Find cheap flights from Minneapolis to Juneau from $230

Smooth. Courteous. Fun. One problem: the wheels on my checked roller back were broken when I picked up baggage at destination. Must have happened during flight baggage handling but I don’t know where.

Staff very helpful and friendly, in flight entertainment poor. Flight left late and thus arrived 20 minutes late to final destination.

Ground crew was great in Austin, flight crew left a lot to be desired. Not particularly friendly, helpful or nice.

Everything was fine -- on time, clear, clean. I don't want to pay extra for in-flight wi-fi

First time flying with Alaska and the staff were All professional from checkin to departure! I do plan to book more flights with Alaska. Thanks

The flight was delayed because the pilots had not arrived on their previous flight yet. The flight was 100% full so it was pretty crowded. I miss having the screens on the back of the seats. It would be great if the Alaska planes had the clip so you can put your phone or tablet on the back of the seat in front of you to not strain your neck. Everything else was very smooth.

Boarded the plain and had to wait 1 hour for crew Captain to arrive from another flight

It was fine since it ensure we went to our destination in time.

Overall good flight, smooth and on time and comfortable. Disappointing that food is not served and you can't purchase the snack packs on the plane.

The space for legs in coach is better than other Airlines you can even cross your legs!!

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

Could not hear any of the announcements. The speakers seemed out of service. I wish the entertainment system would allow me to watch on my own iPad than the airplane ‘s old display.

The CX617 from HK to BKK was delayed more than 1.5 hours.

Horrible - they lied to me about baggage & boarding, even though I specifically spoke to their agents the day before my flight about my issue. When I showed up they did not let me board and stranded me at my airport until I bought a new flight with money I did not have to spend.

All four American Airlines flights I took in last seven days were delayed. Caused me loads of problems, missed meetings, loss of time and money.

American cancelled our flight home. Zero option for hotel, alternative transportation and took 3 hours to find our bags so we could take a 3 hour UBER ride home on our dime. Never flying AA again.

They gave my seat away although it was a connecting flight with them and the flight was a bit delayed.

Flight was cancelled had to move to another gate late again no internet paid for the month and never can use it waste of money

Not being able to purchase my check in baggage online was a negative.

LATE LATE LATE!!! Plagued by late AA flights on this trip. Such a drag. This one was by far the worst.
