Business was very pleasant. Fantastic staff. This is the longest I’ve slept in business class going transatlantic in years!

Comfortable seats with sufficient leg room. However, the female flight attendant spoke English and Italian so fast that it was impossible to understand anything she said. There was no entertainment option. No wifi. No milk for tea (only powered milk which is terrible). I appreciate being able to take a carry on. Crew was nice. Plane was clean.

The flying experience is excellent. The seats are very comfortable and spacious. The staff is professional, attractive and efficient. The ITA business class lounge in Rome is poor. There are no comfortable seats for long layovers. It’s too crowded. The showers are too few and the towels are of extremely poor quality.
