The crew on American Airlines was great, very attentive and fun.
The seats on these flights keep getting smaller and smaller. I am a petite person but still had difficulty finding leg room.
Crew handled the emergency well.
We had a mechanical problem and flight had to return to London. My compliant is the maintenance was not done properly which could have been a much bigger problem.
Good beverage and food service.
The movies could not be started on demand but only on schedule and could not be paused and restarted

Crew didn't reach middle of plane with Food & Beverage. Lots of fussy/serving of premium passengers but economy not really looked after. Was bashed into 3 times by same member of crew walking up aisle and not once apologised.
The amazing entertainment system.
The smell of feet, and nausea from turbulence after food (not really Turkish's fault). Also, I'm getting too used to the food by now, and it doesn't seem to change much.
Entertainment, and the plane which felt really new and comfy.

I'm 6 ft 2. Legspace was adequate, and no silly boxes under the seats like other airlines that obstruct your feet. Great entertainment systems - modern, good selection. Food and staff excellent.
Their online checkin systems could operate a bit more smoothly. At one point, I had to go in in person, because the online checkin site had an already past flight from their codeshare partner SAS showing up as the next flight, and I couldn't perform online checkin as a result.
To be honest nothing really.
Quality of service and quality of plane. Seems most of the flight attendants could care less about the flight passengers.
Space for legs seems to become smaller and smaller. In EL AL (flight back) space was wider.
The service was not great which surprised me for swiss. The flight attendant was absolutely not into work. The seats supposed to work.. wasn’t .. we had to switch the seats with no help and with the lights off. Awful .. of course they didn’t noticed so they didn’t woke me up for the breakfast. (And I’ve been asking for). Maybe was bad luck but that’s really ridiculous. During the flight they didn’t brought water or something we had to call them.
The crew took very good care of us with food and drinks
Updates by the captain about the situation were too few, too infrequent.
