Very poor service with connecting flight. I missed the connection because of a delayed flight and significant delay in getting my bags in order to make the connection. The ground staff where unhelpful and rude!
Fairly good - the seats seemed more comfortable on this flight. The staff out of Detroit were quite friendly. But they directed us to the wrong carousel for luggage. :(
I liked the new boarding process. I thought the buyup options (legroom, early boarding) to be easy to request and reasonably priced. All the Southwest team from gate to in-flight were so nice.

Flight coming out of Buffalo was delayed, so we had to be rescheduled on another flight from Baltimore to Phoenix which means we had a long layover and got home 3.5 hours late. Shuttle to parking stopped at 10pm, so we had to pay for an Uber to the parking lot and got charged an extra day of parking since it was after midnight. Not the best experience. Long day!
Terrible all around. Left prior review detailing massive delay/cancellation to then rebook travel. Topping on the cake was lost luggage even after travel to ultimate destination was secured on a new plane(s).
I am very please with the service received from Southwest. Although there was a refuel stop in Fl before we got the Baltimore. The service and kindness of the staff was excellent.
Southwest continues to do less for more money. Flight attendants used to be fun and friendly. But now it’s like they don’t even see you. Such a shame.

Never went on board this flight. Kayak uses Underpricer (which is a scam business) as it's "customer service provider". This customer service is a classic bait and switch "service". I Got caught in the UnderPricer Bait and switch scam. 14 hours on the phone with people from India with heavy accents and upselling me to useless products. The original sell was a flight on spirit. Then they contact me later, an say after they have my money that the flight is no good as is is only one seat for a party of two. I am still in dispute to get my money back. Went to Spirit direct and had a beautiful vacation. I should never have used Kayak and their rip off artists UnderPricer.
Flying under Economy Class shouldn’t mean having to deal with such uncomfortable seats. For an overnight flight, it is expected that the seat would recline a decent amount. The food portion could have been more generous. There was an incident with someone by my side. They got sick and vomited. I hit the button for the crew but no one showed up. So I went to the back of the plane and explained what happened. They only brought clean tissues and coffee ground bags. There wasn’t any kind of disinfecting wipes nor any type of sprays. She cleaned as best as she could and poured the coffee ground around. The crew did not seem to care how she was doing. The coffee helped with the smell, but it should have been cleaned in a more efficient manner.
Flight was delayed, boarded, sat at the gate for more than 30 minutes, left the gate then waited on the pad for another 30 to 60 minutes then returned to the gate, deboarded and was cancelled... alternative flight was not booked automatically. Waited in line for 30 minutes but fortunately an alternate flight to a different destination was found ... no thanks to the travel agent used by kayak
AA was a very good experience. The employees are wonderful

I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.
We had a very pleasant flight with very comfortable seats and nice staff.

If we travel with carry on expected to being able to carry the luggage. Could be good if take in consideration the date of reservation to do that

Easy experience even with the outbound flight being delayed. The seating and space was comfortable and the crew seemed very nice and helpful.
Flight was smooth, amenities (entertainment options and power outlets) were good, sears decent)

Well, its a hit or miss when boarding most of the time your employees just let everyone enter immediately In one bum rush. Then out of know where tell the passengers only let A can enter then b then c etc. So make a decision and stick to it. Do it by alphabet and have famn strick compliance. Let the public know. That makes easier on passengers.
It was a pretty smooth flight, I tend to get mini anxiety attacks during flights, however, this time was pretty smooth and I was able to relax. The only thing, I was having issues to connect to the Flyfi internet. I was not able to connect at all, I turned off my phone a couple times and didnt work.

I like their airplanes because they have plenty of legroom in their seats they always work with me if I have a change of plans on my tickets courteous and I always feel safe flying with them.
Frontier line changes my flight schedule with out my authorization. They never ask me and with out my concern they cut off 4 hours of my vacation they force my to leave 4 hours early from Puerto Rico.
Good- no snacks on a 4+ hour flight is painful but more painful was the lack of WiFi.
Inbound plane was on time and flight departed on time with no issues while boarding.
After boarding and un-boarding twice over 6+hours, the flight was canceled.
The Boarding process in Denver was chaotic, and since the line was so long, we were lined up very far from the gate. If there were any announcements from the gate staff, we didn't hear them. The flight attendants were spectacular. The only negative part of the flight was sitting by a 2 1/2 year old who was unruly and unfortunately had parents that matched his behaviors. Also, the restaurants in Denver on the E concourse, they didn't have food (passengers could only order 1 item on the entire menu) or the restaurants had 12-14 people waiting for orders to be prepared and another 6 people waiting to order. If you have a layover in Denver and need to grab food, be prepared to visit the shops with pre-packaged sandwiches, or you can visit another concourse but it may take a while to transit throughout the airport.
I guess you get what you pay for. The seats are very uncomfortable and very little space. The snacks were pricey.
Flight was changed (according to Frontier, by Kayak) without my notification. And all flights were delayed by at least an hour and a half. Uncomfortable plane. Bad service. Will never fly Frontier again.
Was left with many other passengers in SJU by frontier airlines due to delay caused by frontier. Worst experience ever and worst airline ever.
30 minute delay due to boarding and settling of a family.
Flight was fine, but the legroom between seats for taller passengers is very tight and bad on the knees. I t is very hard to find an angle, that works, especially on a long flight!!!
