cramped chairs and an attached box under my seat limiting foot space. Also i didn't like having to plug into their wifi and pay a fee.so i didn't use it. couldn't figure it out either since my phone had been stolen at the MAD airport and all I had was a kindle fire.

After 2 days at the airport I still waiting for the airline to give me a date and new time for another flight since the airport is having problems after the storms on Wednesday, they don’t have a counter or anything where travelers can ask questions and have problems solve. They keep making you come but with no guarantee of anything. No one knows nothing, it’s very bad the way they are managing the situation.

Jose the supervisor at sift 10!am was like a robot about the allocation sitting. Did not understand personal circumstances to have a family flying together on a 9 house flight. Customer service is generally useless and a very unpleasant experience, the new seat charges and the inflexibility is making me wonder if I will choose air Europa again for my flights from the US. Flight was also delay due to some lugage delays. Pretty messy experience overall.

One star is too much, I would give 0 stars.

I am absolutely beyond annoyed with Kayak and this airline. I was supposed to stay in Olbia in a hotel I paid for in full for 6 nights. I found out at nearly noon the day before I was to check out that my flight was Canceled. I had a very hard time understanding this, because the kayak ap said "flight on time", so the only way to be sure, and not be stranded at the airport was to call. You certainly don't make it easy to call, especially abroad. Luckily I was able to get to a computer and do an online chat with a representative who was then able to put me in touch w a representive over the phone. He then told me that I could change the flight to 2pm that day instead of 10.30am, which would not work for me as my flight from Rome to NY was at 2.45pm. With no other option, I had to cut my trip short and leave my hotel a night early. I lost a nights stay, which costed me $400, on top of having to pay for a hotel in Rome for a night. This is unacceptable, in fact, I think kayak or the airline should pay for the hotel's stay for the inconvenience. this whole experience was very frustrating and I am extremely unhappy. I was caused a lot of aggravation while on my vacation. I will never fly with Meridianna again, nor would I recommend this airline to anyone traveling in Europe. Please advise on how this will be rectified.

Boarding is ridiculous. 30 minute wait in a bus, people boarding from both front and rear of the plane and then having to pass each other in the skinny aisleway to get to their seats.

while going to US from Mumbai -Wheelchair service at Istanbul was found unsatisfactory. The attendanct was unfriendly adamant and rude. overall the wheel chair persons were neglected by the airlines (even at Boston ) but the cabin crew took care of all wheel chair persons.

The food was great. The seats were soft and there was enough legroom.

We were stuck on an aisle where the seats don't adjust on one of the flights, but it was a relatively short flight. The boarding process was a little disorganized, but we were able to get on the plane quickly. The worst part was the home airport. I don't know how much control Turkish airlines has over that airport, but the bathrooms we're absolutely disgusting.

I booked a flight from Lisbon to JFK with a stopover in Madrid. Instead of going to JFK, my flight landed in Boston. There was no AirEuropa representative in Boston. The state police told all of the passengers that we were considered stranded and that we had to figure it out ourselves and then seek reimbursement from AirEuropa. I had to take a greyhound bus in the middle of the night to get to NYC. It's as terrible as it sounds. I am filing a complaint with AirEuropa

Some of the crew were very pleasant and helpful.

We had two flights booked. The first one was delayed for over 5 hours for 'technical' reasons. Once arriving at the airport, there was another one hour delay. Our return flight was basically deleted. There was no notification or attempt at remediation. We found out when we went to check in online. Numerous phone calls and redirections were required by US. The company did absolutely nothing to automatically reroute us. We live in Canada and are used to the terrible Air Canada treatments, but they pale in comparison to Meridiana. Do not fly with this company unless you want unreliable travel!

Meridiana staff were having a strike that week and it was impossible to get reliable information about whether my flight would depart on time, be delayed, or be canceled. You couldn't even get through to an agent on the phone. So I canceled my ticket and booked another flight to Rome via AL Italia. Had to drive across the island (2 1/2) to depart from a different airport. Basically killed the last day of my vacation. Then when I called to get a refund on Meridiana, I was told I would have been eligible to get it but called too late. Even my flight from Rome to Olbia was delayed several hours, days before the strike even began. Didn't get to our rental until now 3am. In sum, Meridiana was terrible from start to finish. Totally unreliable.

Jose the supervisor at sift 10!am was like a robot about the allocation sitting. Did not understand personal circumstances to have a family flying together on a 9 house flight. Customer service is generally useless and a very unpleasant experience, the new seat charges and the inflexibility is making me wonder if I will choose air Europa again for my flights from the US. Flight was also delay due to some lugage delays. Pretty messy experience overall.

After 2 days at the airport I still waiting for the airline to give me a date and new time for another flight since the airport is having problems after the storms on Wednesday, they don’t have a counter or anything where travelers can ask questions and have problems solve. They keep making you come but with no guarantee of anything. No one knows nothing, it’s very bad the way they are managing the situation.
