Cons: "The FLIGHT!!!!! There were delays. Scheduled take of time was 6:59 PM. We took off at 735 PM. Once I was on the plane, I started kicking myself in the you know what because I knew immediately I was scammed. I had purchased a 1st Class ticket for $400+, only to find that my comfort would be the equivalent of that if I purchased a ticket in economy. My long legs would still be cramped. For the past few years, I have been purchasing 1st class for it's spaciousness. On this flight, on the RCJ700, I did not fly comfortably. The space was very tight, and I was able to stretch my legs as if I sat in economy. This was by far, my most uncomfortable flight ever. SMH; A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!"

The seat was ok, but I found the pillows to be very small and flat. I needed multiple pillows. The head rest was not adjustable, so I also found this to be uncomfortable. Usually when I fly AA, the headrest is adjustable. My final dislike was that the beverage selection was limited. I'm quite sure there was plenty of alcohol, but what about those customers who do not drink alcoholic beverages? I asked for hot chocolate, there was none. I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."

I didn't like the fact that they couldn't manage to scramble another plane and crew, but instead forced us to wait over four hours for one that was stuck somewhere else in the country."

Delta was so much safer and more protective of its customers . 50-60% full by design . Fly them and learn something."

I’ve gotten cheaper or same priced flights with full entertainment and faster arrival times on other airlines. This was a last resort this time around but I would never take it if I didn’t have to."

I was already skeptical about flying through American because my grandfather recently had the worst experience he has ever through American Airlines. He was forced to check his baggage that had his meds, arrived to IAH (from Philadelphia ) for my graduation, he made it but his luggage didn't. Next day supposedly the luggage arrived at 10am yet didnt make it to him until 8pm(there is no excuse for this). He missed my graduation dinner and almost missed my graduation (which was the purpose of his trip) because he had to go to the hospital (his medication was in his luggage ). Throughout this whole experience, no apologies, no "let me make it up to you"...American did absolutely nothing. What's even worse...the person attending him on his way back, knowing he is a retired Veteran of 25years, didn't even have the courtesy of saying "Thank you for your service". Lets just say he will NEVER use American again. I'm disgusted with how American treats their clients. My recent trip just confirmed that American cares very little to nothing on customer service or customer satisfaction."

This was the worst experience I have ever had flying giving the flight crew at check in had little to no information and was in willing to assist with alternate means of transportation."

When I booked the flights I was only allowed to choose seats for the first flight - Charlotte to Houston...but not for the other three legs of our Charlotte to Seattle trip. The only two seats together from Houston to Seattle were in the very last row. And, on our return flight we had to purchase Economy Plus in order to sit together."

Cons: "I was unaware a carry-on had a cost to it. Then when they told me that if I paid at the desk it would be $50, but if I did it online it would cost $38 I obviously went to do it online. I was unable to do so. Even the desk associates were unable to do so. So they gave me a phone number to call and told me that they would refund me $12. Well, I got unnecessary attitude from the person (Arya) with whom I spoke with when I was being calm and collected. That's what pushed me over. I can handle bumps in the road calmly until I'm getting attitude from the customer service."

We were able to get our money back by having to call Frontier directly. Lourde was very helpful, but the Frontier agents at charlotte douglas were no help at all. Will never fly Frontier!"
Pros: "While the initial ticket prices seem nice, the extra charges aren't worth it. Also, both of my flights were delayed for multiple hours with very limited warning. While I understand it's Christmas time and delays happen, no other flights were experiencing delays and we were never given an explanation."

Cons: "I had discovered the carry-on bag charges AFTER purchasing the ticket online which is a bit underhanded. My 'bargain' ticket was now the same price as every other airline plus the 'privilege' of food and beverage purchase whereas all the vanguard carriers still offer free carry-on, snacks and soft drinks. BTW unless you're drunk or completely exhausted, don't plan on getting much sleep: the seats were made with some of the thinnest padding I've experienced and you might get 3-4 inches of recline, IF you can locate the lever! IMPORTANT!! If you don't order THE WORKS pkg ($55) when you INITIALLY pay for your ticket, which includes refund waiver along with check-in, carry-on and seat choice, you're stuck with THE PERKS ($45) which has all the above EXCEPT the refund waiver. The refund fee is $99! You can do everything a la carte, but will cost more beyond 1 bag. BTW, do it all online or you'll pay more at the airport. All in all, absolutely fine for the price if you have a personal sized item (i.e. up to a small backpack) but a standard size carry-on or check-in will definitely put a wrinkle in your flight budget!"

The lead flight attendant on the my flight was extremely rude and unresponsive. My mother had a wheelchair assist her to the gate for our departing flight in Orlando. This was arranged by the ticket counter. Apparently, Frontier screwed up and did not arrange for a wheelchair to meet us at the gate in Charlotte. When we mentioned this to the lead flight attendant, he said we would need to go and find one ourselves. I asked if he could call the gate and asked them to bring one so I wouldn't have to leave my elderly mother, he said, "no". I asked again and explained that I didn't want to leave my mother. This time he rolled his eyes at me and said, it wasn't his problem. Really? This is precisely the reason I will not take Frontier again. Please look into training your people better or your hiring process. Cheap flight do not address this issue."

It was terrible. Tried to be kind to the staff but they were not having it. Very inconsiderate of others and doing their job in a timely fashion. They also lost my luggage. Since the airline is so cheep they don't keep staff on hand to handle issues after the flight lands. No desk to report to, no phone number to call; as if you never even flown with them. It was very alarming as I had important clothing for an interview, medicine, and other personal items that would not easily be replaced. Never flying frontier again."

I was hoping for the flight to change back, so I got to the airport with ample time and ended up sitting around for a long time. Don't understand how it could have been delayed four hours before it was supposed to even leave."

Pros: "Let me start with the fact that I will never fly Spirit again, ever! My 5:58 flight was delayed at least 6 times. Each time with a different excuse for the delay. Between mechanical issues, weather (clear weather from PHL to FLL), no flight crew, and out of hours, the airline used ever excuse in the book. Once they determined we could not fly that night, our flight was pushed to the next day. They only had 2 irrate employees working who were just condescending to many of the frustrated passengers. They would not compensate the rooms for the night, nor refund people so they could take another airline. I also called spirit customer service line and the insurance contact I had through priceline. Neither provided any sort of help. Additionally, spirit had discounted hotel options, but did not distribute them to all waiting at 12am for some type of info and support. The next day, they told is our flight would leave at 10. We again werr delayed 2-3 times and didn't take off until the afternoon, causing me to be late for the wedding I was a part of. There is so much more to tell, but I need to file a full formal complaint later to Spirit, priceline, and the flight insurance company. This was hand down the worst flying experience I have every had in my life. And o fly at leave 1-2 times a month."

Cons: "The seats were too cramped together. They over priced the carry on luggage. The return trip from Houston to Philadelphia, I was in the airport from 5am until 11pm in the airport. In Houston, we spent 1.5 hours on the hot airplane with no AC then they deplaned and put us back on another plane for 1 hour and then those trying to get to Philadelphia were asked to deplane again. When about 10 of us got off this flight, they told us unfortunately there were only three seats available to Atlanta and then Philadelphia. I had to beg for one of the seats because I would have been fired from my job and I had patients already scheduled to see the following day. In Atlanta, I had to spend more money to eat dinner and wait from 4pm until 8:45pm when we finally boarded the air craft because it was constantly delayed every hour. Lastly, when I got to Philadelphia at 10:30pm I spent another 30 minutes filling paper work out because they lost my luggage and the other passage that flew with me as well. Spirits never even offered a food voucher or explained to us why everything was delayed or even apologized. It was a terrible experience."
