Cons: "The seats were awful and uncomfortable. Payed 100 dollars extra for even more leg room and barely had any. Such an old plane for such a long flight. The seats in the first row barely fit a female with hips. The in-flight entertainment was staticky and you could barely see the TVs. Overall, one of the worst flights I have taken on JetBlue."
Cons: "Terminal 5 TSA closes at 8:30p when there are still many flights for many hours later. The people working at the gates, shops and food court were all sullen and unwelcoming. The tap water in the food court is yellow."

The aircraft was given a cleared for landing however I assume the flight speed and the winds was so bad that the aircraft aborted landing at approximately 50 ft from the ground and took back off."

Then when at JFK had to get a ticket at desk after an hour walking and being in line and after strong protest for they were not going to give me a"

Cons: "I missed check in (not flight) by 5 minutes. Delta did nothing. I called Aeromexico. After 30 minutes on hold they told me there was nothing they could do. Called Kayak, you guys said you couldn’t do anything. Finally I got some 3rd party phone number I was given by Kayak. I called the number and it was not in service. In all my years using this app this was the biggest disappointment ever!!!!"

Cons: "Boarding process for Copa 808 from Panama City to JFK on 8/25/2019 was mob-like. Attitude of security personnel was unhelpful/resentful when trying to use Star Alliance Gold Lane (Have Premier Platinum on United). My wife got “selected” for special security screening. Almost missed flight."
Cons: "Follow through on reservations made 6+ months in advance. And the $10 vouchers to make up for your terrible mistake are ridiculous, that does not make up for a whole day wasted. Also, food smelled and tasted horrible."

When I got to Copa check in they told me I didn’t have an assigned seat (and I got there very early) and that she couldn’t help me get a seat assignment until I got to the gate. Then at the gate very poor customer service and she gave me a middle seat without even really looking at the flight. On thr flight food was mediocre. Not good aircirculation on the flight, ac was not good. And I was also on the last group to board, boarding process was a disaster. Will not use Kayak again."

Cons: "There was questionable social distancing at check-in and most definitely none from the arrival at the departure gate to using the suttles to get to the plane and boarding. While I appreciate the ever-evolving challenges the current global situation are brining, this was a failure on your behalf. Istanbul international airport = disappointment and a letdown."

No seat-back entertainment screens, not power outlets so you could watch on your own device, one bottle of water for a five hour flight, and ride, inattentive cabin crew. I should point out that while I booked through BA, both flights were operated by American Airlines."
