Cons: "If I had the option to check something worse than poor, I would. This flight was horrible. They boarded us and then made us sit over an hour on the plane after already being delayed. Somebody threw up in front of me all over the aisle and instead of cleaning it, the flight attendant just threw coffee on it. What a horrible airline and an overall horrible experience. I will never be flying Frontier again."
Cons: "Frontier didn't let us know the flight has been canceled before we got to MIA airport. They said it was because of inclement weather but actually the weather was very good in both departure and arrival cities. They also stated that many airlines canceled their flights on that day because of same reason, but we checked and found it was not the truth. NO COMPENSATION. NOBODY HELPED THEIR VALUED CUSTOMER TO FIND ANOTHER FLIGHT. WE DID ALL BY OURSELVES."

This happened in flight 630 from O'hare to Laguardia, on November 26, 2017. I was extremely disappointed at this behavior. Other crew members were very nice. Thanks Joe"

Cons: "The flight was canceled on my way to the airport when I was following their recommendations of arriving 2 hours earlier for each flight."
Cons: "Received email the morning of the flight about a change of terminals to terminal 3 instead of terminal 4. I was dropped off at terminal 3 and was told I had to go to terminal 4 to check in and go through security, and then return to terminal 3 gate F2. I walked between terminals, getting to Gate F2 where the display screen said, Cancun. I don't mind walking, but going back and forth between terminals dragging a suitcase was not acceptable. Airline personnel were courteous and helpful, but I will not again choose Spirit."
Cons: "Bit frustrating that we arrived 43 minutes before take off and they didnt let us check in or otherwise help us. Even so after we exalined we had had a problem re getting to airport earlier. We had to reschedule and pay quite a lot."
