Long layover between flights to Long Island from BWI - need better coordination between flights
I elected to pay for the upgrades and found very little difference
The new seating arrangement is so over priced for what you get.
The problem with the seat assignments is that there were a lot of rows in the front that were empty but my row at the back was full. Just not so pleasant.
No food or entertainment, just a quick 40 minute flight. A little bumpy due to Santa Ana winds but pilot has no control over that. Good flight and landing!
Good but I prefer choose your own seat. With the new assigned seats they should board from the back I see no advantage to this new boarding. Just like every other airline
I realize they are still working out kinks with the new boarding process, but by the time I boarded in group 5, most of the bins were full. All airlines should better enforce small bags and jackets going under the seats until everyone has boarded.
WiFi was not working and didn’t have a beverage service
Snacks are always pretzels. Why can't you also offer peanuts ?
Flight boarded late after announcing on time boarding. Flight arrived only a little late despite late departure. Had trouble connecting to WiFi
Love delta smaller commuter plane so no entertainment and paid wifi on MKE-LGA leg was extremely unreliable and slow

Extremely disappointed with Delta. They canceled flight last minute and then I rebooked the other flights and with which were delayed as well
Could not get my connecting flight boarding pass until four hrs before departure! Ver annoying especially since the staff could not explain why!
The flight was flying with 30% capacity. The flight my seat from preferred seating to back of the seat. Even though i can understand that this was to balance the flight weight. The flight attendance decided to do the serving near my seat and in the middle , their noices woke me up from sleep , when i realized that the service has ended and when they were going back asked for a coffee, for which they answered they have completed teh service in my location. That really upset me as they woke me up and also rejected the coffee i asked. I ended up landing with a headache, thanks to the crew that screwed up my travel
I wish the inflight entertainment system options were broader, but overall this was a fantastic crew and I can’t express how cheerful, welcoming, and attentive they were.
Delayed. Hot. Passenger next to me was so large I couldn’t move.
Same experience as the flight from Norfolk to Atlanta where people are boarded in zones that don't make sense. People behind you on the plane will get on before you and they take the luggage space on your row.
The boarding process doesn't make sense since some people that will sit behind your rows are boarded before you and then they take up the luggage space above your head. I then have to wait for people to get off the plane before I can go back to get my luggage.
Good flight. Connector flight was delayed so made a short turnaround in Atlanta which was stressful. Otherwise, great crew, Staff in ATL was very informative about the delay and ensured people their connections were fine. Notified the ones that were not. Great communication.
Dloght delayed by 2.5 hrs . Common theme in my last four american floghts
American continues to decline in their customer service and its beyond disappointing.
Mechanical issue delayed us 2hrs and then once we landed sat on tarmac for 30mins because someone left a vehicle in front of the gaye
An delay of almost 3 hours while passengers were already in the plane kept us very uncomfortable. The food was also very limited. A bad experience overall.
I guess if you don't run the AC it saves on fuel? Everyone complained the entire trip about how hot the cabin was. Also, extremely cramped. AA allows a little space per passenger as is legal. Not cheap, ticket prices were high.
The crew was excellent and overall the flight was good. No complaints.
I understand that there is a catering issue - water should be the minimum stock. During the flight, not once that the attendants came through with water. The conversations in the kitchen were very loud and they were swearing. I do not expect any white glove service, at the minimum, we should be cordial. It was almost an inconveniece that we were on the flight. And it made us feel if you even dare question us, we'll make you deplane.
I didn't end up taking this flight. I got up at 4am for a flight that was supposed to board at 6am - at 5:55am you delayed the flight to 10am. The airport is under construction so I switched to a later flight as I wasn't going to sit in the airport for 4 hours. They said the delay was due to the crew needing rest from a flight coming in late the night before - if that was the case then I think you should have delayed the flight much sooner so that passengers wouldn't get up so early and get to the airport to sit and wait.
Never had such a lazy first class attendant. Literally spent 60%+ of the flight playing games on her personal phone making up excuses of why she was unavailable.
The flight attendants and the service is getting worse by the day.
Delayed both in takeoff and landing, trash plane no amenities, I've said it before but I'll never fly Spirit again.
Overall, it was nice. My only complaint was that I purchased WiFi, and it only worked for a fraction of the flight. Everything else was great
My flight was delayed by over an hour and the turbulance was horrible.
Everything is an additional fee. No one said anything when I checking in and got my boarding pass about my small carry on suitcase. Charged me $100 at the gate for that little bag that I still had to take with me. Delays for both flights for no reason and then when I asked everyone said something different. Never flying spirit again. If it was just one thing maybe. This was a show from the minute I got to the airport.
I had a great experience from booking to boarding to landing. This was the best experience from all the flights I’ve had with Spirit so far! The price and times were affordable and perfect. I will fly with them again soon!
Terrible. The flight was randomly delayed in Chicago causing us to miss our connection and they offered us a flight the next day at 6 am and it would have taken till 345 to get to Pensacola. They didn’t cover any fees. Our bags also supposedly were on the flight to Pensacola and we tried to get them yesterday after driving 6 hours and nobody was available. Worst company ever and will never use them again. Had to pay for a rental. Spirit is claiming in climate weather for the delay but there wasn’t any weather issuesz it’s a bunch of bullshit and I am not happy
They charged late fees for selecting seats (no $0 options). They also changed my gate within the last half hour and are refusing to reimburse my costs to drive across the country with two small children in a rental car.
the fligh was delay form 9am to 10, delayed again from 10 to 11, than delay and gate change to 12 and delay another gate change to 3;25 pm
Flight was cancelled with very little notice. Had to scramble to find transportation to my Mexico vacation.
Every Spirit flight we took was delayed by nearly 2 hours. We arrived in MCO and learned that our connection had been canceled. There were no options for rebooking for 4 days. No hotel vouchers provided, no transportation etc. The airline essentially stranded us, and rhe passengers from 6 other flights hours from our destinations with no assistance. Still no word on my refund. Terrible customer service.
