All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.

Cons: "Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

Cons: "you said i have free carry on, then they charge me $40. when i get to the plane i see a lots of people who have carry on that was way bigger then mine. I was in Rage and for that i will not refer my friends nor family member to Use that airline. i feel like you charged me base on my look."
Pros: "The staff onboard were friendly and the flight was fast and we arrived early."
Cons: "You have to pay for all snacks, no tv, electronic boarding passes don't work with TSA causing me to have to stand in line even though I was already checked in, the counter was understaffed and I don't think I like having to purchase the seat separate from the airline ticket."
Cons: "Delayed for 6 hours. Staff wouldn't give us a straight answer about the delay. Promised we would be departing at a certain time after all the delays and couldn't follow through. Was rude to passengers when we asked about the problems. Threw our luggage around, which passengers could see from the window. Will NEVER fly this airline again."

Cons: "The flight attendance wouldn't sell me water or give me water when I asked for it on the plane. This was before the plan was descending, so he literally had no excuse. She didn't even have the common courtesy to come to me and say she wasn't going to give me any water. We had to ask her why she didn't provide water even when she had a water bottle in her hand. I will never fly with Frontier again. Also they try and trick you with cheap airline tickets initially, but then charge you $40 for 1 checked bag each way and you don't get any perks! Not even water. This was terrible."
Cons: "baggage fees were ridiculous. Not even a soda or coffee was given. Everything had to be purchased. No music to listen to. You say the flights are discounted, but by the time you pay 35-40 per bag checked and a drink, you may as well fly another airline for the same price."

Cons: "Frontier isnt honest about its information display policies... the price displayed on Kayak does not mention that passengers have to pay for carry on.. which is truly an odd expense.. $ 40 each time in a round trip is a considerable expense.. furthermore, there is no mention that I have to pay for water and not to mention the old aiplanes... which rattles... this airline isnt worth the hassle..."
Cons: "I didnt like the fact that the flight was delayed and a notification wasn't sent to my phone. I had checked the status that night when I checked in and early in the morning and the system said that the flight was on time. It wasnt until I reached the airport and the lady behind the baggage counter told me that the flight was delayed for two hours. I went to go eat with my daughter at the Chilis restaraunt. I figired since the flight was delayed why not have some lunch and head to the plane an hour before take off time. I left the restarant and went through screening. One of the TSA memebers asked me why was I going in so early when the flight was on delayed. I let them know that the flight was suppose to be taken off in an hour so they let me through. As I'm walking through the terminla they have someone walking bu asking if anyone was getting on the frontier flight. I told them that I was on that flight and they told me I needed to hurry up because the plane was about to leave. I became nervous ans started running down the gate to make it to the plane. I'm running with a two year old so Im pretty sure that you can only imagine how difficult that was. Once I reached the gate I was out of breath and it was suppose to be eight minutes before we took off. However we sat on the plane for about another thirty minutes before we left. I feel as though the communication with the airline is not there 100% and if you are sitting in an airport you should be able to hear the update especially when they are not planned ir taking place at a time that is different from what was already relayed."

Cons: "We got bussed from Philadelphia to LGA as plane was short of fuel due to long wait time landing in LGA. It was just terrible. Took forever to get to NY. Not entirely airlines fault. Weather has lot to do with it. But number of factors contributed. Boarding was delayed as we missed our a lot and took of later on top of already late flight. Then. Things just went south. The Staff were very counties and helpful and did their best."
