Clean, timely flight.
Connecting flight cancelled due to flight departure changes with initial flight. Cancellation policy is outrageous. Spent 3 hours making phone calls and super long hold times and spent time going around in circles.
The check in is very Solw. They have to prepare the personnel
Staff was great, from check in to boarding and flight. First time flying Interjet and was pleasantly surprised. Every one was helpful and pleasant. On time. Did not expect beverage service on such a short flight.
Carry on Weight was to low. Luggage understandable but not personal handbag
Everything. Airline changed departure times on both flights. 50 minutes between connect flights. No other option but to cancel flight from Mexico City to Puerto Vallarta. Had to book a flight with another airline for an additional $300. Cancellation policy is terrible. Not my fault and had no other option.
Great experience! We checked in quickly and the they boRded is all on time and also took off on time. The cherry on top was the fact we got to our destination 30mons early. Very easy to work with and efficient
The plane is bare bones. You won’t have the new updates like phone chargers, personal screens, or WiFi
Flight was delayed over 8 hours due to "mechanical issues." Went from a nice 757 to a 737 which was a little more cramped.

Staff was friendly
United has a system glitch and we were delayed. I got in around 1 am instead of 11 pm. I decide to order a glass of wine and since they don’t give receipts. I found out i was charged for 2 glasses instead of one. To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit.

Pretty average experience. Did not like that first checked luggage was charged for an international flight.
Food was by far the worst of any airline I’ve flown. It was unreal....the smell...wow.
