Hey, nothing is free. Not even water. So don't buzz through the aisle saying "food & drinks for purchase", no one's buying. Or "you can move up to a roomier seat for $75." instead of marketing that expensive seat, just get this sjow on the road. I just paid $50 to send a carry-on piece of luggage. Nickle-dime ppl to death!
Nothing to like really. Crew gathered in galley area, eating & drinking. Crew did not attend to passengers who were swinging feet & legs out in the aisle, pick up trash or other.
Flight was delayed. They charged for carryon bags, they charged for water.
I've got a lot of travel bags. None are the "personal" size you demand. The bag I used, was actually overall smaller than required, though one dimension was 1 inch to wide to fit in the box. The Gate Attendant said it was no problem. My concern is what the next Attendant say? Your baggage prices are too high!
The price for the trip in the large front seats! I'm a big guy.

I have to pay so much for my luggage. .when I get at the airport, it was my time with the spirit air lines....
They moved us from the gate to have an "on-time" departure even though we sat on the taxi way for a while. Why do airlines do this? Are on time stats more important than customer comfort and satisfaction. Then they kept the lights on during the entire flight to "sell" their products. Please, give us at least a free glass of water. You are only cheaper than other airlines when you get a $9 fare, which you have to pay to have anyhow. So they are a bare bone airline, but charges are for everything. This airline stinks, I will not be flying them again unless I absolutely have to. I thought United was bad, but they are great compared to Spirit.

Paying $90 for having one piece of carry on. Not having the option to even pay for WiFi as it’s nonexistent on Spirit’s planes.
Staff on board was friendly and professional
Check in counter was closed more than an hour before flight even though electronic tickets weren't working!
I couldn't watch movies so I asked flight attendant she said " watch next screen ". But there was someone sitting! How can I do that!!! They didn't say sorry
Pretty average experience. Did not like that first checked luggage was charged for an international flight.
Food was by far the worst of any airline I’ve flown. It was unreal....the smell...wow.
Food quality was poor changed to smaller plane st last minute and had to get seats reassigned, no gin on the plane. Flight was delayed , your website was slow and could not do check in over the web, when I️ got to the counter 3 hours before my flight I️ was still delayed because I️ couldn’t do an online check in. Made it to the gate with one hour to spare but don’t think you should penalize people because of your own issues
