Very good crew, enough space between seats, very good food! Captain of this plane was incredible, quietly and safe fly!

Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min

Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.

The flight was 6 hours delayed, making me late to connecting flight. To make things worse, the hotel provided for 1 night stay due to losing a flight was unsanitary for human stay. Food was: old bread with pasta that seemed to have had canned tuna added to it and some kind of soup. Absolutely horrible experience.

We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates

It started well but flight was cancelled and they created a nightmare rebooking. It is two days later and we still haven’t reached our destination. I am in Amsterdam waiting on transfer desk to open (later than other airlines) to hopefully get a boarding pass. Once that problem is solved we will just pray this flight isn’t cancelled too.
