The cabin temperature was very warm. Flight attendant did not help when my 3 YO needed to go to the bathroom and it was close to landing time. She knocked and opened the door. I would appreciate more empathy towards the situation.

Held up on the first leg of our flight the captain asked everyone to remain seated so that we and two others could deplane quickly to catch out tight connection which we did successfully.
The flight was fine. The breakfast sandwich purchased in advance not that great I did not use their entertainment.
Took off in time. Landed early. Much better than I thought it would be. Only down side, no TVs
Crew was great. Very nice. And the bad... Do not get the aisle last row seat on a 737-900. Right next to the bathroom door! I literally saw everyone on the entire plane! Not good! Landing was a little sketchy too. Felt like we were skidding all over the runway!

There should be in flight entertainment screens and there needs to be more variety in the entertainment offerings.

The helpful attitude of the staff, and being a wheelchair passenger everyone was helpful and understanding. The trip was made comfortable by the upgraded seat which was given without my request, that was a great surprise. Thank you Delta.
Gate crew helping to scan tickets was a little short tempered with customers. Flight crew was very friendly, welcoming , and provided excellent service on board.
Everything went well with the flight. But one of the flight attendants had on inappropriate pants. She had on an old worn out pair of sweat pants. The back seam was unrivaled and should not have been worn for work. If I had not seen her in the airport with the standard type of luggage, I certainly would not have thought she was working for Delta. Not a good look at all for representation.

The plane was one hour late cause they were doing some reparations with us on the plane no mention I was in the first seat and the door was open the entire time with 8 degrees! The plane was totally dirty no mention old ! The staff was nice but no put together, the attention to details and passenger experience is missing and i always travel first !!! Is better the lounge than the plane! KLM/air France every details is taken care maybe you need a creative creator or experience client need asap was terrible and not memorable for the price that I payed very dissatisfied

I got upgraded, so comfort was not an issue. But as always, it is the people from baggage handlers, flight attendants, pilots etc. that make the difference.
Generally good but we were delayed almost two hours from the original time of purchase. The pilot claimed an internal issue then an external equipment issue that needed to be adddressed. He made up a lot of the time.
The flight was excellent, provided that we had inclement weather. We departed earlier than scheduled and arrived early. There was a little turbulence, but nothing to be worried about.

Overall it was good but not great. The aircraft was an old and seats didn’t recline in business class unless you kept playing around with it.
The plane was subbed for another last minute, the gate was changed last minute. Could live with that but we boarded and there was a delay which totaled an hour in the end. There was a technical issue which meant wheels needed to remain out for ten mins after take off. My USB phone charger was broken as was the headphone jack which meant I could t enjoy the IFE and could use my phone after a few hours. Even the map function on the plane failed to work after a few hours.

Spirit airline tries to screw you at every opportunity. Spirit wanted 65$ for an extra pound in the suitcase Made me open the suitcase at the counter to remove 1 pound. Staff very cold and rude Will never fly spirit again and will recommend same to family and friends

Delayed several times. Flight was to arrive at midnight and it arrive at 3 am. A 3 hour delay is already bad but one that has you arriving in the wee hour is just disruptive and overall unacceptable. The complete lack of restitution is a joke in keeping with Spirit’s reputation of ranking bottom-low in the pecking order.
Cancelled my flight , currently stuck in Houston and will likely miss my cruise
The flight attendants were very personable, extremely friendly, and had a very good feeling of the energy around them not to mention they’re very funny and engaging. What made up for the discomfort of the seats and the fact that the plane sat for a long time on the Turmac. Not sure if the pilot was new, but the landing was very rough sort of like I was at a magic mountain theme park ride that was built in 1959
Unfortunately not great, my flight was canceled with no notice given. I attempted to reach out to spirit airlines and have yet to receive any correspondence. I then had to book a new flight at two times the cost of the original.
The price is good but I feel that carry-on bag could be a little low and snacks prices
They changed our gate 30 minutes before boarding began. We noticed about 20 people missed their flight due to doors closing early.
Smooth flight flight attendants were extremely helpful kind friendly. I had Glenn he was by far the most outgoing
