There was no Wifi or tv usage as they were non-functioning. This is the reason I book with JetBlue.
There was no Mosaic line in Jamaica, we had to have our documents checked before boarding and the lines were extremely long. We spent 1 hour in line for something that took 3 minutes. Many people in line were not prepared and additional staff to answer questions and speed up the process would have made a difference. The flight was also delayed by 2 1/2 hours as well which made for a long day!
The flight was uneventful except that the flight was late leaving the gate by about 4hours. On top of it when we arrived in PVD our gate wasn't ready thus we had to sit on the tarmac for 30 mins. Jetblue flights are becoming a no-frills carrier so the expectations are low. At least you get a drink + can, snacks were so so.
They can take care of deaf person because just make sure right way than mess up

In Ponce I was lectured by Roberto regarding missing luggage while standing in there ready to cry."

Very good to upgrade to premium select and enjoy a nice seat for such a long journey. Nice entertainment system with lots of selection. I always get a little reverse culture shock coming from the intense customer service of Japan to the more casual American crews. In flight crew wasn’t that friendly but I did get excellent service from the airport staff at HND.
Our flight was delayed to the point we would miss our connection for a maintenance issue and they could not rebook us until 2 days later to get home. They did not offer any compensation and gave us numbers to call to talk to someone yet the hold times on the Delta customer service line are 2-3 hours.

So, the 6-hour layover at JFK was a complete waste of our time as we did not have to go through Customs there."

Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

All of us were there in the terminal well before boarding."

The gate agent (when I got off my flight from Lexington to Charlotte) had dismissed the person who was supposed to wheelchair me to the next gate I waited 10 minutes for her to call for another wheelchair assistant After 25 minutes of saving I ask her to call again as no one had shown up She was too busy talking to a friend and then left and went up to check on the next flight while I sat there I personally flag down three people asking for assistance Finally one of them told me that a person with a clipboard type device would be the one to help me I explained I had had nothing to eat in Lexington my way there because the restaurant closed due to some kind of flooding or other plumbing problem before my order could be brought to me I saw a person with a clip for type of device is actually help me get to the restaurant where I waited in line to get a table This person stayed with me as long as she could before she was called to assist another customer I was able to get something to eat then had to walk to my fly and barely made it onto the flight I have never been treated so poorly as I was in this situation I have a new knee and was in a lot of pain and was hungry I would like someone from American to contact me and indicate what Itgey will do id to compensate me for my time, trouble, and inconvenience as well as pain in his poor treatment of a customer

After waiting some time she assigned me to a middle seat in the last row of the plane! After boarding someone came and sat next to me that was overweight and should have been charged for 2 seats. With such a long flight it’s the least American can do."

Cons: "This is my first time with the airline. It’s safe to say I’ll wont be booking with American Airlines again in the future. The crew members were rude, unattentive and just bitter. It started with simply boarding. The lady at the desk was rude about telling me I needed to consolidate my bags. I ended up just checking the carry-on in. We asked one crew member on board if we could throw our trash away and she just seems annoyed. We also asked for ear buds and she never arrived with them simply stating they will offer/hand them out after they come around. She just seemed like she hates her job. Just terrible attitudes. very unpleasant flight."
Cons: "American Airlines baggage check-in at Paris CDG was total chaos. It took 1 1/2 hours. They need a systems analyst to review their process; especially for customers using their ticket kiosks during check-in when the lines get long. There's never a problem when the lines are small (duh !!). The staff involved in baggage check did well considering the poor process flow they had to deal with. The entire flight crew was great. It is management that is falling down on the job."
Cons: "My flight back home was cancelled without any notice and so we had to spend an extra night. The flight the next day went without a hitch, so it sort of made up for it."
Cons: "When I arrived at the gate, the flight was on time, but no aircraft was at the gate. The gate attendants left at the time we were supposed to Board, then the departure time changed on the board and no announcement was made. Another gate attendant told me that the aircraft was at DYT, but the reason for delay was crew rest. As the delays continued, 3 in all, we were told that the aircraft was at DYT but we were waiting on a crew to be flown in from Charlotte. Not sure how AA messed up their crew rest schedule on domestic regional jet carrier. Either way, a new gate attendant arrived to take over, and continued to tell us we were waiting on crew. Then the story changed to waiting on aircraft and crew. By the time the 3rd change in departure had been made, and we were still waiting on aircraft and cre, AA failed to continue to update the departure and arrival times. Once we boarded around 9:00pm the boarding time still showed 8:10pm. Then we sat on the runway awaiting departure for approx 40 minutes before taking off. Very poor communication And customer service."

Then the boarding staff were so rude, they act like they own the plane and they are god. They would not answer anyone questions and just pointed at the screen. The airplane staff hello at least. But the food very so bad, even easyjet has better food. Also their understanding for the english was so poor but the air stewardess told me " we speak American" !!!!"

The plane also heading to Newark ahead of us was overbooked and some people were pushed onto our plane, not a big deal if all can fit on the plane...but we wouldn't have if it wasn't for the delay causing those flying to Boston to miss their flights. Frustrating and adds an element of concern when faced with delays when the weather is fine. The internet on the plane is also confusing to use...should be clearer. Mistakenly booked my flight before realizing the new carry on policy, so trying to pack everything into a tiny bag to meet requirements was frustrating... definitely don't think I will be booking United again."

After running to the gate because my first flight was late taking off, this flight was delayed due to engine issues. The agent had us standing in line for 1 1/2 hours while she tried to figure out what was going on. So instead of taking off at 5:40 pm, we took off at 9 pm and still had to catch a bus from Boston to Providence...HORRIBLE Flight = Long Day/Night"
