Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews

Pros: "pilot was great... made the landing at key west seem easy!"
Cons: "Flight attendants seemed to really like their jobs!"
Pros: "Crew attentive and helpful"
Pros: "Lovely crew. The food was tasty."
Cons: "It would’ve been nice to make up some flight time in the air from the 4 hour delay and multiple gate changes that were all announced too late to delay a trip to the airport :("
Pros: "I liked the crew."
Cons: "I didn’t appreciate the women at the boarding counter. She had a very bad attitude and was not approachable."
Pros: "The crew rocked!!!! Professional and fun. We enjoyed the music."
Cons: "WiFi didn’t work well. Still great flight."
Cons: "Everything was excellent."
Pros: "Quick easy flight"
Cons: "Even vegetarian Hindu food was ordered over the phone. We're presented non veg food. When asked about the non veg food we were told that we dint order. Lie right away. Alitalia members showed worst and discrimination based behavior. Very rude. Won't travel on Alitalia in future"
Pros: "I wish they serve real food instead of snacks for 4hours flight and I wish luggage check in will be included since it’s international flight."
Pros: "Flight was quiet and comfortable."
Cons: "Felt claustrophobic after a while because guy in seat next to me was rather large and spilling into my seat"
Pros: "The flight crew were awesome"
Cons: "Not exactly the flight but the attendant white lady in Atlanta at the gate needs to sharpen her customer service skills, a bit obvious on who she prefers to deal with, as a foreigner and over 25 years of experience in dealing with the public, I felt the indifference. I frequently fly and my choice of airline is delta, this by far has been the only dissappointnent. Please do make sure this gets to the person in charge."
Pros: "Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around."
Cons: "The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."
Cons: "Missed my flight do to TSA security my wife is diabetic this TSA agents/idiots looked like they newer seen insulin pump or insulin bottle and flight left 15 min early. So I'm in Tampa trying to get flight in morning to Cancun"
Pros: "On the first leg I liked the entertainment options. There were plenty of current content to watch and the screen was good enough. I still resorted to my iPad after a while but it was more because I wanted to watch something specifically rather than I had to. The food was decent but as usual the good stuff runs out before you get your turn. Order special food next time."
Cons: "I don’t like any airlines boarding process in general. They always seem inefficient and slow. I didn’t like the free headphones they passed out. They’re so awful that they really ruin whatever you’re trying to watch."
Pros: "Good abording"
Cons: "problems with seating assignment"
Cons: "Direct flight, on time arrival"
Pros: "Once we hit the coast we skirted down the coas of Florida which provided a spectacular view. The approach and landing at Key West airport was thrilling and absolutely perfect. We’ve flown Delta many times but this was our first but not last time to Key West."
Pros: "Service vey Good. Nice choices. Comfort seating very nice"
Cons: "WiFi awful. Useless."
Pros: "Delta personnel were very pleasant/friendly"
Pros: "What can I say...I love Delta!"
Pros: "Customer service was great"
Cons: "They change schedule day before we flight, the change schedule 2 time while were flighting"
Pros: "Could be among the best landings ever. I felt nothing as we touched down in Salt Lake!!!"
Pros: "During my experience on 19 November I encountered only wonderful crew members, from the gate attendants to the on-flight crew. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind."
Cons: "Earlier in the day when I was checking in, there was a prompt to be added to the list of volunteers to take a different flight should one of my later flights (it did not specify, I flew from DAY to ATL, and then ATL to ORF) was overbooked. My schedule was accommodating enough that I selected yes. In ATL I was called up as a potential volunteer as they needed 3 volunteers to take a later flight that day. I was told that I was not initially assigned a seat since I had earlier agreed to be a potential volunteer. I was okay with all of this. We were told that the decision would be made at the end of boarding, and we would know if our seats were needed. At the end of boarding they called for the 3 volunteers to board. I was the last one to board and was given my seat assignment. Once I got on the plane I saw that someone had already been assigned my seat and let a flight attendant know what had happened. I stood on the plane for about 10 minutes while the flight attendants and other crew members tried to figure out what had happened. My name was not listed under any cabin (main, comfort, etc) even though I had a ticket and a seat assignment. Eventually they had to open the doors again for me to get off the plan as there were no available seats. Once I got back to the gate podium I was booked on a later flight, as would have been the case had the normal course of action for volunteering to give up my seat taken place. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what had happened, but it was still frustrating that it had to happen in that way. Luckily I don't believe the delay caused any major delay for the flight. In the end, things worked out fine, it just seems as though this is an issue that didn't need to happen."
Pros: "Nice crew, comfortable"
Cons: "Had to check in my carry on because there was "no space" left but after me were some people who could go in with their carry ons"
Pros: "The flight was good. It crashed zero times. I was pleased not to check my carry-on bags. They were attentive in calling for wheelchair assistance for me."
Cons: "Seats are consistently too small."
Pros: "I was able to sleep!"
Cons: "Could not get comfort upgrade"
Pros: "Nothing other than it was over quickly."
Cons: "Seat did not recline at all."
Pros: "Entertainment is pretty good on Delta."
Cons: "They were delayed and we almost missed our connecting flight."
Pros: "The crew was fantastic. I generally love flying Delta and find their crew to always be very professional and kind."
Cons: "As this was a smaller, regional jet, there weren't a lot of amenities. But that's fine, it's only a 40-minute flight!"
Cons: "727 modern plane free movie free Wi-Fi"
Cons: "Very dated plane. First class seat was worn, crooked, and uncomfortable. No entertainment offered. Almonds or biscuit cookies were the only food options."
Pros: "The flight left on time and landed earlier than anticipated"
Cons: "The seats were narrow and very upright"
Pros: "The flight was smooth and the food selection was surprising delicious. The crew was very attentive."
Cons: "The leg room was much less than the last time I flew Virgin (booked via Delta) and made for an uncomfortable trip. Could not sleep as a result. If you're tall like me you'll need to book a higher seating category."
Pros: "Everything, confort, pilot's comunication..taking different route to NY to avoid weather, and wind problem."
Pros: "Flight was very comfortable and had a lot of space to move around"
Cons: "The gentleman indicating on the loud speakers what zones will be loading first was very rude."
Pros: "Delta does a good job of seating and meals and flight offerings"
Cons: "The crew were not customer oriented and seemed like they really weren't interested in their clients. Also we were bounced around between Air France and Delta at the ir port and when trying to check in online even though we booked through Delta."
Cons: "long wait and delayed flight"
Pros: "Flight took off and landed on time"
Cons: "Flight was completely full and I was seated next to someone who required TWO seat belt extenders! I was so uncomfortable, they were sitting on top of me, couldn't even put down the arm rest. The flight attendant said there was nothing they could do."
Pros: "Really liked the plan"
Pros: "Staff hospitality"
Cons: "Deboarding delay, seems typical"
Cons: "Took 8 hours to get from Oakland to Los Angeles. Flight delayed then cancelled at Oakland. Driven from there to San Francisco. That flight delayed by 45 minutes. Got on board and then they neede 4 people to get off the plane since it was overweight. That took another hour. Bad day of travel."
Pros: "Gate agent arranged flight via Salt Lake City and also gave me $15 lunch coupon for my troubles. She was awesome!"
Cons: "Dealing with West Jet to refund a mistake on the ticket purchase."
Pros: "Whoa, we flew Coach and had plenty of space! How marvelous to not be packed in; crew and passengers were wonderfully relaxed, and all went well despite turbulence on takeoff and landing. Great daytime flight experience with my toddler grandchild!"
Pros: "I was able to pick my own flight online easily."
Cons: "Lack of same day, 1 connection, first class seats. Had to fly out the next day because only middle seats left. Frustrating because I paid for first class and had no good choices for my departure day of choice."
Pros: "Ability to change planes with a 30 minute layover."
