Pros: Every crew member was very courteous. Gave free Iceland water as you enter plane. Movie selection was pretty good too.
Cons: Woman at luggage check-in told us our flight was overbooked and we needed to get a new flight. We stood in another line for an hour only to be told that our original flight was waiting for us. Ran to the gate with around 30 other people to make the flight. Obvious miscommunication somewhere between their departments.
Pros: Seat was comfortable with plenty of legroom. Crew were extremely friendly and accommodating. Flight was a little late leaving but made up list time and arrived on time.
Cons: Seats were too narrow, not enough restrooms.
Pros: The whole flight was wonderful, food, we got a meat and cheese box, was great. Movie options were great. We got pillows and blankets and free water. The flight attendants were wonderful and always very helpful.
Cons: A couple of things happened that brought down the scoring if these didn't happen the score would be higher. First.they lost/forgot to put my luggage on the plane. When we got to Newark there was a guy waiting for me and told me my luggage was still in Iceland. Not a huge inconvenience because I was home, but was was irritating was that we paid for an extra bag but they lost my bag. I feel i should get reimbursed the charge for the inconvenience. I'll take this up with the airline directly.
Pros: The crew was great. The flight was smooth and we left and arrived on time. Nothing went awry.
Cons: There is a weird place where you have to stand + wait to board in a crowded area--maybe this was specific to gate D23 or maybe it's how Keflavik Airport is in general? The seat was also too narrow for me. I was disappointed that none of the Icelandic media options included English subtitles.
Pros: Let’s just hope that you could runI like the fact that the airport was small, because if it was any bigger out of missed my flight
Cons: I did not like the fact that that where bus was too fast couple of people almost fell also the stairs to get in the airplane were very slippery
Pros: Free movies and interesting Iceland travel videos, glacier water, peaceful music.
Cons: I didn't like one mass line for all economy tickets when it came to boarding- I prefer airlines that call people to board by group. Less hectic.

Cons: The man sitting next to me was overserved alcohol (at least 8 mini bottles of vodka) and became very loud and inappropriate towards me. Maybe there should be a limit on serving alcohol when someone is very obviously drunk? No snacks offered for a 6 hour flight
Cons: No complimentary food or snacks on a 6 hour flight? I've never heard of this before. I've had snacks on even a 2 hour flight with other airlines. This is especially unacceptable and inconsiderate considering that due to the airline's carelessness passengers who had a connecting flight (same airline) arrived to the layover later than scheduled with only 30 mins to spare we had no time to pick up food. Only to use the restroom. So my boyfriend and I were forced to spend ~$12 on a soggy ham and cheese "baguette" and pringles on the flight. Service and attentiveness was subpar. Landing was disastrous and would have been traumatizing if it was my first time flying. I along with surrounding passengers nearly jolted out of our seats and had to brace ourselves as the wheels bounced off the ground trying to graze the pavement.
Pros: There was some complimentary drinks, but food had to be paid for. I was happy I could charge my phone onboard during the duration of my flight.
Cons: I've been on shorter flights where food was offered, but I was not upset about not being offered food. Boarding was cramped. Fortunately, there was an open middle seat next to a young woman and I, but unfortunately, she was messy. She immediately occupied the middle seat with her carry-on's and miscellaneous bags, she took off her boots and her feet smelled, and left all of her wrappers in the chair and foot space between us. I'm surprised no crew member thought to give her a word.
Pros: The cabin crew were attentive to my needs and followed up with asking me if I needed any help when we landed in Boston.
Cons: Since I had a sprained ankle, I was given a wheelchair by airport security. I was left by myself at the gate by airport security 2 hours before my flight. The flight crew that was boarding was very attentive to me and asked me many times if I needed any help from them, but I told them that I was taking the next flight, not the one they were boarding for. When it came time to board my flight, none of the crew even paid attention to me, and I had to specifically ask them to get me some assistance with the wheelchair. It was already embarrassing for me in the first place to have to be in a wheelchair, but they made it even harder for me to accept my situation because I had to specifically request assistance from them. I also did not like all of the turbulence on the flight. It was an extremely uncomfortable flight for me for this reason.
Pros: Nice airport in Iceland.
Cons: Sat directly behind premium economy. Must have given the extra leg room from my row. Much more crowded than the other rows I say in on previous flight legs. Check seat guru when confirming seat location.
Cons: Did not fly to D.C. (or with Lufthansa at all) as that flight left before our first flight arrived. We had to wait 3 hours in the customer service line before we were told we could not fly out until the next day, which caused me to miss work (even though I gave an entire day as a buffer).
