I have flown Jet Blue many times between JFK and SFO. I appreciate how clean the planes are, the ability to select my onboard entertainment and the flight crews have always been amazing! Unfortunately, my trip from SFO to JFK on August 23 was unusual. I arrived early at SFO for the 12:00 noon scheduled boarding. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:45pm but after sitting for a while, the plane had to return to the gate to have a generator inspected. After deplaning and then reboarding, we eventually took off around 3:30 pm. It was explained to the passengers that because the plane was using a backup generator, additional fuel was needed and the flight would take longer than originally scheduled. We were originally supposed to arrive at JFK at 9:32 pm but instead, arrived at midnight. Unfortunately, I was exhausted for the funeral I attended the next morning. As a passenger, I have always expected that the plane will be in good mechanical order and that all parts will function as expected. I'm not entirely certain that if I fly Jet Blue in the future, that I will have the same level of confidence that I had become accustomed to. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback. They cancelled the flight after 5 hours at the airport and the only flight they offered was for the next day with a 7.5 layover in fll. This was not going to work for me as this was only a weekend trip and getting into providence at 10 pm a day later caused me to lose Mo ey on hotels money on airport parking a dog sitter etc. they wouldn’t offer any type of a voucher or anything else. All they did was refund the flight which didn’t help me with all the money in time I lost. I was going to see my very sick father

The boarding gate experience was good, however they were too exact at checking

Right now I’m still in Jamaica waiting on a flight to New York which I should be in New York from the 30th and I’m here in Jamaica

Flight was smooth, amenities (entertainment options and power outlets) were good, sears decent)

First time flying with JetBlue and never again. I went to the counter to request meet and assist because I'm 74 and my wife is 79. I walk with a cane and my wife is handicapped and has her own wheel chair. I told the agent that my wife and luggage was at the entrance door. The ticketing agent said to me that they don't offer meet and assist. I need to bring them our luggage and then go back and get my wife in order to get my boarding pass. As I went back to get my luggage a Southwest agent along with a TSA agent recognized the situation and came over and took my wife and luggage to the JetBlue ticketing counter alongside the line and told the JetBlue agent to issue to take our luggage as soon as they could.

Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. I then placed my laptop bag in my carryon and took out a medical device, and ground crew still tried to give interference. I had to remind them that medical devices don't count towards luggage limits. It was quite annoying and unne

Loved the leg room and tvs screens on the seats and free WiFi. Wish the price was lower and could save by rebooking

Delayed departure. Delayed after landing pulling into gate. Delay due to sky bridge malfunction

On-time departure, smooth ride for sure. All was good except, once again, there was no movies/TV as it wasn’t functioning.
