Cons: "The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

With a flight arriving this late in the evening with the low volume of bags checked (due to checked luggage charges), this should not be the case. Five minutes to gulp down ginger ale."

The coffee maker onboard had been broken for a long time and the airline couldn't be bothered to fix it. If I were the flight crew, I would have gone on strike. No leg (or arm) room on the express jet really punctuated a 34 hour itinerary with a sour note. I could barely walk off the plane in the end. Less comfortable than a cheap rental truck for the same amount of time. I likely won't fly again with United. I'd almost rather walk next time to be completely honest. At least it would be healthier!"

While I am happy they didn't fly the plane while needing maintenance, they should have planned ahead and known of the maintenance or had a backup ready to go. Obviously it must have been something they just found, but in the big picture of things. You have to pay an way to much for a flight as it is. They should have to solve their own issues to honor their part of the contract. We (as customers) can't cancel a flight with out penalties. Why shouldn't they have to do the same?"
Pros: "On the trip from Des Moines to Houston, timeliness of flight was great. The boarding went smooth and was done quickly. The crew were friendly and courteous. Overall the first half of the trip was fine."
Cons: "I was extremely disappointed in the condition of my luggage when I picked it up plane side. The wheel was broke off and all the pockets had been unzipped and it appeared they had been rummaged through. I had to drag my bag through the terminal. I spoke with 3 individuals with United who referred me onto the next and each unwilling as the previous to help. I myself am in customer service and would never treat my customers the way I was treated by the employees representing your Airline. I would go above and beyond to make the sure that the customers experience was a great one in spite of the unfotunate incident so they would return. I have never flown United before, and I will not consider your airline in the future."

I told them to send it home, but they didn't and when I flew home 7 days later, it was still sitting in Munich!"

Cons: "Disenchanted flight attendants. For whatever reason, it is obvious that there is unhappiness. Not flat affect, just the look of disinterest, a look that tells you I don't care. In a customer based business it is so disheartening that the very person you may have to depend on to survive is not vested in the clientele that keeps her company in business, thereby insuring future paychecks. I'd like to communicate here that it wasn't all the attendants on either flight, but enough that it was obvious to anyone who paid even casual attention. I was flying home to California, so there were two additional flights a few days before the flights home. I never had any of the same flight attendants on any of the flight. As far as my observation of the attendants, as stated above, I think that speaks volumes. I will cite an example that happened on my trip from Iowa to Denver. I need wheelchair assistance, I walk with a cane, but not able to walk any distance. I pack a light carry-on, bring my purse, jacket and cane. I was being wheeled up the passageway in a regular wheelchair, and the man pushing me stated to the on-coming crew he "would be right back to get my suitcase, couldn't take both at the same time", and added " unless one of you could roll it up?". After an embarrassing pause, a female flight attendant said "Let the flight attendant do it. Add this to the list of responsibilities that aren't really my job." I actually twisted around to look at this person, I was so stunned to hear that! She grabbed my rolling carry-on handle and the look spoke columns. I was embarrased. Thank you. Debra K. Forsythe"

The United representatives at the gate told us they could not rebook us nor would they be able to assist us with locating a different connecting flight. We then contacted customer service by phone and were directed to connecting flights. However the connecting flights were at an airport two hours away. After being informed that we would not be able to fly out the next day from the Des Moines airport, we. Had no other choice but to rent a car to drive to the Omaha airport. We had to rent a car because they would not accommodate us by changing our return flights to match where we flying out of. This whole experience has been awful for a trip that has been booked for more than 6 months. I plan to continue to inform the public of this horrendous experience."

Cons: "This was the final leg of my return from Athens, Greece ....... a short 3.5 hour flight that turned into a nearly 4 hour delay arriving home at 3:40am and in with patients at work at 8am. Also when asked for a soft drink, I paid for this? Shouldn’t a simple soft drink be some courtesy after such a delay? Just thinking out loud from past experiences I’ve had with my travels"
Pros: "Was nice that they waited for a couple passengers instead of closing the door on the dot. The stewardess were friendly and helpful."
Cons: "I would have really liked WiFi and some healthy food options. They were out of the beef jerky and everything else was even more unhealthy. The flight was full and felt pretty tight and crowded."

Pros: "The staff was so kind and made the trip fun, very fast flight but so enjoyable. I honestly will not fly another airline if frontier is available. And best of all it was inexpensive... other flights were pushing 500$ and I got this ticket for 200$ overall great experience!!"

Cons: "This is not just Frontier - it is a BIGGER passengers trying to sit in constantly shrinking seat widths and leg room. I sat next to a very nice BIG person that was in my seat with me....had to keep the armrest up to allow them to fit. I know your bottom line is profit - so shrinking the passenger seat/room when the population as a whole is expanding makes flying overall a not good experience. I am waiting for you all to officially charge us for Cain air seperately."

Pros: "Barely anything - from check in, to waiting at the gate, to the flight experience, there was no positive to flying Frontier. If I had to pick a positive, it would be that I had a safe flight to my destination."
Cons: "The check in process did not work on line, so I checked in at that airport. Then, the flight was delayed. My flight time was originally 7:15a.m. I received an on line notice that the flight was delayed after 8a.m. - NOT HELPFUL. Then, at the gate, we weren't told that the flight was delayed until after 7:15a.m. The flight was delayed twice, with minimal to no explanation. We were told there was a mechanical issue that could take 10 minutes or 10 hours to fix. The staff was VERY rude to anyone who asked what was happening, as well as to several passengers who had been on the previous flight and had deplaned to get food, drinks, etc. The seating on the flight is very uncomfortable and there is no offer for drinks (non-alcoholic) or snacks of any type without paying extra money. There was a fair amount of turbulence during the flight, and the landing was very rough compared to several other flights I have been on recently. Overall, I would never recommend Frontier to anyone. Ever."

The worst part is not a single person offered any kind of explanation - no one in the airport and no one on the plane. When do you ever wait 5 1/2 hours for a meeting and receive no explanation for the delay? Inexcusable. Frontier will always be my very last resort from now on."

Pros: "Southwest is pretty much my only other option to fly diect from MCO to IND. Southwest would charge me 3X as much for basically the same experience. Sure, Southwest might not charge me $1.99 + tip for a can of soda, but that's because they charge me $100s more on the airfare. I'll take $1.99 can of soda any day. The flight was on time. Boarding was simple and stress-free. The crew was friendly and efficient. The seats were a bit cramped, but not intolerable for a 2 hr flight. I could have purchased an aisle seat for about $30 more, which would still be cheaper than Southwest, but I chose to save money instead. I like having that choice. My baggage arrived intact and on time. Why would I fly with any other airline at these savings?"
Cons: "When I checked in, 16 hrs pre-flight, flight was WIDE open. I booked a $20 seat. Got on, flight packed. Asked to pay to upgrade my seat, I had to pay an ADDITIONAL $50 for an exit row & rec'd no credit for the seat I had originally purchased. Also, flight attendant Randall Stride was really liked to exercise his "power" as a steward. He was not very friendly."
Pros: "Overall it was a good experience. The crew was very nice and attentive to my needs. The boarding process was very smooth."

The tray table is not big enough to really work so with out being able to work or sleep it was not conducive to being a great experience and there was no free radio. So I rated the entertainment as boring. The reason I said the food was poor was I didn't feel like $2 for a Diet Coke was a value so I had water. The water was bottled and good so I went up to a mediocre."
