Cons: "When my flight with American Airlines cancelled, I felt so panicked because I needed to be in Florida on Saturday night. But thankfully, lady who works for American Airlines solved my problem on the phone in couple of minutes easily. After that, when we were boarding to the aircraft, there was a cabin attendant lady. She came to us and ask me and my mother if we can talk English.I answered her with yes we can, but she demands to talk with my mother. And English is not her native language, but it doesn't prove that she doesn't know it. She tried to ask questions to her like, "where were you today?" so we couldn't really understand the reason for her to ask those questions in the first place. So we couldn't really say anything. While we were talking about my mother's English, the all aircraft was watching us, and trying to figure out what was going on. After all, she made us to sit there and wait her to replace us with other passengers. We waited the whole aircraft to be seated, then she took us to another seat with my mother. I can understand that it is her job but I'm not sure, if it had to be that much discomfort. We got pretty upset about it and it affects our flight quality. Plus, while cabin crew serving beverages, they didn't really ask us anything. We needed to call them for our order. To be honest, I would never flight with Delta. It was a disappointment."

I contacted KAYAK to help and you (KAYAK) did not help stating "that is the Airline's fault". This may be true. But if you are going to take my money for the tickets, please also take the time to address my concerns and solve the problems created by the company that you work with."

I ve flown to Managua about 7 or 8 times with American Airlines and this was my least favorite flight. People take up the space in the overhead compartments above my seat almost all the time then there is no space for mine."

Forget about overhead space left over, we had to gate check carry on. Seats were very uncomfortable, no room under the seat because of a big metal box for power outlets. No leg room, sat shoulders and thighs touching with neighbors. No meal service, just drinks and pretzels, luckily we picked up something to go changing planes in Dallas. Never again!"

She made me put my laptop in my backpack and the carrying case as well. The boarding pass didn't assign a seat to me and told me that I have to get another boarding pass at gate.. Simply unacceptable. I am a frequent flyer with Frontier and Spirit pirit, thanks to those Airlines which never treated me bad and gave me hassle like United did. No more United for me ever. WiFi was advertised but never worked inspite of me wanting to pay for it."

Cons: "I don't like the seats, they have no cushion and they don't recline. Plus the tray table is super small. Also you pay for all drinks. Another thing the pressure is horrible in these planes. It seems they try to cut down on cost so the cabin is not pressurized right to reduced your ears from getting the over pressure from the ascend and descent of the plane."

I did not receive any message or alert that the flight was continuing to be delayed. I've never experienced anything like this before. And nothing was done to better the situation."
Cons: "The flight was delayed over 3 hours while we waited for a pilot to show up. There is a charge for everything including water or switching to a vacant seat after take-off. An elderly woman became dehydrated and nearly collapsed during the flight. She was moved to the seat next to me where there was an entire empty row. I spent the last 30 minutes of my flight trying to assist her. I am a medical professional and am certain that she was dehydrated. The seats do not recline."

Pros: "We sat on the plane for two hours before having to get off. The plane was scheduled to leave at 11:59 pm and did not leave until approximately 7:00 am! Pitiful. I will never schedule another flight on Frontier."
Cons: "There was an accident that prevented me from arriving at the airport the recommended 2 hours prior to boarding. Anyway I managed to get there a whole 30 minutes in advance but the people didn't even try to let me get through ..they just said No and that was that."

Yeah, you have to pay for everything including carry-on, but if you do your homework then you know what bags you can take without having to pay the fee. If I'm traveling on a budget then I would definitely take Frontier again."

Imagine our dismay when we received a notification a few days before our trip that our connecting flight from Denver to Salt Lake City was changed to 10 hours later. When we arrived in Denver, we went to the customer service desk and was told that the flight we had booked didn't have any seats for us and we would have to take the later flight. No explanation. It was scheduled to leave on time, just that they had no room for us even though we had a confirmation number for that flight. I don't know if the responsibility was with Frontier airlines or our booking agency, but rest assured I will not use either one of them again."

Pros: "- The quick check-in was great, I found that it was maybe one of the easiest I've had. The flight was great for the cost as well, I was happy to know that it was just what I needed."

Cons: "All members of the staff were rude (baggage, boarding, in flight, corporate on phone reservations). Purchasing tickets was terrible. Frontier's goal is to find anyway to get additional money from you and they stick it to you. In the end, we paid $200 more for this flight than if we had flown Southwest or JetBlue. I understand that budget airlines remove amenities to help control the cost of the flight. However, this experience felt more like buying a used car from a second hand car lot. The staff seemed to delight in finding ways to get more money from you, everything about the experience screamed cheap, and in the end, I paid more in extras than I did for my tickets! Pass this one over if you are looking for a cheap flight."

Cons: "-$40 fee for carry-ons (I am a violinist, so my violin is my carry-on, meaning I also need to bring a checked bag) -$35 fee for checked bags -non-reclinable thin plastic seats -everything on board costs money, including water -both my flight to Charlotte and back to Chicago were both delayed for the same stated reason of the airline not allocating enough time for the plane to be released from inspections after a previous international flight -no information about new projected arrival times -poor communication with waiting passengers -loud thumping and beeping noises on the plane"

Cons: "Arriving at O'Hare to take this Frontier Flight.. there was a line a mile long for Frontier Airlines. They created a mess and did not try to assist those of us in line. The line was to check in bags. There were 3 different flights, and it was so unorganized. I realized after an hour that I didn't need to be in this line. I had paid for a carry on, thank goodness otherwise I would have missed this flight, like many did behind me. The flight attendants were rude! I needed to purchase a drink to take some medication, and they made me wait. It was ridiculous."

Cons: "Seats were the most uncomfortable ever. Tray backs were about size of a pack of cheese crackers. Would barely hold a soft drink. At no time during my booking or printing of the itinerary was there any mention that if I chose my own seat there would be a hefty up-charge and that I would be charged $30.00 each way for a carry on bag. They don't tell you this until you've paid the fare and it's time to print the boarding pass. I have no idea how this airline stays in business. By the time I paid all the excess charges I could have flown on Delta on a nice plane with nice seats. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Never again will I fly Frontier. I'd rather take the bus."
