Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).
The flight was very nice but the food selection for the people in the last rows was limited to vegetarian meals only. I think vegetarian meal should not be offered as a main selection.
0lane 2qs on tim3. Very bad food. No free wifi, only for texts. Entertainment poor and hard to access.
At boarding, the locations where we had to have our passports checked prior to boarding were very unclear. Occasional staff wandered around telling people, but in busy area of the terminal this was not obvious. It was also located well after the check in desk in terms of walking to the gate. The Premium Economy service was attentive and warm. The only big draw back was lack of restrooms, and no division or even curtain between PE and Economy.
We had seats between the bathroom and a screaming baby, and did not have enough room to lay my head down on the tray table. Not ideal.
Very nice crew and great food. Easy to board just wish the flight could be shorter or seats more comfortable or more room to walk around when you get cramps in your legs from sitting so long. Crew was great and attentive and really was good food.
Terrible - we needed tp change the flight and it was impossible. They ask for a price that was higher than buying a new tickets from another airline. Will never flight Swiss air and Luftgansa again.

As an ex airline employee in my home country of Jamaica, it was wonderful to see that Swiss Air has maintained it's exemplary service. The crew was both pleasant and professional. The meals were wholesome and tasty. My brother and I traveled and we both agree that our amazing vacation started with the excellent experience with Swiss Air. Continue to keep your standards high 🙂
Everything was smooth and great. I didnt like that they talk so much on the interphone during the flight.
I was originally scheduled on AA 1763. When I landed in Miami, I went to the counter for flight AA 2115 to try to move my flight to this one. I was in a first class seat on AA 1763. While they moved to me this flight, I was told that there were no other 1st class seats available and they assigned me into coach. However, when I was getting off the plane I noticed that one of the pilots who was also in line to go jump seat - somehow miraculously got a 1st class seat on this flight. It is actually infuriating that I had a paid 1st class seat yet somehow they would move an AA employee ahead of that. At a bare minimum, they should have compensated me for the fare difference and I really think paying customers should ALWAYs get the premiere seats.
Wish they didnt delay off-boarding for 10 minutes so i could connect to my flight from miami to tampa
We experienced gate changes and a long delay. My seat was dirty when I boarded and I had to use wipes to clean it myself. There was an unpleasant and overpowering cleaning product scent on the plane as well that lingered through the flight.
Original flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. Cancelation notice was sent in the middle of the night (only saw it in the morning), leaving no room to find other options. No offers to reimburse for the extra expenses or compensations. My flight to Rio on 12/12 was also delayed for 16 hours. This seems to be the new normal for AA.
Attendants were pleasant and the flight was smooth and relaxed.
I like how the crew and pilot kept us updated Even though our flight was slightly delayed. We made up time for it in the air. I really did enjoy my seat and amenities and my trip and value overall.
Delays to take off and to leave the plane after landing added a lot of time to this flight.
It was a red eye flight, so no meals were provided, but it was fine with snacks. The seats felt cramped and almost too narrow.
The delayed flight was awful and moving the departure gate twice was annoying
Flight from Miami to Lima was very good, like the free WiFi to get movies and TV.
We upgraded to business class. Nice seat with lots of room but otherwise not impressive.

The ground staff did not load my bag onto the plane and despite me watching from the bus that my bag is not being loaded and taken back on the cart to the terminal, I pointed out to the staff and ge laughed upon checking my tag and knowing they made a mistake. Instead of calling the cart back and loading it he said we can’t fo anything and you should file a report upon landing at RAK. I told them my stay there is short and i needed my bag as it had everything I needed but no avail. Even the pilot was informed, staff of the plane was aware but all in don’t care mode. Upon arriving at Marrakech RAK, i filed a report and being told it might come in next flight tomorrow and we don’t provide delivery service, you must come and pick it up. If it doesn’t arrive on time then it will be sent to your home in the US. Unbelievable stress and inconvenience that could have been easily prevented by the ground staff.
The cabin crew were curt, not with me, but observed with other passengers. They were unduly rude and it was unprovoked and when they realized they were wrong, they made no attempt to apologize for their own confusion.
The value is there, but the layovers in Lisbon were not great. The passport control was so bad that a 2 hour layover became very tight and on the return the Terminal was barebones which made it a long 3 hours.
I was disappointed of the crew, not friendly and attentive. Delay one way for fuel leakage and the plane is so hot. Not that great all around but I’m glad I experienced it so now know better.
Flew Business class and did not like anything, flight attendants were rude and not helpful. Food was of poor quality and I did not eat meals.
Boarding process was fast and efficient. Short flight but on time and well organized. I would certainly fly TAP again.
Very long line at the gate, moved slowly. I had expected that boarding a flagship A330neo would be with a jetway directly at the gate, and not a long bus ride to the airplane.
I did not leave to Italy yet. We had technical problems on flight from SF to Maimi and had to land in Denver and wait for another plane to take us to Miami, so I missed my plane to Italy. I am still waiting for the Agency to fix my flight till today the haven’t done anything and I am paying for my Hotel stay. Everyday they are promising to fix my flight, they are not doing so and they are not even looking for another solution
Overbooked. They left a lot of passengers on the ground
Need better food options. Need warm food both times Stevie was provided. Bathrooms are too small. For an international flights, seats are small and leg room isn’t enough. And for an international flight, serving spirits should be included, not just Italian beer and cheap wine. All the tv/film entertainment is quite old and not updated, but the size of the screen was good.
my flight from Rome to Boston was on a very old plane. My video and audio did not work.
Awful cold sandwich, pizza was bad and coffee was extremely cold I expected better quality in wines on the way to Rome I order red wine and could not drink it ! Bad quality of wine . Being an European airline’s wine are inexpensive so could have better selección of wines . So on the way back a settle for water with is a pity . The crew disappear and didn’t pick up the trays after meals or the garbage of the snacks . Iberia has better service and other airlines
The toilets are very small for a long trip like this. There is no space whatsoever. Totally unusable,
This airplane is much better. Not worn out like the one we flew with fr NY to Rome. Flight attendants were ok.
Poor. The airlines left my luggage in Miami. It took 2 1/2 days to get my luggage at my destination. I was forced to buy clothes and daily items for days. There was little concern to get my bag to me which highly impacted my trip. Seats were cramped as well. Would not recommend this airline to anyone.
This was our return flight. It was slightly better than the one we took to go to Rome, mainly because the food was slightly better and more abondant. On our LA-Fco flight the food was way below average. Also, it felt like the legroom in Economy was smaller than other airlines we used in the past - my knees were touching the seat in front of me.
There was so little leg space in middle seat that the blanket/pillow accessories and my feet could not fit. Knees were 1 inch from seat in front and when person in front reclined, it was uncomfortably invasive in my space. I am not large, 5’5” and 130 pounds
Our Jackson, Mississippi to Dallas Fort Worth flight was delayed on 1/19/26.. This was changed to Jackson to Charlotte in the last minute because of this delay. This started some kind of disconnect between American Airlines and British Airways bookings. We could not go past the passport control in London Heathrow. I had to go to the counter and waited for more than 30 minutes to get a new boarding pass. Problems did not end there. Somehow our entire return flight was canceled by someone. I had to make several phone calls over several days to fix the problem – this was not easy from India. Looks like there was some kind of disconnect between two airlines or some agent did not do it right. I’m anxious to know what went wrong.
My touch screen at my seat wasn't working, the films BA advertised on the website for this flight were not available, and the plane was a little dated, food was good and the staff were good, just let down by the aircraft facilities.
Did not like the seating configuration at all with 2+3+2 in business class. Lacking total privacy and comfort
