My main issue is that I paid approximately CAD 200 to select four seats for the first flight. However, when I arrived at the check-in counter, I was told that the seats had not been assigned, and my family was relocated to the last row of the plane. I was traveling with two young children, ages two and six, which made the situation especially frustrating. I paid for a service that I did not receive, yet Alaska Airlines did not offer any refund or reasonable solution. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and will not fly with Alaska Airlines again.

Had nothing to do with alaska just the passenger next to me on the first flight needed a second seat to fit. He was a big boy who couldn't stay in his own space.

Everything was great. Due to an accident on the Glen Hwy attendants could not make it to the airport. A delay while new crew was located

I liked the free wifi on my SEA to PDX leg. I would have liked it on my return trip too.

Flight attendants were kind. Until the plane arrived and had a slow taxi. I was on the tail end of the plane and informed the attendants I had a connecting flight. They didn't do anything to help me get off in a more timely manner. Nor did they contact my connecting flight to let them know I was on my way. By the time it was our rows turn my connecting flight across the terminal D gate to C gate was already boarding. I had to run the whole way through the terminal and hope I caught a train inntime. They were calling my name last call by the time arrived at the gate. Then my connecting flight ticket would not work and a new ticket had to be issued requiring presenting my ID again

Left one of our suitcases behind. SUPER ANNOYING since I’m traveling solo with a lap infant 😡

All was well from boarding to landing . I would travel on Alaska Airline when I can . The flight attendants were cordial and attentive

My experience with Alaska Airlines was great! Crew are always friendly and attentive. Alaska Airlines goes out of their way to make guest feel appreciated.

The seat on row 11 was a little hard cause my butt was hurting a little bit from sitting after and hour.

I missed my flight by a couple of minutes due to my previous flight sitting on the tarmac for an hour. I was already checked in and they refused to wait an extra 5 minutes. So of course I had to get another flight and the attendant told me 11 am. ( it was 12 am when i went to the desk) so i couldnt get a hotel because they were all booked so i ended up sleeping on the floor at the airport. The next morning i discovered the attendant schedule me for an 11 pm flight…NOT 11 am. Why would i spend an entire day at seattle airport???? So fortunately i stopped at a gate where an attendant was able to get me on the 1230 pm flight but since they had already rescheduled my flight i had to yet again go to the service desk to get an “override” Monday morning 10 am alaska service center had 2 people working with 15 people ahead of me. Thankfully your 1-888 customer service line wait time was 20 minutes but it was a less than pleasurable experience when i only have a few days off of work to enjoy and im depending on the airline to have it together.
