Find cheap flights from Québec City to Washington, D.C. from $212

Only water and pretzels served on six hour flight. Did not see crew rest of flight. No video screens and so no wired audio. Poor sound on plan so did not understand anything said by crew. This is a safety issue. Electrical socket did not retain charging block so could not charge phone. No video screen so could not watch movies. Phone is not a substitute.

The food that was offered based on class level of your ticket was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. They didn't even hot tea to serve, the food was horrible. On our departure flight I was seated in premium plus economy and considering the cost of the flight the food was literally some of the worst I've ever eaten. On the return flight I sat in economy with extra leg room and was given a thin little throw "blanket" and a flimsy little pillow. The air condition was on artic and the seating arrangement wasn't really worth the money. The seat didn't recline good enough and the foot rest was laughable. Total waste.

All flights were on time and boarding was issue free

Water service would be great. The way they board is terrible. Slow passengers first😂😂 They need to smart up a bit

I like the non stop flight to Lagos. The cabin crew were great, the food was alright and the ride was smooth. The downside is there wasn’t wifi connection from Lagos to Washington as stated. The 11hrs flight, became boring at times because of no wifi.

It got me where I needed it to; not much more. It had no competition so that was why I chose it.

Plane didn’t even make it off the ground. We all had to get off and walk to a different terminal (lots of confusion) to get on a different plane. Landed fairly late, connections missed.

One of the best flying experiences I’ve ever had.

The flight cancellation and process for getting a new flight was not that clear. United also had some delays that were unexpected. I am the most disappointed by the fact that I originally bought a Lufthansa ticket, only to be flown by United.

Need to have more snacks for the duration and coffee.

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

Flight delayed. Thus connection to Paris missed. About 50 people were left alone in YUL for 22 hours. Extra fees involved. No back up from Air Canada. Then the next day issues with luggage (fee paid to Air Canada but flight transfered/ slided onto Air France) .

When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue

Air Canada are just not reliable …. Kept cancelling /delaying flights

The flight had maintenance issues eventually resulting in cancelation. Additionally, the staff on the ground was not helpful to assist with rebooking the flights resulting in an overall unpleasant experience and we missed a family wedding due to the cancelation.

My flight has been canceled and I had to cancel entire trip.

Crew were fabulous, motivated and sincere in their connections. The chairs need reupholster as they have lost their stuffing lol Food was meh. Most of us have to eat healthy these days. Really impressed with the staff

It was fine. I wish their planes were newer to allow you to place your phone in seat in front of you to watch movies

No food for a 6 hours flight! Plus very expensive to buy ! Sit uncomfortable! Awful!!!
