Only toilet in economy class was cloughed up and was not functional therefore a very disgraceful situation, they sent me to the other toilet in 1st class area and there I notice several blankets on empty seats after I was told there weren’t any spare blankets."

So hence the Comfort was great on this flight. But the tool needs to make it much more clear as to what you are selecting the upgrade for. Food, there has got to be something else out there other than pretzels, I understand why we do not have peanuts, but a little bit more variety would be very nice. I understand there's a cost tractor, but often pretzels tend to be fairly stale. Short flights entertainment."

Flight went through a series of delays until we were finally informed that our flight would not make the flight departing Philly to SF. Rather than fly to Philly during the DNC, we decided to SPEND ANOTHER NIGHT IN PROVIDENCE and take the flight out the next day. This part of the trip caused me to lose a day of work and spend more money on a hotel and meals. This was very poor planning on your part since there were flights flying in and out of both places, but your company was short one aircraft that would have gotten my son and I home on time!!! This was my last flight on American Airlines and I will be sure to spread the word to my friends and family that you have become too unreliable!!"

If allegiant is going to charge so much for carry on, they need to find a way so front passengers are not squeezed out like this."

On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!"

Pros: "Terrific Gate Team in Houston, who were extremely helpful with my current disability (my foot is in a walking boot). Gate agent immediately approached me once I got to the gate (via wheelchair) to see if I needed anything else. Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers."

Its been 10 days and no one has followed up yet on my lost luggage. I have to call United Airlines Customer Care everyday to get a status on my report. No follow up is made on the lost luggage. They have asked to file claim which will also take 8-10 weeks to process. All these experiences has made me and my friends not to prefer United Airlines for Travel."

Delayed due to losing log sheet after everyone already boarded, $45 checked bag (ridiculous), no complimentary drinks have to pay $2.99, flight was FREEZING to the point where I couldn’t sleep and I didn’t sleep the night before, talked about their credit card for way too long like they were in dire need of your business, landed and had no one to bring the walkway so we could get off the plane. Very disappointed in this airline"

Frontier need to upgrade their customer service at Providence TE Green Airport. It reads poorly and I will not fly frontier again"

Cons: "Had to sit on the tarmac about 30 minutes on arrival in Indianapolis because another aircraft was at our gate. Why couldn't we have gone to a different gate? Arrival was at about 9pm and the airport wan't that busy. This was uncomfortable. Would have been a good time to hand out free snacks and beverages or drink coupons for a future flight."

The fact our flight was 2 hours late and they did not use any empathy or have any kind of reasoning as to why it was so late. Flight attendants rude to couple about their son being handicap and wasn't able to sit in emergency exit row. They get you with the cheap airfare but then after tacking the $60 for bags $60 for taxi after our ride couldn't pick us up at the airport at 2:30am it was not worth it. I will never fly on frontier again acter this joke of an experience."

I had to run to the gate and was the last passenger to board. Frontier's mobile app sucks. It is touted to make my traveling easier but when you bring it up, all it will let you do is make a reservation. If it would have worked, it may have saved me 45 minutes of TSA frustration."

Pros: "Southwest is pretty much my only other option to fly diect from MCO to IND. Southwest would charge me 3X as much for basically the same experience. Sure, Southwest might not charge me $1.99 + tip for a can of soda, but that's because they charge me $100s more on the airfare. I'll take $1.99 can of soda any day. The flight was on time. Boarding was simple and stress-free. The crew was friendly and efficient. The seats were a bit cramped, but not intolerable for a 2 hr flight. I could have purchased an aisle seat for about $30 more, which would still be cheaper than Southwest, but I chose to save money instead. I like having that choice. My baggage arrived intact and on time. Why would I fly with any other airline at these savings?"

I referred to my outbound flight where the very same thing happened 5 days ago. I wish I could run my business this way and make a profit!"

Great lady on the phone helped us add a bag for $30 rather than excess fee of $75 and no fee for canvas shoulder carry-on of book and magazines. From there it was a smooth trip in both directions."

And to make it even worse, you can get one cup of water for free - everything else is for purchase only. Frontier is the worst air flight company I ever used! Never again!"
