They charged 50$ on my carry on bag So it's 100$ extra on both ways One hour delay, so I lost all arranged reservatios

Base price. Plane seemed newer and was clean.

Staff was a bit rude. Tray table was comically small though with absolutely no complimentary food or drink I suppose it doesn't matter. Extremely thin padding on seats making them quite uncomfortable. While the base fee is low, once you factor in all of the fees for check bags, carry on bags, snacks or a drink while on-board, and paying to guarantee you have seats together, you might as well just fly Southwest because Frontier will likely be no cheaper or just barely.

Long Flight Delay Due to Weather, Strong Thunderstorms and Tornado warnings. Handled Delay well and boarded when appropriate.

Internet was terrible - overpriced and slow

I wasn't feeling well and got up to go to the restroom. A rather large male flight attendant was sitting in a jump seat in the back of the plane. His legs were stretched out and I couldn't get past him so I said excuse me, I need to go to the restroom. Even though there was a vacant restroom less than 10 feet away, he said there's a rest room in the front by that red light. He did not move his legs.

paying to carry on a bag, %90 fee to change a flight time that was booked wrong by kayak. It had me going and coming the same day when it was to be going and coming back the next day. $120 fee to cancel the flight 24 hours or so before the flight. being given the remained of the cost of the flight BUT only to use on their airlines on another flight. I told them i will not fly with them and to refund the money to my cc but they said no it had to be used with them on a future flight. They do not give refunds they said but what is the $177 they want me to spend on a future flight? A refund is a refund no matter what they call it and since it came from my cc it should go back onto the card. I have taken this to my bank and we are disputing the cost of the flight and hopefully i will get my money back.

Late departure by an hour. No reason, just incremental. They only announced a 15 minute delay, which in the end was an entire hour.

The flight was about 1/3 full, so it was very quick to board and very quiet. The limited free in-air WiFi was a nice bonus.

I liked how fluid and easy the landing was. And I especially liked how we arrived to Orlando in less than the allotted time which was three hours.

Did not like how there were not many options for eating, but loved the flight overall.

Delta cancelled the flight after midnight on Friday morning, and never rebooked me. I still haven't heard from them. In not even sure why I'm getting alerts about baggage claim.

I've heard almost exclusively negative things about flying spirit, so with that level of expectation, the experience was better than I expected. We boarded on time, the plane was newer looking, and it smelled fresh like lemon cleaner. I had carefully reviewed the extra fees that could be charged, so I was prepared and didn't incur any unexpected fees. The crew was fine - they were cordial and did their job. We arrived on time.

This was an evening flight (~7-9pm), and for some reason they kept turning on and off the overhead lights. I didn't notice right away that the seats in the back have almost no extra space between your knees and the seat in front of you, but after the first hour, it started to feel uncomfortable. I'm an average-sized female, so I imagine this would be even more of a problem for larger people.

The nickel and diming thing is very stressful and ultimately, is more of a bait and switch tactic. You think they are the cheapest until you realize that there are other airlines that don't make you pay $50 for each bag and unbelievably, $50 for your carry on. There is NO room, the head rests push too far forward and since the seats don't recline you are stuck with about 4 inches in front of your face trying to hold your head up. Legs were actually too long for the seat so had to sit sideways the entire flight. Just awful. Never again.

Frontier is a bait and switch operation. They offer discount fares and when you get to ticketing you discover that they charge $40 for checked bags and $45 for carry on bags!!! I can understand the checked baggage fee only if it was made known prior to purchase but charging more for carry on bags. Also, the staff at the ticketing counter are rude and obviously selected and trained to make sure that they get every penny of their ruthless money. I have flown my first and only flight with Frontier and will never do so again.

2 plus hour delay.. Missed my ground transportation shuttle which meant more delay.

Weather is fine here, but a delay in a different city turned into 4 hours of waiting. The $10 voucher really made me feel better though! Total disorganization, it all stemmed from a delayed flight 5 days ago that snowballed into this. Crazy, only fly these guys if you have no other choice.

Kid vomit

This was our first time flying with frontier. We were greeted at the bag check with the sweetest ticketing agent we've ever had in 35 years of flying (someone said she got employee of the month and I would highly agree) everyone we encountered after that said hello and was very friendly. Were we on another planet? hats off to frontier airlines for excellent customer service! You should train all the other airlines! I liked the vinyl seats because they can be wiped and cleaned but they could have been a little more comfortable. Other than that We will definitely fly with Frontier again!

I wasn't able to check in on my app which had me frustrated when I arrived at the airport. Upon speaking to the agent at the desk she gave me a complimentary upgrade to first class. Such great service, I was thoroughly pleased!
