At 5 ft, 2 " if I found it difficult, I cannot even imagine how a taller person felt. I wore a coat, sweater, and scart , and warm socks, and I was still freezing the entire trip. It took me 20 minutes to thaw out after arriving. It was quite uncomfortable."

Pros: "movie choices are great"
Cons: "the people sitting behind me kept talking about dying from the aircraft, it makes me uncomfortable."
Pros: "I was automatically upgraded."
Cons: "I was upgraded, which I appreciate very much. However, I was upgraded to a window seat. With my bladder situation it was comfortable. This is why I only book aile seats."
Pros: "That I made it to Dublin"
Cons: "The flight was delayed due to aircraft issues making us 2 hours late for vacation. THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY! I literally put blood, sweat and many many tears into this trip. The flight attendant was so rude on this trip. It was like she was absolutely offended by my presence. I barely even spoke to her except to make sure of my vegetarian tray to which I got the nasty reply "You'll have to wait because I don't have it with me now". If I wasn't so focused on sleeping as much as I could I would have written her name down. No complimentary cocktails for Preferred Seating? Seriously? What did I upgrade for exactly? Literally four inches of space? Late, rude, money sucking industry who holds no accountability for wrong doings. Don't get into the Health Industry.. you'll kill people with this flippant attitude. Bleh.. I doubt I'll fly with Delta again. The thought of having to do so turns my stomach."
Pros: "One of The crew members a guy from Texas was nice"
Cons: "The female crew Members were taking loudly and a lot during the flight it was difficult to sleep as a result. The food was low and very very bad"
Pros: "The food was good and the staff was competent and friendly. There was a large choice of inflight entertainment (but the sound was mushy)."
Cons: "Although more comfortable than most, the seats were cramped (for 10 hours). Boarding was delayed 30", but we did not take off for 3 more hours. I really don't know why. It felt like the NYC MTA: poor communications. The boarding process required an avoidable half hour of standing in lines."
Cons: "The upgraded seat was horrible - and I want a complete discount."
Cons: "This is possibly the worst airplane food ive ever had. Ever. The chicken didn't look nor taste like chicken and it was in some weird green chickpea sauce?? Very unpleasant."
Pros: "Good food (for economy), lots of little perks (like eye shades), and most importantly, excellent service from the flight attendants. One of my best transatlantic flights."
Pros: "Tv on flight"
Cons: "Flight attendant skipped me for drinks"
Pros: "The staff onboard was friendly and attentive. They made every effort to make sure I had whatever I wanted. Boarding was quick and easy. The onbaord entertainment system had a large selection and I was never without something worth watching."
Cons: "The first class accommodation isn't as good as advertised. The seat is supposed to completely recline allowing you to sleep. Unfortunately if you're 6 foot or taller there isn't enough room. Other airlines like Emirates gives you more room in their business class so it's disappointing to see United 1st class is so cramped. The screens for the onboard entertainment system in first class are lower quality then those used in coach."
Pros: "The crew was amazing and the food was pretty good for airplane food."
Cons: "The boarding process was a nightmare, no announcements were made in English so half of the passengers were confused. The seats were sooo uncomfortable."
Pros: "Great meal in economy. Delta entertainment was free and very comprehensive. Plane was packed, but service was great."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "First day our flight got canceled 1 hour before leaving the airport. No good explanation given. Planes were landing and departing from Columbus just our flight got cancelled which made no sense. Over the phone no one was really helpful. Very bad experience with Delta"
Pros: "Troy, Karee, and all of the staff on board were amazing! One of the best flights I have ever been on. Hope they are the crew for my flight home."
Pros: "WiFi, good flight attendants"
Cons: "Would like to see Direct TV along with Delta Suite so can watch live TV"
Pros: "Delta Comfort seats"
Cons: "Delta employee who drive shuttle to connection stopped to drop off a passenger and proceed to chat w other workers thereby getting me to my gate late and missing my connection and getting me to Florida almost 3 hours later than planned. Agents at desk in JFK were rude. There was another Delta employee also on the shuttle who was the only one who seemed to show concern. He alerted the driver, called the boarding gate and led me to it."
Pros: "Everything up to departure. Sat in line for almost an hour."
Cons: "they charge 300$ extra for a 14 year old child and dont give any service for the payment, they say it is to bring the child on and off the plane even though he can travel alone and has done it many times with other air lines. drive the parents uo the wall, make them wait endless time, and then they comlaine that thay have no time tofor the child and leave him standing with out even letting him to seat with the other air lines a child of 12 can travel alone."
Pros: "Friendly crew, ok seats"
Cons: "Was not possible to even request a coffee"
Pros: "Movies- pro staff"
Pros: "The good the crew and the bed"

Pros: "I love deltas crew. Quick service and they let you sleep. Very efficient boarding. Excellent."
Cons: "Individual seat space is small, nor do seats recline much."
Pros: "Flight was quick, crew efficient"
Cons: "Despite having this flight booked for over a month I was not issued a seat until gate check in and had to sit and wait till they figured out their "overbooked" situation. I had to approach the desk four times because they wouldn't give me any indication of what zone I should line up for, and the desk crew were rude. Ended up being the last to board."
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "My flight got cancelled. Terrible customer service. My bags didn't travel with me. My vacation got screwed up."
Pros: "Smith TSA check in, smooth boarding, dinner AND breakfast, phone charging port, headphones, sleep mask, ear plugs, and excellent entertainment."
Cons: "2 passengers booked at the same time got assigned different seats at boarding. Luckily one passenger was kind enough to switch seats."
Pros: "Delta Comfort+"
Cons: "Boarding In-flight entertainment Meal Service"
Pros: "Great service, a lot of food, good entertainment"
Cons: "I don't understand why people take babies on red eyes. It makes the flight so unpleasant. I wish airlines would discourage this."
Pros: "Every thing went well thx"
Pros: "Lots of great food n free new movies! Crew was polite and on top of their stuff :)"
Pros: "The flight was not full so we got to spread out. The flight crew was attentive. The onboard entertainment was good and free."
Cons: "As usual, the staff at JFK was a little on the surly-side - that's New York so you have to expect it."
Pros: "The fact that the flight was direct. Entertainment options. Availability of USB and power outlets once you upgraded to priority seating."
Cons: "Flight was delayed as a result of volunteers getting off the plane due to overbooking. Their luggage had to be found and unloaded. Abusive and rude ground and security staff. On board staff was curt and was just going through the motions. Priority Seating seats were flimsy and extremely uncomfortable for a 10hr flight, even using the front seat pocket felt like you being kicked in the back. Seats reclined only 3 inches. Quality of food was pathetic. Serving trays were so small that is was impractical to eat out of them as food served barely fit in them. Toilets and sinks were clogged and dirty 1.5hrs into the flight. In short, it felt like you were traveling on a cheap bus."
Pros: "The crew was attentive, pleasant, and hardworking."
Cons: "Tight leg room in coach. Cramped and uncomfortable."
Cons: "Seats were cramped, very uncomfortable."
Pros: "The crew was really nice"
Cons: "I paid for comfort seat. First it had part of the door that stood in the way. Secondly, what is even worst is that other people could seat in the comfort seats after the doors were closed without paying it!!!! Next time delta will not have my money!!!!"
Cons: "The seat was very uncomfortable in delta comfort zone."
Cons: "The gate for the connecting flight from NY to Rome wasn't posted at the terminal or available via the Delta aps. The Kayak AP didn't have it either. I found out late that it was practially at a different airport. With less than an hour I had to take a bus to a different terminal, walk through, exit onto the street, cross the street and walk down the block to a different terminal. Then I had to re-enter through security (where the line was wrapped back to the front doors). Had the flight not been delayed for mechanical issues I would have missed it. My flights were purchased through Delta. If Delta uses different airlines they should post gate information on their web sites."
Pros: "Flew in past no problem this trip seats were very close when person in front reclined his chair it touched my knees. Not enough leg room."
Cons: "Not enough leg room, knees hurt difficult to sleep. Also booked flight 3 months in advance so we could sit together as family. At gate they put my husband 20 rows separate from us. Surprised by this, I thought Delta was a better airline. Staff on plane was courteous and worked hard for entire trip."
Pros: "We were late leaving and missed our very tight connection at JFK. When we went to an agent we found we had been already rebooked on another flight through Detroit arriving 2.5 hours later than original. Our luggage was also rerouted to follow our flights and was there in Phoenix!"
Cons: "45 minutes is too tight a connection in JFK when you have to change terminals even if the flight were on time!"
