One major problem that was very unprofessional and uncalled for. Plane landed and we had to wait 20 minutes to get off the plane since they were waiting for someone to come to the gate to drive the jetway. Southwest couldn't have someone available and waiting for the plane to land? Is there only one person in Hobby airport who knows to drive the jetway? Was he at lunch? In the bar? Uncomfortable and uncalled for!
if I was good. Not happy that I have to pay extra money to get the seat I need for lake room, but I guess that’s a sign of the times.
no service at all due to turbulence. they should've at least given us snacks, there were only 10 people on the entire flight.

I never like the fact that if I don't check in exactly 24 hours before the flight time, I get to board C, and that means sitting between 2 individuals. I would like assigned seating in the airplanes.

Check in for 5am flight at RDU was hampered by American check in counters being seriously understaffed , was told even supervisor called out. Took so long in line for special services check in that we missed our 5am departure even after arriving at 3:30am. Had to be rescheduled to later flight from Charlotte to St Thomas.
The Charleston, WV airport was cute. Very good staff and small enough to feel comfortable. The plane had more leg room than bigger planes. Much more comfortable.
Take-off delayed an hour because of a missing flight officer, so,arrived in Charlotte lates causing many passengers to miss connections. Otherwise a very good flight, safe and comfortable, with an excellent professional crew.
I was downgraded from first class to coach due to an airplane change. They pulled me out of line and I was the very last person to board the plane stuck in the middle seat with no overhead place to put my carry-.on. Very poor customer service.
The small flights with Valet Luggage has a poor service
Had to wait for a gate for a long time, then waited on the run way for a long time before leaving. The actual flights part was good.
We had a 2 hour delay. The seats were smaller than most other airlines. The person in front of us wanted to lay back and we had to stop her because she was pressing against my girlfriend’s legs. We had to ask her to sit up and not lay back due to the lack of room.
Seats are so small now that if you are in a middle seat, you will likely have your neighbors arm, leg or shoulder in your space. Even in an Economy Plus seat, the width of the seat is only for average people. I’m small and shared my full fare seat with the large man next to me
