Lounges are packed and very poor, food is really bad, for business class in an airline is well below expectations
My suitcase was destroyed. The top part where the handle is is completed broken. And unusable now.
I had a bad experience with the security at IAH and felt like a sardine on all 4 legs of my journey.
The care and attention for my flight was great. The seats were not as comfortable.
The ground crew in Houston were not friendly. The security staff were very rude and reflected an attitude of superiority with rude remarks.
The flight from QRO to IAH had some turbulence on the way up and again a lot of turbulence when landing.
It started with multiple delays, cancellations, re booking, 5 hour lay over and finally on a plane from Chicago to Pittsburgh. Gates, times, etc were changed multiply times. Once on the plane, staff was fine, but built in tv did not work and could not even turn it off. Light at eye level the entire trip, so sleeping was near impossible. No snacks or drinks given.
Terrible. 2 hour delay. Sat on the tarmac. Missed my connecting flight. Had to ARGUE with Customer service to get a hotel and food. Terrible experience with my loyal carrier
I liked the exit row seat. Hated the distance between gates in Houston.
Boarding was fast and orderly from Mx to Houston. The air around our feet was very cold, it made the flight very uncomfortable.
They miss placed a piece of luggage. My kids booster seat. How am I supposed to drive home with no booster seat?
With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.
It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.
I was charge $90 for my bag more then the fight crazy!! And the plain hit a couple of birds on the take off bird strikes we returned back and had to change planes bad customer service everyone has an attitude problem!!! Bad experience!!!
They closed the gate over 25 minutes before departure and I didn’t get to board.
They no longer offer anything free to eat or drink, everything is sold, not even a bottle of water is offered for free.
The terminal and gate was never the right one announced in the Viva App, neither in screens, moved from one terminal to another
Ridiculous fees for seats and restrictions of 10kg carry on. Cheap a$$ airline
Viva continues to strive for the worst airline experience ever.
Viva aerobús didn’t let me check in to my flight even when there was more than an hour before take off.
