer service kept spewing. Brushed and straight up lied to. Will do everything possible to never fly united again"
