Cons: New York to Fresno Glight delayed 2 hours.

Cons: Flight Chicago to Phoenix didn’t arrived on time st gate and we missed flight to Fresno

Pros: Well trained employees, courteous service

Pros: Flight was ontime and crew was very curtious and professional.

Cons: One thing I would say that snacks was not good at all. Wasn't able to eat. Should change the snack item.

Pros: Everything on time. Comfortable seating. Friendly stewardess.

Pros: The flight and landing were perfect.

Cons: Surprised that all carry on bags other than personal items had to be checked at the gate. I didn't mind but would have preferred to know ahead of time so i could easily grab what i wanted with me on the plane. Also scanning my boarding passes didn't go so well. But all in all a nice quick flight.

Pros: The flight crew was very competent and welcoming.

Cons: The gate agent at JFK was annoying. She forced us to check carry on bags for no apparent reason. Much larger carry on’s were allowed both before and after us. Her fellow agent seemed like she wanted to apologize for her capricious behavior, but was understandably hesitant to do so. The airplane seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class.

Cons: Return to terminal required a bus and then off loading like cattle for sale. Came in through maintenance area. One hour from landing to baggage claim. Terrible!

Pros: So first scheduled flight canceled., I broke land speed records and paid an additional 50 dollars to get booked on an earlier leaving flight. Boom it was cancelled as well. I'm attempting to fly out at creak of dawn today! Still not home! United had alot of work to do! !!!!!

Cons: Flight delayed 4 hours, AApersonnel at Luis and counter a little rude, seat was broken on plane....waited almost an hour for luggage!

Pros: Boarding the plane was incredibly fast. As for the crew, I got an iffy energy from one of the crew members whom I felt was trying to play on my intelligence.

Cons: I wish American offered more vegan and wheat/ gluten free options, as well as herbal tea options. I was determined to sleep during this flight, but I was hoping this plane would have the TV behind the chair. I enjoy watching the live map as we’re flying.

Pros: It was quick and easy to get from point A to B with no problem with good complementary options.

Cons: Arm rests were immobile, meaning could not take advantage of empty seat next to me.

Cons: Flying from New York to Atlanta on business class there was no access to the lounge because I was not flying to Lima on the same day. I bought the whole international business ticket to Peru together, I don't understand why Delta consider my first portion not part of my international ticket!

Cons: They had a 40 seat plane that had about 15 people and they herded everyone in the rear of the cabin. All the extra comfort seats went empty. I asked and was told I had an economy ticket so there couldnt do anything.

Pros: Staff from Check in to aircraft very pleasant. Snack choice in Coach impressive.

Cons: They need to put the airline name that they use. No one at the airport knew about republic airline After I couldn't find republic airline I stopped at American airline and asked them there they told me that I'm flying with them not republic

Pros: The food and drinks on this Delta flight was much better than when I flew with them years ago. I was pleasantly surprised. Good entertainment too. Saw two movies I missed in the theaters...

Cons: The legroom was decent, but I couldn't get comfortable. Pillow or no pillow, the headrest just felt wrong.

Pros: The pilot was extremely informative The stewardesses were helpful It was a delayed flight and they made it relax
