Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
They have overselled the ticket and kicked me out from boarding, All my Plans were collapsed and important network meeting missed.also I booked direct flight i have to go through an 1 stop and it was frustrated.
Flight was delayed for 5 hours in ten minute increments. Bizarre and frustrating
The gates should be ready when we land. Waiting on the runway for a hour is ridiculous.
They don't make it easy or promote their food options. Dirty plane. Delayed.

Delayed almost 4 hours for a 45 minute flight with no explanation.
The flight was excellent, provided that we had inclement weather. We departed earlier than scheduled and arrived early. There was a little turbulence, but nothing to be worried about.
I disliked that I didn’t have a flight today, not entirely sure why I’m being asked
Flight delayed 4 times on a non-stop from BOS to SFO. Then when landed in SFO had to wait for 30 mins for a gate AT 3:30AM.
Plane was delayed multiple times. I would like to request a refund. Was due to arrive Thursday evening ended up arriving Friday morning.
The seats were roomier than other airplanes I’ve been on.

Easy experience even with the outbound flight being delayed. The seating and space was comfortable and the crew seemed very nice and helpful.
Right now I’m still in Jamaica waiting on a flight to New York which I should be in New York from the 30th and I’m here in Jamaica
It was great. I had never flown on JetBlue before, but would be very happy to fly with them in the future.
The captain gave good announcements and the flight attendants were friendly. The WiFi was pretty good. The plane itself looked very old inside and the seats were very uncomfortable. The screens in the seat backs were the smallest I’ve ever seen. There were so many loud and obnoxious kids on this flight and the parents didn’t do much to try to quiet them down. Some had videos and games on tablets with higher than necessary volume going the whole time.
Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. I then placed my laptop bag in my carryon and took out a medical device, and ground crew still tried to give interference. I had to remind them that medical devices don't count towards luggage limits. It was quite annoying and unne
On-time departure, smooth ride for sure. All was good except, once again, there was no movies/TV as it wasn’t functioning.
