Cons: After boarding the door was closed and the jet way was moved back. 5 minutes later they said they were going to bring the jet way back and open door to let more people on board. They broke 2 FAA regulations by doing this and we were delayed an hour because Deltas computer would not allow this.

Cons: We were delayed 2 hrs leaving Portland d/t incoming crew problems. I was kept informed via email and text more current than what the gate announcements were. They brought around an amenities cart as an apology but there wasn't enough to go around as some people stuffed their pockets w free snacks. I could have spent more time w my friends in Portland but the messages kept saying that my flight could leave on time so I should still get there for the original scheduled time, which I did.5

Cons: When booking through kyak, we were not informed that we were booking basic economy and all of the restrictions that come along with that ticket. We were not happy to have to check our carry on luggage and not be able to choose our seats and would have opted for a more expensive ticket if given the option

Pros: The long haul from Latvia to Oregon is usually a pain but the SAS employees worked to make it as positive as possible. Everything was great from the seats and accommodation to the food and staff.

Cons: Both flights were late, seriously late.

Cons: Very poor entertainment. The Virgin America planes had excellent entertainment as they had TV screens on the seats. You should consider bringing those back.

Pros: Checking a bag took only 5 min start to finish including the line and picking it up took only 22 min from wheels down.

Cons: Ventilation, flight was stuffy.

Pros: The crew was amazing once we got to the gate! Line to check bags was very long and slow as there was only one clerk but within about 15 minutes, 2 more clerks showed up.

Cons: Seats were not comfortable. I was fine but my elderly Mother was pretty uncomfortable. That would be my only complaint!

Cons: Gate agent was too much. A family had not been required to pay for carry ons on their outbound trip but she required them to pay $250. English was not their primary language. The mother apparently swore in Spanish- agent threatened to call police. Disagreed with FA, kicked off family.

Cons: Well let's start at the check in, so I got to an airport about 40 minutes before my boarding(usually what I do when I fly with Southwest), went on to check in my bag, once I got there the receptionist was extremely rude, as well as uneducated on the layout of the gates, as soon as my bag got checked in she threw it off the scale and told me to move on as soon as I asked her why she is being so aggressive with my baggage. Then when I was boarding there were no smiles by the crew, the seats were extremely uncomfortable, and I was waiting for a water for about 15 minutes asked a crew member again and she responded with "You are not the only passenger here, I will bring you your water once I'm done with other passengers" and for the 15 minutes I did not see her help a single customer. I am so disappointed in this flight that I am not flying with them back, instead I spent just a bit more and will fly out of Chicago with a different airline. Avoid spirit airlines at all costs!

Cons: The crew wasn't terribly helpful and it was freezing on the plane. They did find time to chit chat with fellow staff that were flying as passengers. There was no entertainment. I wouldn't fly Spirit again

Cons: neither flight had a tv on it and the food was for purchase only. The flight from Portland to Chicago had a terrible flight attendent. Very rude and I could see and hear the tension between the two. Overall not a good experience.

Cons: Flight was delayed by over 5 hours with very short notice. With the exception of a $10 food voucher for restaurants that were closed, United did nothing to try to make it right.

Pros: Delta in flight entertainment is great.

Cons: I had window seats on all flights and was boarded after those in middle/aisle seats 3 out of 4 times. Less legroom in the cheap seats. High whining pitch on speaker during announcements on last leg.

Cons: Cancelled my first flight. Delays I have dealt with before, but never have I had flight just cancelled on me. I got another flight scheduled for 24 hours later. Ok, that would have to do. Then a few hours later they cancelled that flight on me. At this point I just gave up and got a refund. I then was able to book two last minute 1-way flights for ~$150 more.

Pros: IT GOT CANCELED AND I WAS STRANDED IN CHICAGO.

It's unfair and obnoxious to pay the same money as somebody else who then takes your already small space. I am not a large person (140lb, 5'7") and I could barely move my arms without bumping one of the people next to me. There's no reason that we should have such limited space.

Cons: Flight was cancelled and there was no other flight to Lansing until 8 hours later, and that one was already overbooked. I took a flight to Grand Rapids instead and was NOT offered compensation for ground transportation.

Cons: There is nothing more obnoxious than 200 little TV screens all playing some terrible show with Fred savage and rob lowe because no one wants to pay $8 for crappy direct tv

Pros: Very unhappy employees. I work at Nordstrom so maybe my expectations are a bit high when it comes to customer service, but if I owned united airlines I would be ashamed of the way United employees treat people. I paid an extra 300 than I had to to get to Hartford Connecticut at the time I chose when purchasing the ticket. Every plane was delayed. EVERY FLIGHT by at least an hour. I missed my connections and was rebooked twice. the average joe customer service lines were ridiculous with the separate priority line having first dibs. The first customer service man I met with was helpful and kind. With the exception of that man and one flight attendant on my trip back to Portland, every employee was indifferent, condescending and in some cases, actually mean. I say that seriously! (I can't believe it either). I am not a difficult person to get along with and I never showed upset despite the many mishaps I encountered on this trip. Customer service is so important and could have made up for the obvious poor planning and lack of communication by which united airlines functions. Unfortunately, I would rather fly any other airline if given the choice after this trip. Even spirit (and let me tell you, I've only flown spirit once and there is a good reason for that). So disappointing. I am upset over my experience and again, will avoid this airline at all costs in the future whenever possible.

And then their response is “everything is booked so the best we can do is get you on another flight 12 hours after you land? Ah f you. Missing my niece’s birthday and the whole reason for the trip. United is garbage. The irony, I was only flying United to use an expiring voucher from the last time they stranded me for a day. Never again United. You will have to drag me kicking and screaming onto another United flight. Which they may do...

Cons: Had to cancel the flight because I was admitted to the hospital emergency on the day of flight with possible colon cancer. I am still in the hospital today, tests said no cancer but a virus infection that is being treated with antibiotics. Should be released in a couple days. Can I reschedule the flight??
